How to adapt youself to college life

There are obvious differences between high school life and college life. First,college students will live in the dormitory with classmates who come from various places, and who may have different living habits. Second,college teachers ,instead of explaning in detail how to solve every problem, might only tell different approaches to the problem, and leave students to study and solve problems independently. Finally, in college,there is more free time for students to spend on.

However how should the college freshman adapt himself to these differeces. First of all, he should learn to be tolerant and consider more for others,which is necessary for group living. Moreover he should take active part in collective activities and make more communication with classmates and teachers. It will help he be smoothly integrated with your new environment. Besides,as to study,he should develop a good habit of self-teaching and learn to arrange study independently. Of course,it may take a freshman some while to become accustomed to the study and life in college. However, we all have to accept constant challenges of new things in our life. 家庭生活的一幕 “家”是一个心灵的港湾，家庭生活多姿多彩，如：戏水、繁枝；有和谐，有冲突，有快乐，有忧伤！ 只有在家中，我们才能获取温暖；在家中的一幅幅画面都是刻苦铭心的，在我们的成长经历中起到不可或缺的作用！ 记得那是9年前的一天。 那天阳光明媚。我早早地起了床！

There are 5 members in my family, my father,mother,elder brother, elder sister and me.

My brother and sister were married,my brother has a 4 years old daughter. We moved to Shanghai when i was 3 years old, my parents are running business in a company until now.

My father is a little bit childish, he feel that nothing is important than children happy, so he always satisfy to what we want since we were small.

My mother take much care to this family, i used to feel than my mother is annoying, but now i understand what my mom did was for our own good.

My brother is cuteand very tolerate, my sister is a strong-determination women, we fought everyday when we were small, but our relationship is close.

After passing the 20XX College Entrance Examination, I find my name in the enrolling list of Hechi college which many young people dream of. As a boy of 18, I am happy to go to such a famous university, so that I want to make my life colorful and fruitful in university. Heres my plan for university life:

Firstly, I am an adult of 18 years old, so I should learn to be independent, especially in my study. Teachers here will not keep an eye on me as they did in the middle school and parents will not take care of everything as they did in the past. Of course, study is my own business and priority. I will pay most of my attention to it. I think the autonomous learning is the most important for a college student. 我的家庭生活周六晚上，我家举行了一次“卡拉ok”演唱比赛晚会，我们请了邻居的小朋友来做观众，爷爷当主持人兼裁判。

爷爷宣布比赛开始了。第一个上场的是爸爸，他大摇大摆地走上台，清领情嗓子对大家说：“今天我演唱的歌曲是《说句心里话》。”说完，爸爸右手拿着话筒，伴随着电视上的音乐节奏唱起来，响亮的歌声在屋子里回荡。

随后上场的是妈妈，妈妈唱的是《大海啊，我的故乡》。歌声悠扬，悦耳动听。妈妈的声音刚落，屋子里响起一片热^范文大全烈的掌声。

第三个上场的就是我了。我不好意思地走上台，唱起了《小酒窝》，由于我心里紧张，像揣了只小兔子怦怦直跳，连拿话筒的右手手心里都是汗。这时，妈妈投来了鼓励的目光，我这才镇定下来。于是我稳定了一下情绪随着音乐唱了起来“小酒窝长睫毛，迷人得无可救药，我放慢了步调，感觉像是喝醉了终于找到，心有灵犀的美好，一辈子暖暖的好，我永远爱你到老……”随着节拍，我跳起了舞，越唱越投入，歌声在一阵阵掌声中结束了。

比赛结束后，要宣布比赛名次了，我的心跳个不停，生怕名落孙山。这时，爷爷走上台，用他那洪亮的声音宣布：我得了第一名，妈妈第二，爸爸第三名。我高兴得跳了起来，大家都纷纷向我表示祝贺，表姐还拿了一束花送给我，我连忙鞠了一个躬，表示感谢。

一想起以前那件事，我不由得捏了一把汗。

一天我在家里爸爸妈妈都出去了我在家里看电视。一会儿，我有点渴了，就去温水，水温好后，就要端起水来，要倒到杯子里。电视里一声“啊”把我给吓到了，手抖了一下，说正好倒到左手上，我大叫一声，眼看手越来越红，我立马拿出了冰块，敷在了左手上，可还是很疼，就又把手伸进了冷水里，可把手伸出来的时候疼得要命，一碰到就是刺痛，根本不敢再碰，我想：把手吹一会，可能就好了呢?我就把手放在桌子上，可是越来越疼，疼的我眼泪都流出来了。我一想：不是有电脑吗?查查看。我就打开了电脑，可这电脑好像在跟我作对一样，按了几次开关才开开。上了，可连接太慢了，我等了好久才连上网，然后，我有打开了网页，电脑网又一下子断了，我只好重新上。终于，可以上了，电脑又说查到了木马病毒，要重开机，我没办法，只好又重开了，它又说要升级才能开，所以我用了差不多半小时的时间。我的手已经疼得火烧火燎，一想到查电脑是差不成了，就正准备打电话，可手机也不知道放在哪了，我急得像热锅上的蚂蚁。只能找药箱里有没有什么可以治烫伤了，我从药箱里找到了一瓶烫伤膏，挤出了一大坨，抹在了红得如猪蹄的手上，我的手成了“红烧猪蹄”了。疼痛减缓了。

不要说家庭是个风平浪静的港湾，也会有危险的时候，我们要有自我保护意识，要多学习生活自我保护知识，才能避免不必要的伤痛。

My school life is very common. I get up at six o’clock every morning from Monday to Friday. And the I would go running with my classmates, as our head teacher says health is the most important thing. After running I have to do morning exercises on the playground. Then I can have breakfast. Having breakfast, I need to have morning reading. Oh, I almost forget that all of the students have to do some cleaning before breakfast. There come the various classes. Then noon comes. Having lunch, I will go to sleep. I often read twenty minutes before I fall asleep. I have class in the afternoon. And I still have classes at night. It’s boring, right? But I have got used to it and enjoy myself at school.

The happiest moment, to me and to all of my schoolmates, however, was the one when the school was letting out at the last bell of the day and we were rhing home as if we would never be back. Once, on our way home, a bunch of naughty students found a crickets hole and exerted themselves to inject water into it with loud cheers. The girls were  less frantic than the boys when they were having a good time at such games as jump-rope, hopscotch and battledore and shuttlecock.

My holidays This summer, I was very happy. Although I didnt go out to travel. But my friends and me to a nursing home to help old people.In a nursing home, we introduce myself after, began to work for the old people. First of all, we first points groups.
