校园内嫩绿的蔷薇待放，绿叶的清新早已散出了芬芳。

校长室内，我用胆怯的眼神看着那个被称为王主任的中年女教师，她看我的时候，直直的身子微微颤动了一下，轻轻地说了声：“你就到我们班吧。”英式围栏上的蔷薇花苞直欲绽放，它在等待那片绿叶的灌溉。

我是一个转校生，从外地来，身着朴素，普通话口音也不准，总之“土”是当时的我唯一的标记。我总是将头埋得低低的，像做错了事的孩子，行为孤僻，寡言少语，为人冷淡，自然不受欢迎。每次，当我听课时，王老师会特意又似不经意地走到我的桌前，作短暂的停留。我爱脸红，也刻意地在与同学的疏远和被疏远之间徘徊，但这个有着中分齐耳短发，个子瘦小，时常带有温婉笑意的脸却温暖了我的心房。她时刻关注班中同学情况，并且及时沟通反馈，像一个慈爱、负责的母亲。

放学后，我骑着脚踏车独自前行，每天开着红色小电瓶车的她追了上来，我亲切的叫了她一声老师。她笑着问我的情况，说：“孩子，相信自己，适时的改变自己，也许你会做得更好，老师相信你哦。”我笑着答应，努力骑车赶上她。她去了，我在后面追赶着，我只想嗅下她留在风中的发香，那是温暖的芬芳，是关爱吧，心府又撒了些阳光。

我轻轻回到小学，偷偷地看着她：她正端着一碗泡面在电脑前反馈家长们孩子的信息，那双眼分明已胀得通红。

其实她——王老师才是蔷薇，高洁如她的那种洁白、无一沉滓的真挚，是养分，也是温暖的怀抱，拥着我们成长、绽放……
