上午，我和奶奶忙开了，奶奶负责炒，而我呢?便负责烧火，只见奶奶从一个小坛子里把一些黑色的沙子倒进烧热的锅中。一边倒以便将沙子用铲子炒着，等沙子炒热的时候奶奶在沙子里倒入了少量的铜油，然后将沙子又炒了一下，等沙子炒的有点冒烟的时候，奶奶用一只小碗装了一碗米花子放进去，然后迅速的翻炒着，大约几十秒钟以后第一锅爆米花就炒好了。炒好了之后的爆米花看上去颜色亮白，形状圆润且饱满，还有一股香味，看了就让人想吃。

接着，奶奶用和前面相同的方法炒完了所有的米花子。

接下来该炒花生了，奶奶将炒米花用的沙子过滤了一下，然后又倒回锅里，加入了一点铜油，等沙子炒热了之后，奶奶将花生倒进了锅里，用铲子翻炒着。我问奶奶：“奶奶,花生炒到什么程度才算炒好了呢?”奶奶告诉我说：“花生炒好了的话，外壳的颜色会发生变化，会由开始的白色变成黄色，或者拿出一节来剥开，看到皮呈鲜红色，能揉脱就好了。”

大约过了二十多分钟，花生炒好了。炒好后的花生颜色黄黄的，吃起来香香的。奶奶还告诉我,要想东西炒的好火侯最重要,无论炒什么。

炒好花生之后，剩下的就只有一样那就是瓜子了，奶奶将锅里的沙子乘出来让它冷却好，装回坛子中。然后把锅用水刷干净，等到锅烧热之后，奶奶将瓜子倒进了锅里，用铲子翻炒着。奶奶告诉我，炒瓜子和炒花生差不多，只要瓜子炒的饱满了，吃起来没有生的感觉就好了。

十多分钟之后，瓜子就炒好了。炒好后的瓜子看起来很饱满，吃起来也很香。

通过这次和奶奶炒花生瓜子的事，既让我增长了知识，又让我学到了技术，我难忘这件事!

今天下午，我们班的同学穿着整齐的校服，戴上志愿者帽，开始了志愿活动——

咱们分两批，一批与周老师做倡议，一批与颜老师到广场捡垃圾。我很荣幸，被周老师选去倡议了。我们来到了实验中学前的一家家店面，开始行动啦!“叔叔您好，我们是延奎小学的志愿者。您知道实验中学有我们延奎小学的分校吗?”我行了个队礼，微微一笑对花店叔叔问。“知道啊!”叔叔疑惑的打量着，答道。“噢，我们想向您提出倡议。”我的搭档陈星?说道，“第一，希望您能不乱丢垃圾道分校操场，不影响环境，能做到吗?”叔叔连忙点头：“能啊!”“第二，不大声喧哗，避免打扰学生们学习。”我默契的说出第二条。“好，没问题啊。”叔叔笑笑，点点头。“那请接收倡议书吧!”陈星?把倡议书递给了花店叔叔，我们一同行了个标准的队礼，走出花店。“耶，成功咯!”我与陈星?击掌叫好。“老师，完成一家了!”我们叫唤着老师。周老师拿出手机，说：“来了，拍张照吧!”同学们挤在一块，灿烂的笑脸记录在一起，“咔嚓”!我们拍完照，又去倡议啦。

“您好!”，“谢谢您的支持!”，“有几点倡议。”这样的话语一遍遍重复着，都倒背如流啦!虽然汗水打湿了衣裳，但我们心中充满了喜悦。今天的活动更进一步的增加了我的勇气，增加了我的信心!

我的假期十分丰富多彩。在假期中，每个人都做着不同的事情……

有的时候，和亲朋好友团聚在一起，会很快乐。但有的时候也会很痛苦，虽然是假期但面对假期作业和补课也就心凉了。父母总说怕我们心玩野了，不再想学习了。家长们我们知道你们是为了我们好，但也让我们有自己的时间自己的自由，也让我们好好的放一个假期。

假期也是一面镜子，有坏的一面也有好的一面，其实只要我们会充实生活，合理的安排时间，假期也是快乐的。

假期我们也要学习，不断的充实自己。看一些书籍，上网查一些有用的资料。但有时也会玩玩游戏，聊聊天，犒劳一下自己。注：同学们在假期千万不能沉迷于网络游戏，这样不利于我们的身心健康。

我读过一句话“书是书，输是输;有书不会输，输的不会是书;输了要认输，不要怪书;看书不会输，不看书就会输;怕书的人看见人家有书他也看书，看书的人喜欢别人看书，他一点也不怕输;怕书就不能无书，无书不怕输也会输，无书又怕输肯定会输又输”。假期的时候我读了许多书，但我最喜欢的两本书是《伊索寓言》和《鲁滨孙漂流记》第一本书里面有许多关于哲理的故事，让我明白了许多事情。而第二本书给我的印象尤其深刻，打动了我的心讲述的是出生于商人之家的鲁滨孙，不甘心想父亲那样平平凡凡的过一辈子，向往航海那种惊险的生活，在一次航海中不幸遇难，只有他幸免于难，漂流到一座荒岛上。他以坚强的意志，克服了常人无法想象的困难，最终在登陆荒岛的第28个年头与他救下的土人——礼拜五，成功返回他的故乡——英国。

假期生活虽平淡却快乐;热闹也平凡。假期虽结束了，可这却是美好的回忆!
