每当月亮高挂在空时，周围的繁星总是那么的暗淡无光。所以没有星星愿意靠近月亮，而月亮一直都是最孤单。就如同当年的我一般，而将我从那孤寂中救赎出来的正是余老师。

当时我刚转学，没有哪个朋友愿意跟我靠近，再加上我是从城里来的，他们都说我有傲气。至于余老师，我与他是在课堂上见的。他留着的头发全部向后梳去的，还喷上了发漆，沫平，油光可鉴。跟鲁迅的藤野先生不同的是，他一点都不含糊。无论是在正式的场合上，易是上课，他都会穿着西装。无论在何时何地他都会给人一种很强的压迫感与存在感。在他的课堂上，绝对没人会讲话。每当他手挟着一叠书步入教室中，气氛就会立刻凝固。气温都会降到零下。这就是我最初对他的印象。但那其实只是假象。余老师其实很温柔也很体贴。那是后面的事了。

记得刚入学的时候，老师选我当班委，那时，我并不懂得这个词的含义，也并不知道我该去做什么，常常被同学们的调皮弄得不知所措，是老师告诉了我班委的职责，教我怎样管理班级，怎样帮助同学。可我依然管不住班里的那帮“捣蛋鬼”，曾几次向老师提出放弃这个职务，但老师却鼓励我继续当下去，并告诉我一定可以，从那之后，我对自己有了信心，同学们也不再调皮，而是好好学习。

这时我少少的推开了一点门缝，这时正是语文老师的说话时间，我听到老师是这样说的:“家长是一热杯水，小孩子们摸一下，烫伤了手，过了一段时间就忘记了疼痛，又去摸了一下，有烫伤了手，第三次摸了一下，又烫伤了手，他们就再也不摸了。”我还在门上趴着，突然后面有一同学，推了我一把，我一下趴在地上，老师笑了，家长们也笑了，，老师说：“ 想听就进来听吧！”我和妈妈一起听完了这一次的家长会。

我记得还有一件现小事，不知道值不值得提起。詹天佑是我国我正在教室里上晨读课，突然一缕阳光斜斜的透过玻璃窗，照射在我的眼睛上。哦，太阳出来了。我把座位往里挪了挪，挨紧了我的同桌，有人真的读起书来。可是不一会，阳光又调皮的追过来。好刺眼呀！为什么我这么倒霉，坐在窗边，有恰好被阳光照到？周围的同学都在认真的读书，谁也没有注意到我。

哎呀！郭老师向我这边走来了。大概是因为我不专心读书吧!我赶快拿起课本，可刺眼的阳光着的我睁不开眼。突然，我感到一片清凉，抬头一看，原来是语文老师站在我身边，她的身影刚好遮住了阳光。老师也没注意到我，她像往常一样， 留意这同学们。我高兴极了，趁此机会又大声的读起课文来，一边读一遍暗暗企盼：老师可千万别走开呀！

说来也奇怪，我的愿望真的实现了。我一连读了几篇课文，老师都没走开，我有翻到了另外一课，“老师！”一个同学在叫郭老师，可能是有问题要问吧！这下糟了， 郭老师快步走过去。顿时，耀眼的阳光又向我扑了过来，“唉！该死的阳光！”我诅咒着。意想不到的事情发生了。郭老师讲完问题。竟然有走了回来，他静静的站在我身边，仰望着同学们。他的身影不偏不倚，恰好挡在我的眼睛和阳光之间。

原来老是站在这里不是偶然的。

老师，一个多么伟大而光荣的职业，有了老师才有了一个个为祖国奉献的栋梁啊！

一、指导思想：

围绕课改完善和深化学科教学常规，严格执行教研室、学校的各项教育、教学制度和要求，加强英语学科与信息技术的整合，聚焦常态课堂，关注教师成长，强调团队合作精神，全面提高英语教学质量,切实抓好校本科研、校本培训，从而促进全体英语教师的业务水平。

二、基本思路：

1、教学目标：培养兴趣，加强学法指导，抓常态课堂、高效课堂，稳固提高英语教学质量。

2、教研目标：组织进行校内外的教学研究活动，认真撰写论文，组织老师上研究课、示范课，通过研讨、评课等形式，做好课后反思，使本组教师理论与实践水平共同提高。

三、具体工作：

1、加强理论学习，更新教学理念，全面推进素质教育。全体英语教师都要抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践。改进评价内容和评价方法，即努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

4、打造“常态课堂、高效课堂”。教研组各教师认真学习常态课堂的基本要求，并每人按计划上一次公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点，以合作学习的时效性为重点，从而来实现高效课堂。

5、加快信息技术学习进程，从而推动学科教学与信息技术的整合。组织所有教师运用现代教学理念设计多媒体教学辅助课件，组织多媒体教学观摩活动等，达到能将多媒体高效运用于英语教学中。

6、加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《大纲》、《中考说明》，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读能力的训练，另外所有英语教师要协助九年级教师搞好中考复习和模拟考试，力争中考第一仗顺利。

7、组织本教研组教师撰写论文。英语组要确定教研专题，全体英语教师通过理论学习和校本培训，不断反思、探索，并联系实际积极撰写英语教育教学论文。

总之，在校领导的带领下我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。

Every year, the thing I expect the most is the Spring Festival. My parents

work far from home and they come back one or two times a year. The Spring

Festival is the time they come home. Every time they come back, they bring mangy

things to me. When I was little, they bought me toys, new clothes and shoes.

Now, they often buy me books. They say more reading is good for me. They hope I

can learn more. The time spend with them is always happy but short. They only

have half a month at home. I hope they can stay at home longer.
