低碳生活是一种能够绿化环境、减少污染的方式，它能帮助我们节约一些不必要浪费的东西。比如，循环用水，节电等有效有用的方法。其实，低碳生活里我们都很近，我这次就是一些节约用水的小窍门。抽水马桶水箱耗水量大，可在水箱内放置几个装满水的可乐瓶或易拉罐来减少冲洗水量。最好换上节水型抽水马桶。如果坐便器的水箱过大，可换装两挡式水箱配件;坐便器的水箱漏水诊断。进水阀失效，水会从溢流口源源不断地流走。排水阀失效，会造成坐便器长流水，且进水管不停地向水箱供水;使用家庭中较干净的弃水冲刷厕所，做到一水多用;垃圾不论大小、粗细，都应从垃圾通道清除，而不要通过坐便器用水冲掉。洗脸的水可以用来洗脚，洗衣服的水可以用来涮抹布，擦地板，然后这些废水可以再冲马桶;洗完菜的水可以用来浇花……你可别别小看了这些水的循环利用，累计下来，仅一个三口之家每月就可以节约一吨以上的水。

还有，如果每月手洗一次衣服，那么每台洗衣机就可以节约用电，也就节约了发电的煤，同样也就减少的二氧化碳的排放。如果全国所有的家庭都能做到每月用手来洗一次衣服，减排的二氧化碳可以达到68。4万吨，这个数字是非常惊人的。虽然洗衣机好用，但是三两件衣服就用洗衣机来洗也会造成不必要的浪费。

那么对于我们小学生来说，还有其它降耗低碳的好方法哦!来看看我的小建议吧!不用一次性的筷子、饭盒、塑料袋;

不浪费喝剩的茶水和矿泉水，用来浇花;

随手关灯，随手管好水龙头。

地球只有一个，那么让我们一起保护这个唯一的资源吧!

——我知道她很能干啊，可是我心里真的有个梗，一时还说不清楚。其实是觉得说出来会让人感觉自己有点猥琐吧？可我今天还是想去说清楚。

年少的时候，我觉得自己一无所有，只剩轻狂，我莫名其妙傻傻的，只想支持鼓励她去成长，恨不得把满世界的美好，全都寄托在她身上。真的，其实我现在还有些沉浸在自毁幻梦的隐隐作痛中。

我不知道她是不是故意在刺激我：中秋节那天，她还特地弄了个号跟我聊天呢，大侄女刚进小学，老师就让她参加作文竞赛，她觉得这可是进了我的菜碗……

我说你自己教她就行啊，我还不定有你自己那水平呢！说句实话，是真的越来越没法自信起来，觉得自己还有丁点像样的能力，所以也没有了那份为别人操劳的闲心，可是她能听懂我的意思吗？

唉，今天又说起她们家孩子学习上的事情，费了好大的劲弄了个公立学校的指标，进去却被严苛要求得做爹妈的都心疼，这可怎么是好！

她大概还不能接受这个事实：这世界上，让她老妹我不知怎么是好的事情，那真是太多太多了！而她说起的这些鸡毛蒜皮，却是让我不知怎么是好得最矫情的……

真的是好强烈地希望呢，不要太把我意见当回事，是呀，我这不是就随便矫情几句吗？

可是看这死丫头蠢不拉叽的倒霉样，她不听我那自己都觉得矫情的“高见”，她还能听进去谁的意见呢？唉！

想到这里，我怎么才能觉得顺心如意呢？郁闷，心情不好，睡不着觉……

我真的是一点都不可怜她啦，我恨不得就想吼一句，她就算是日子过得一天不如一天，那也是她活该！

可是，妈妈的那句赞美分明是发自内心的，很是符合她一直以来的态度，而如果我选择在乎，这就像是分明在说，其儿，以后她要是过不到安生日子，这责任完全在你，你得给我老老实实地背在身上！

During the Days of Military Training

The day we were looking forward to came at last----a weeks military training began.

During the training, each of us did his part in earnest. We drilled more than six hours a day, though it was very hot at the time.

In the blazing sun, we always tried to measure up to the high standards which were demanded . Sweat streamed down and we wouldnt wipe it off. Olny three days later our faces were tanned.We felt happy and proud of it .

Our platoon officer was a young PLA man, about twenty years old. He was very strict with us during the training and very kind to us afterwards. By talking with him, we came to know not only more information about army life, but also about military affairs.

The military training gave us good discipline. It brought us great happiness, too. Well never forget it.

From 2005 to 2008, I spent my college life in Hunan First Normal College. Reminding my college life, I think it was of great significance.

从2005到2008，我在湖南第一师范学院度过了我的大学生活。说起我的大学生活，我认为是很有意义的。

When I was in college, I studied very hard. As a major of English, I often practiced my oral English. Every time, I could think in English. After thinking and expressed my thoughts to others in English. Although sometimes I couldnt speak English so freely, other people still appreciated me, because of my confidence.

我在大学的时候，很努力学习。因为是英语专业，我经常联系英语口语。 每一次，我能用英语的方式来思考。在思考之后我会把我的想法用英语表达给其他人。虽然有时我英语说得不是很流利，其他人还是很欣赏我，因为我的信心。

In English class, I was always the first one to open my mouth, so my teachers always praised me for my good pronunciation, and my classmates also admired me for my courage. It seemed as if I were on top of the world.

在英语课上，我总是第一个开口说话的，所以老师总是称赞我的发音很好，我的同学们也很佩服我的勇气。我似乎是站在了世界之巅。
