Firstly,there is no doubt that most of the people tend to spend almost entire life in just one familiar city.They know every street,every corner and every store.If they have something repaired,they know the right place to go.But now,everything changes in the new place.So it is hard for emigrants to adjust in physiology and psychology.What is worse,there is even no friends who can provide enough support.In this situation,naturally the instinct drives them to live with others of their own ethnic background.Because the same race always means similar diet,similar language and habit.Under the circumstances,emigrants are able to adapt to the new environment easily.Otherwise,the conflict resulting from the complete contrast certainly arises.It results in the bad influence on the quality of life.That is what we do not want to confront.Why do we desire to emigrate? We just expect to lead a better life.

Secondly,the emigrants always go with the whole family including the elder.As we all know,after retirement,it is usually that the aged chat with each other about things in the past.For them,talking about trivialities is an essential and necessary way to enjoy themselves.However,assuming that persons around them are different ethnic in the new community,how can our parents or grandparents communicate with neighbors.After all,in accordance with the statistics,over seventy percent of the elder cannot speak foreign language especially in Asia.In addition,the fact that the majority of emigrants coming from Asia is well-known.Therefore,how to help the aged avoid loneliness is a serious problem which should be solved in time.I reckon that the best way is to live with people of the same race.Thus all old men benefit from the familiar language.Or,if they have nothing to do but to stay at home all the day,the harmony of the family will be affected sooner or later.

All in all,in my opinion,the more familiar,the better.So emigrants ought to live with others of their own ethnic background.

去年冬天的一个下午，天冷极了，人们不约而同地都裹紧了衣裳。放学铃响过后，我拿起了书包正要回家去，可是一站起来，就突然觉得头重脚轻，喉咙冒火，十分难受。糟糕！发烧了！我顿时颓然坐下。这时，好朋友梁晓敏走到我身边说：“走吧！”她一拉我的手，突然像触电似的喊道：“哎呀，你发烧了！”周围的几个同学闻声立刻围上来，七嘴八舌地安慰我：“我们送你回家！”“我替你背书包。”“我们扶着你走。”一下子我被他们簇拥着离开了学校。大家用自己的身子遮挡着北风，扶我向家慢慢地走着。

我迷迷糊糊地登上楼，邻居欧婆婆闻声赶来，把同学们打发走了，抚摸着我的头说：“好烫呀！”她连忙帮我擦汗，抱怨说：“你那个当老师的妈妈，为了教好学生，连自己的女儿都顾不上了，不巧，你爸又出差丁，唉……”这时，我才想起爸爸不在家，妈妈按照惯例很晚才能回来。外面正刮着呼呼的北风……我不禁鼻子一酸，眼泪一下子就涌了出来。不要哭。”欧婆婆替我擦着眼泪，疼爱地说：“我家有‘夏桑菊’，我马上去取来冲给你喝。”过了一会儿，她小心翼翼地端着茶杯，坐在我身边，搂着，给我喝“夏桑菊”水。

不知又过了多少时候，一个熟悉的脚步声响了，妈妈拖着疲倦的身子回来了。这时，一直守护我的欧婆婆向她讲述了刚才发生的事。妈妈感激地送走了欧婆婆，不顾一天工作的劳累，立即背我去看病。街上静悄悄的，我趴在妈妈瘦削的脊背上，听到她气喘吁吁，心里难受极了。我恳求妈妈放我下来自己走，可是妈妈不肯，还用双手紧紧地托住我的臀部朝前走。正当妈妈的脚步越来越沉重，口里喘着粗气的时候，一位二十多岁的女青年推着自行车来到妈妈身边说：“阿姨，孩子病了吗？我帮您送她去医院吧！”妈妈惊异地望着这个素不相识的姑娘。那姑娘把车停稳，不由分说，双手把我从妈妈背上“抢”下来，放在车上，又叮嘱妈妈把我扶好，便推车上路了。

寒风呼呼地吹着，车轮吱吱地响着。我看着这位又熟悉又陌生的大姐姐，想起了我的同学，想起了邻居欧婆婆，突然感到无比温暖。我生活在一个多么温暖美好的大家庭啊！

“快快，商店要关门啦!”购物狂急得直跺脚。我不以为然，才八点多，商店十点才关门!妈妈更急了，“你知道吗?我上次看中一件黄色的羽绒服，一个带有花边的背包和一双五颜六色的高跟鞋，还有那件内衣。如果不快去买，就会被抢购空的，快呀!”唉，我无语，我的妈呀!

电脑狂——爸爸

“爸，十一点多了，快去睡觉吧!”这已经是我第N次喊了。“你先去睡，我就到了!”回答依然是那么不紧不慢。“爸!”我气急败坏。“女儿乖，快去睡觉!”说着向我抛了一个飞吻，眼睛依然离不开电脑。结果——一夜间大变，变成了黑眼圈大熊猫!唉!自作自受!

节约狂——奶奶

家里有一个很旧的扫帚，我刚准备扔了，“小祖宗呀!别扔，别扔!”奶奶一把夺过扫帚，说什么也不愿意扔。我无可奈何，只好由她去。不一会儿，一把崭新的扫帚出炉了。——在破旧的地方都绑上铁丝了!佩服!零点是令我大开眼界，赞叹不已呀!

读报狂——爷爷

“孙女，给我到楼下拿份报纸!今天的新闻我还没看呢!”正在吃午饭的爷爷突然提出，我不愿意：“吃饭呢!吃好了再去拿，再说，看那么多报纸干什么?”爷爷摇摇头说，说：“家事国事天下事，事事关心!从报纸中，可以看到许多新鲜、有趣的大事小事呢，不信……”等他发表完他的长篇大论，我也吃饭完毕了!
