With the harsh competition in todays society, more and more people

complain about their stress in their daily life. Stress mainly comes from our

work, study and families. When we feel stressed, we often have bad moods on the

day and cant sleep well at night. Thats too bad for our health. To help ease

stress, some good ways are suggested. Firstly, we can chat with our parents and

friends. Maybe they can give us some good advice. Secondly, we ought to do some

exercise, which can help us have a nice sleep at night. Moreover, we are

Firstly, keep good health. A healthy body is the premise to face presure.

It’s the least capacity to cope with stress when a person is sick. Secondly, to

accept the pressure. The reason why many people can not cope with stress is that

they resist and escape it. Actually, there always is trouble and problems once

we chose a path to go, because almost everything worth doing is not so easy.

Thirdly, solve the problem, rather than complain about it. Many people complain

about the surroundings and don’t think about the solutions when faced with

problems. We all know that complaint can do nothing but only let you down. As

long as the problem not solved, the pressure is always there. Fourthly, tell

others your pressure and get help from them. Lots of pressure can’t be solved by

our own and the rational way is talking the pressure to workmates or friends to

get help from them. But the premise to do so is that we don’t intend to put

pressure to others but to seek help and support to solve problems.

Of course, there also are some other ways to cope with stress, such as

readjusting goal and expectation, playing games to relax, even shopping or

eating. But no matter how, solving the problem that causes stress is the best

way.

转眼间，难忘的小学生活就要结束了，我也要即将离开可爱的同学们，可敬的老师们了。心里有一千个、一万个舍不得。和同学朝夕相处的情景像放电影一样不时浮现在我的脑海。

终于包完了，累死了!我终于知道妈妈很辛苦了!

I have a happyWeekend.

On Saturday morning I always have English classes at school. I study hard in the classroom. In the afternoon I often play computer games. On Sunday morning I often draw pictures. Sometimes I visit my grandmother and grandfather. Sometimes I listen to music. On Sunday afternoon I often do housework or go shopping.

So I love weekends.

During those days. I enjoyed myself. At first, I went to the zoo to see lovely animals. And then. I went to the sea world to see beautiful fishes. That was very interesting.

Secondly I went for a trip with my parents, we went to Linxia to visit my grandparents and to eat minority’s foods. We rode horse on the grassland and had a fun with local children. It was very exciting. After that, I held a party and invited some of my best friends to visit my house.

My mother bought a lot of tasty foods for us, we also took many photos on the party. We played very happy. I also watched lots of carton films at home, they were wonderful.

I like the holiday. I like my May Day.

I went to beijing to play during last summer holiday.

I went to Beijing more than eight times. Beijing is the capital of China. It’s a big city. I am very familiar with Beijing. It takes an hour and forty minutes from Nantong to Beijing by plane. There are many tall buildings in Beijing. It’s a modern city. My family visited the Great Wall, the Palace Museum, the Beihai Park, I went to the countryside of Beijing to go boating and fishing. It was very interesting. I went shopping in WangFuJing. I bought lots of souvenirs and other things. I like eating Beijing snacks. They are delicious. Don’t miss the Beijing Duck. It is really nice.

The trips helped me open my eyes. I enjoyed my day.

六月，校园里飘着的不是花香，是忧伤，只有六年级的学生才能闻到。因为有两个字是我们不想面对，又是不得不接受的一个事实——毕业，很痛苦的两个字这里掺杂了分别、友谊、师生之间太多的情感，真不想走啊！一公顷的土地上有太多的东西让我们留恋，有太多的事情值得我们珍藏。比如那一天。我清晰的记得，四年级那一年镇里举行了一场运动会，地点设在我们学校，我去参加鼓号队，我很笨，怎么学都学不会，是音乐老师和一位大姐姐教我，不嫌弃我笨，现在音乐老师调到别的学校了，那位大姐姐也步入了初中，但是她们的音容笑貌都在我的脑海里。挥之不去。后来，运动会那一天，我能够和大家的节奏一样了。我们班里有很多同学都参加了比赛，我为他们写了很多加油稿，为他们呐喊，那时，贾宏怡还在，贾宏怡是小学生活中的一个遗憾，她没有坚持到毕业那一刻就去了多伦，毕业照上没有她的身影，我对她的记忆很模糊了，只记得她的容貌和声音。

我还记得我三年级时站在五星红旗下，面对全体老师的第一次演讲。为了这次演讲，我每天都会比别的学生晚走半个小时，老师会给我指导，告诉我演讲应该抑扬顿挫，得有高潮的地方，也得有深沉一点儿的时候，这些都是我以前从来没有听过的，是老师让我知道了应该怎样演讲，第二个演讲的就是我，我走到话筒前，说：“敬爱的老师，亲爱的同学们……”在说“敬”的时候，我被话筒吓了一大跳，因为我从来没听到过自己的声音能这么大，都有回声了，是老师让我有这个能力，是学校给了我这个机会。感谢老师，感谢母校，当时有些紧张，腿都有些发抖，但是我看到了老师同学的目光，目光里是满满的鼓励，老师同学们的目光像阳光一样，把紧张蒸融了，我不会紧张了，打那以后，我一上台演讲，都会看一眼老师同学们，在那里获得力量和信心。再一想，那些目光都将离我远去，我就像鸟儿失去了双翼，鱼儿失去了水，花儿失去了阳光雨露，我就忍不住叹息。

六年的时光有太多太多的事令我难忘，因为这里的美好与苦难同在，像一个五味瓶，让小学时光如此百味交集，像五彩的线，在时光这纺织娘的手里编织了一段多姿多彩的小学生活。同学之间的友谊在时间的冲洗下不但没有变淡，反而像卵石那样坚不可摧，美丽光滑，在五年级时，我们测四百米，我是一个体育白痴，不但跑不快，还跑不远，四百米对于我来说是一个挑战，开始的时候，我用了太多的力，剩下的一圈我已经没有力气了，同学们都在终点等待着我，离得很远我都听见了，可以感觉到他们对我的期盼，这好像不是为自己而跑，而是为了同学们，终于，在同学们的支持下，在这种信念的支撑下，我及格了，如果没有这些同学，我能够如此吗？
