时光飞逝，短暂而又愉快的假期生活已经结束了。接下来我所面临的是紧张而又愉快的新学期的教育教学生活。为把新学期的教育教学工作做好，特此作如下教学计划：

一、指导思想。

坚持马列主义，毛泽东思想。高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜，认真学习教育理论，贯彻“三个代表”重要指导思想，积极响应和贯彻素质教育钻研素质教育的实质。“减负”的内在，并以此指导自己的教育教学工作，遵循教育教学规律，紧扣大纲，把我教学层次，不断提高自己的业务水平。

二、基本情况。

这一学期，我继续担任初一(1，2)班的英语教学工作。这两个班级，每班各有学生三十五人左右，但是，基础却不尽人意。初一.1班的学生基础还可以，但是2班的基础却相差很远，学生基础参差不齐，两极分化严重，没有学习的兴趣。因此，教学工作开展的相当困难。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

总之，新的学期已经开始了，我要以上一学期的基础为起点，树立信心，全身心的投入到新学期的教育教学工作中去。争取在新的一年里，把教育教学工作推向一新的层次。

每个人一生中会遇到许多老师，在我的成长学习中也有那么一位令人敬佩的老师帮助我教育我。

初二的时候我转到新的学校，我的新班主任是一个20多岁的物理老师，韦老师，她总是将头发高高的束起，看起来是一个爽朗负责任的老师。

学校刚入学的时候，周围都是陌生的环境以及不熟的同学，因为教室里的人际关系已经成形，我失去了交朋友的第一时期，在课下望着同学们三五成群的在一起欢声笑语，我垂下头，呆在角落里，有些失落。难道只是因为在交朋友时晚了就要从此没有朋友了吗？我多么希望有一个朋友，哪怕只是来向我说说话呢！后来我在课堂上愈发少言，在教室里也似乎被当做了空气。韦老师似是发现了我的苦恼，她温柔地摸了摸我的头，“孩子啊，并不是班里的学生故意的要孤立你，只是因为大家彼此对你并不认识和熟悉，她们与你是需要一段相了解的时间的。相信我，你可以找到知心的朋友的。在这段时间前你也可以把我当成你的朋友，把想说的话跟老师说，好吗？”我如释重负地点了点头，深呼吸了一口气。

而我对韦老师也愈加了解，她所上的课如她的性格带有开放的因素，是幽默以及风趣的。物理一科与现实生活的联系不大，较为抽象。但韦老师讲的总是不一样的。韦老师在讲热传递时说到“说到热传递，即物体中的高温部分迁移到低温部分，就像男女同学拉手就是因为温度不同，要取暖。等看到老师时，温度瞬间相等，就果断放了手。”听完老师的一席话，老师的风趣顿时传给了每个人，班里哄堂大笑。从此我与各位同学一样期待着物理课，理所当然的，我的物理成绩达到我所惊奇的高度。

不过在有一次的物理测试里，许是题实在太难了，班里同学的成绩都一塌糊涂。班里没有一个人说话，气氛如同一根紧绷了的弦,班里每个同学都紧拽着衣角等着物理老师的宣判。老师走上讲台，依然平时的轻快语调“同学们怎么都垂头丧气的，这次的物理成绩尽管差了点，但我一直坚信每个孩子都是冠军。这次的成绩结果我会回家反思，同学们也要回家反思并纠正错误，好吗？我们争取下次努力取得好成果。”班里的同学都高声答道“好。”

下课后，我拿着手里的20题只对2道的测试卷，，我惭愧地问老师说“老师，我的成绩那么差，为什么你还要在+2旁边画一个笑脸呢？”韦老师又抚了抚我的头宽容地说“因为你在进步啊！”

我们终于等到了那半个小时，没想到物理老师不和其他老师不一样哎，竟然遵守承诺让我们睡觉，一直睡到了下课，胳膊都被我压麻了，我们在那里高兴的直低声叫，我们在上物理课的时候都是很开心的，因为在上课的时候不用顾虑其他事情没有弄好什么的，有时候物理卷子没有写好也没事，老师下来看看我们就回到讲台上去上课了，所以我们物理课上都不是很没有纪律，因为我们都很尊重我们物理老师，不像我们数学老师那样喜欢拖课，也不像我们语文老师那样讲的太古板，更没有班主任讲的那么快而严肃，所以我们都很喜欢听物理老师讲课。

It was a sunny day today,when i got up in the morning,i decided to see my

grandparents.so i took the bus and got there at noon,they were happy to see

me,and i was very happy,too.

In the afternoon,my farther asked me to help him water the plant,and i was

In a word,today is a unforgetive day.because i saw my relatives and helped

people.

Recently, we have little time to keep close contact with nature. We spend

too much time on study or working. We almost forget that how green the grass is,
