I often go to see my grandma grandpa during my summer vacation.They are both seventy years old live in the country happily. Summer view of the countryside is very beautiful. Last week, I visited the geological museum with my best friend, Liu Bing.

It was my first time to go there. The moment we arrived there, we found that the

building was grand. When we walked into it, there was a big hall in front of us.

And then there were several rooms to show different kinds objects. There was a

room for collecting scripts and paintings. There was another room to store

clothes and shoes in the old times. The next room was for collecting the daily

necessities in the old days. In a word, all the things in it had a long history.

I learnt some knowledge from it.

六年的小学生活，一转眼就过去了。

回忆过去的时光，耳边总是会响起校园里那些熟悉的声音，眼前回放起一桩桩往事。

那天，学校举行一次拔河比赛。烈日炎炎的天气，大家却没有一丝难耐，精力全都集中在观看比赛上，学习别人拔河的技巧。不一会儿，轮到我们上场了。同学们都脚顶脚，分别站在左右两边。我用力抓住绳子，它又粗又结实，好是给巨人用的一样。我兴奋得心痒痒的。只听一声哨响，我用尽全力把绳子往后拉，松软的绳子霎时被绷直。大家的身子都在向后倾斜，我还向后退几步，来加大鞋子与地面的摩擦力。我的手心磨得都痛了，可我一点也不在乎。边上的同学大声为我们加油，这都化为我的动力，拉得更卖力了。

绳子开始向我们这边移来，我却手滑，有点没站稳。我看了下边上的人，大家的衣领都被汗水打湿了，看来也都消耗了非常多的力气。我们手中的绳子紧得都快要断开了，而且开始不停向前移去，好像对面绳子挂在了车上一样，把我们连人带绳子一起拉了过去。有些人还尝试扭转局势，把绳子拉回来，但这些努力都是白费，因为已经有一半的人没有了力气。

再一次哨声响起，比赛结束，我们失败了，可我没有灰心，反而还非常开心，因为我们从来没有这样团结过。这次比赛成了我小学生活中最开心也是最难忘的一次。

初中已是过去，高中正在到来，满载青春的心，走进高中。

眼睛是人生的指路灯，没有它，人生是迷惘的。眼睛是心灵的窗户，没有它，人生是黑暗的。请用心呵护自己心灵之窗。

我是一个近视的女孩，我对此又深刻的体会。小时候，叔叔在下棋，爸爸在看，而我在爸爸的旁边。妈妈在船里做饭。由于爸爸的疏忽，我从2楼摔下来了，一个眼睛伤了。但是那是我没有哭，不喊疼，父母以为没事了，就没有在意。

渐渐地，我开始看书了，可是怎么我看不见呢?之后越看越近，一次妈妈看见了，说：”小乖，别那么近看书知道么?会影响眼睛的。“听了我就回了一声：”知道了，妈妈“。后来我看电视看多了，辐射也很大，眼睛开始变小了，偶尔眯成了线状。一次，老师调位了，我坐在后面，糟糕，不适应，看不见黑板，可是我又不敢和老师说，怕老师说不懂预防近视。

时间长了，我看书几乎是成了吃书，你能想象我看书是多么的近吧!妈妈见到此种情况，便带我到医院检查。一路上，妈妈的埋怨，唠叨，我是多么的恨自己，为什么不注意自己的眼睛呢?

到医院，医生说：”近视这么深，没有配眼镜吗?“妈妈说：”没有，之前我没发现她会那么近的看书、看电视，她又不敢说，近段时间我才发现的“医生看了看我。我不禁低下了头，埋怨自己。医生问妈妈：”小时候有弄伤或是家族的先天性近视吗?“妈妈说：”小时候弄上过左眼，可是当时小乖不疼，就没有检查“医生说道：”检查出来有弱视，反光而且很大。“就算配眼镜，也不能调到正常人的视力，只能是5。0的。那一刻，我恍然大悟了，戴眼镜那么累赘，而且一副要620，这对家庭的负担又重了。想到近视很深，甚至会瞎，心里一片慌乱。

我后悔道，自己没有注意用眼卫生，现在戴眼镜不方便，摘下眼镜，眼前一片黑暗，世界的多姿多彩，没有了明亮的眼睛，一切都会是灰暗的。

我只想以个人的经历告诉大家：眼睛是心灵的窗户，如果不细心去呵护，那么心灵之窗会封闭了。

呵护心灵之窗又以下的方法：

1、每天做5分钟的眼保健操，有利于眼睛不那么累。

2、每天远眺树木和山，看绿色的树木和山，有利于眼睛不那么疼，看阳光，对有反光的人来说，会损坏眼睛。

3、看书应远距离，最少要隔50厘米看书。写字姿势要正确。

4、定期检查视力，有利于知道眼睛近视的深浅程度。

5、买一支眼药水来滴滴眼睛，有利于去除疲劳。

As is known to us all, the most precious thing in the world is nothing but

“today”. Therefore, it is necessary and significant for us to manage our time

efficiently. There are some suggestions and methods to manage our time.

First, the most important thing is to know and understand how we have spent

and managed our time before. Only in this way can we know in which we have

wasted our time. We can do this by sorting out all things we do every day and

then select the necessary thing and the wasted time.

Second, after the first step, what we should do is choosing the correct

time. As the saying goes, “to choose time is to save time”. For one thing, we

我就读于阳光小学，目前六年级，虽然学校是没有指定寒假作业，我记得以前有寒暑假作业时，其实也没有很多，但各处室的作业都很有趣。现在，老师常用寒假自主学习单来让我们自己安排，等于是自己出作业给自己完成。

在班级上有很多人都善用3C产品，利用PPT来呈现自己的寒假生活，有少数几人会和我一样利用书面报告，把参观展览的票根、表演的节目册、劳作作品等等都放进资料夹，纪录着整个寒假的历程，也写下心得纪录。

不管如何呈现，寒假作业都是代表成长的纪录，也有同学认为假期中原本就会安排各种自己喜欢的学习活动或是想做的事，寒假作业只是一种要刻意呈现给别人看的记录，像纪璇同学就表示：“我认为学习是自己的事，学了什么，学到哪里，有时未必需要让别人知道，所以学校若是能安排寒假学习经验交流的活动，让大家可以用不同的方式去呈现自己的学习成果。”

因此老师会用课余的时间来让大家轮流报告，也给同学评分表，并要写出从同学的报告中学习到的东西，虽然有些人上台会结巴，但可以知道大家有趣的寒假生活，班上如果有27人，就会有27份收获呢！

同学们都很满意自己的寒假生活，既可有充足的睡眠，也能自己安排学习或休闲活动，还能轻鬆地和家人出去玩，每个人都过得十分充实，因为认真用心的小孩最美丽。

As is known to us all, teachers play an important role in our process of

growing up. As far as I am concerned, an ideal teacher should be responsible,

impartial and wise.

First of all, a qualified teacher should be responsible. For one thing, he

should try his best to make his class interesting and try to understand what his

students need. For another, he needs to keep enthusiastic with his job of spread

knowledge all the time and act as an example for others everywhere he goes

to.

Second, be impartial is another requirement. As a teacher, he should not

divide students into good ones and bad ones since each student has unique

encounters, he should treat them impartially, without any bias.

Finally, my ideal teacher is one who does not only teach students his

America. The statue is a gift to the people of United States from people of

France. The meaning of freedom and friendship are shared by both countries.

it, they think of freedom. On the right hand, the woman holds a torch and on her

left hand is the book called Declaration of Independence. Whats more, on her

foot is the broken chains. All of these stands for freedom.
