It is well known that exercise is important. In our school, we have to do an hours exercise every day. Many students are very happy. In the one hour, some of us play basketball, football and ping pong, and some run around the playground. Everyone is talking and laughing. I love this activity very much. I also hope that there will be more and more sunlight sports in our life after school. That not only makes us happy, but also makes our body healthier.

Recently, I have been reading a book named Communication Arts. In this

book, the author Doctor Li introduces many methods to communicate with others

successfully and tells readers why everyone should be a polite person. My

favorite sentence in this book is “Everyone has potential, and everyone can

determine your own future by developing positive psychological, mastering

communication arts and showing your personality charm. In that way, you can have

a wonderful life!”

During whole sections, this book tells us human should live in a large

group, since people can’t solve all problems by their own. For that matter,

human beings should learn a series of manners to deal with any situation which

might happen wherever and whenever. After that, Doctor Li makes a point that

people need to realize how to resolve disagreements between friends, families or

colleagues. There always appears this kind of situation in social life, so it’s

important to understand how to settle it. Finally he teaches us that

communication techniques not only reflect in normal talk but also within body

languages.

In each part of the book, the author takes a large number of examples in

daily life to confirm his points. These examples in daily life are easy to

understand and accept.

After reading the book, I find many shortages of my communication skills. I

used to lack of patience when I talk to others, even got mad at them. This was

impolite and might destroy relationships between my friends and me. Therefore I

would try my best to improve myself and be welcome.

Liu Ming is my chemistry’ teacher. He is an ordinary-looking little man with thick glasses, but he has a strange way of making his classes lively and interesting.

I remembered his first lesson. He put three bottles on the desk. One was filled with kerosene, one with castor oil, and one with vinegar. And he said "Now watch carefully. Pay attention to everything that I do." He held up one of his fingers and dipped it into the cup after he mixed the three kinds of liquid in a big cup together.

课堂上，由于我不会英语，老师就用中英结合的方法使我们能听懂它。为了是我们对英语产生兴趣，她给我们每人取了一个好听的英文名字，我也有一个特别的英文名“helen”，老师也有一个英文名“judy”，课堂上我们各自都用英文名称呼对方，渐渐地我对英语产生了浓厚的兴趣。老师还为了让我们更快更牢记所学的英语，使用自己制作的特殊卡片，在卡片上画上画，并写上相应的英语单词。我们在课堂上用卡片做游戏，这样我们在学中玩，玩中学，于是我能很快地把单词记住，我们的英语课也总是充满了欢声笑语。

还记得有几次，我生病了没能去上课，老师怕我落下功课，晚上冒着蒙蒙细雨，带着课本来到我家，认真地为我讲解了白天所学的内容。第二天，我走在街上，有的同学问我“你是不是请家教了呀！”我答道“没有，昨晚老师来我家为我补习功课。”同学们都投来羡慕的目光，我感到好幸福。老师有时像一位母亲，时时向我问寒问暖，有时也像是我的知心朋友，我们在一起畅所欲言。

迈着稳健的步伐，却顶着一头地中海，有了莫名的喜感。来匆匆上课时，也仅仅拿着一把尺子，毕竟是把物理整套书都背过的男人。

上课时，他带着一种说不出的口音教书，并一笔一画的将从书中总结的知识写在黑板，要求每个人反拿着笔记本来记录知识，只翻过一两次书，物理书也就被同学们慢慢丢弃了。

这天，天气晴朗，小鸟都在为这好天气在唱歌，可是我的身体却没有哪么和谐，质感就到有一团火在我身体里燃烧着，又像蒸笼中，额头一直冒冷汗，又像有一个催眠师在旁，弄得头晕眼花——我发烧了。一开始我还不知情，还以为只是天气太热，后来同学们都觉得我不对劲，就叫了老师过来。老师来了之后，就焦急地走到我身边，摸了摸我的额头，“啊!”老师发出尖叫声，引得全班都朝我这边的方向望过来，接下来的声音是：“好烫!发烧了!”老师惊讶地说，片刻，老师就拿起手机打电话给我父母，正巧爸爸妈妈去泰国享受二人世界了，老师左想右想，就打算带我去食堂熬些粥给我吃，不过今日我真是很“黑”，饭堂的食材用光了，现在又是下午三点多，没菜买，情急之下，老师只好把我带到他家，吴老师很细心，她是开摩托车的，为了不让我吹风受冷就自掏钱包坐出租车，在路上我还一直怀疑老师会不会做粥，果然不出我所料，吴老师她不会煮粥，一开始我还很害怕，可是见了她那个认真的样子，一下子就不害怕了，她在做时我一直在目睹她忙碌的背影，我不禁地流泪了，从来没有一个除了妈妈之外，对我这么好的人了，等吴老师端着粥拿到我面前，我连忙擦了擦眼泪，吴老师就不好意思地说：“我第一次，不是很好吃，将就一下吧!”我拿起勺子正准备吃时，老师就把勺子抢了过去，勺了一勺轻轻地吹了吹，放到我嘴边，这时我惊呆了，可是下一秒我就紧紧地抱着老师，很久很久。
