在一个平凡的城市，一个平凡的地方，一所平凡的学校，却有着一位不平凡的老师，她热爱她的岗位，热爱她的学生，哪怕她只是一位语文老师。

刚一开学的头一堂语文课，她一进入七（4）班的教室门，就友好地向我们打招呼，在一段语惊四座的自我介绍文后，我们便开始了“初中语文第一课”。当然，这节课也是我生下14年来头一回听到的最特别的一节语文课：我想，很少会有语文老师在课堂上说话都要带“亲爱的……”开头的，一般的语文只会说令人乏味的“同学们……”，毫无新意，当她说出“亲爱的同学们……”这一句时，引来了全班同学的一阵哄笑，随之而来的教室里似乎蔓延着一股股发自内心的心酸，因为，像我们这么大的孩子，也很少听见“亲爱的”这三个字了吧，即便是自己的父母说这三个字，也少之又少的。

杨老师在学习上对我们要求可严格了，学习上他是绝不允许我们马虎大意的，尤其是计算题，稍有错误，那严厉的目光就是在质问“为什么会错?”，浓黑的眉毛会拧成一字形，真叫人胆颤。以前我计算很马虎，常出现错误，在老师的严格监督下，我变得细心了。还因为杨老师讲课通俗易懂，还不失风趣，我的数学成绩有了很大的提高。班上一些学习懒散的同学也能及时较好的完成学习任务，逐渐养成了认真学习的习惯，都有了明显的进步。在思想上，老师常教育我们，要做个正直，善良的人，要是谁犯了错，杨老师定会严肃处置。现在同学们都能自觉遵纪守法，认真学习了。

杨老师不仅是严师，也是一位慈祥的"父亲"。

每当有同学生病或者生活中遇到到困难时，杨老师总是关切的问寒问暖。同学病了，老师便及时送到医院治疗，或迅速跟家长取得联系，或送回家治疗。我们班有不少住宿生，大多都是留守儿童，杨老师经常晚上去查寝，和同学们聊天，了解同学们的住宿生活情况，天冷了叮嘱他们要注意保暖，夜晚要盖好被子;天热了嘱咐同学们要讲究个人卫生，还指导他们怎样收拾房间，怎样整理床铺。那和蔼可亲的样子和课堂上的杨老师，仿佛就是两个人。面对同学们偶尔的犯错，那谆谆的教导和充满期待的神情，那么和蔼，那么可亲，他就是一位合格的慈父!

杨老师还是同学们的“银行”，我们的好朋友。住宿生的钱都存在杨老师那里，同学们需要钱用时就到老师那里取，杨老师总是不厌其烦地为我们服务。

这就是我们的杨老师。我很幸运能遇到一位严厉而又慈祥的好老师。把老师比作园丁，比着蜡烛，比着春蚕都是再恰当不过的了!尊敬的老师，您为我们付出的太多，我们感谢您!

These are lots of books in our daily life. Some are about history, some are novels, and some are even about the dream in the future. I think its useful to read stories, because it can be used sometimes. Once, there was a very difficult question in an important history exam history, which wasnt mentioned in our history books, even our teacher has never told us about it. But I remembered clearly that I had read it in a history story, so I answered the question without difficulty and became the only student in our class who answered the question correctly. In my view, its useful to read stories.
