的确如此，人的一生陪伴我们最多的是书籍。从幼儿园到小学再从小学到初中、从初中到高中、再从高中到大学，等等。不都是书籍一直在陪伴我们吗?而且读书有益于身心健康，增加我们的知识量。大家可知我们所学的书仅仅是知识海洋的一小滴水。我们的伟大教育家孔子说的好：活到老学到老，我们应当向他学习。

书，是人生活中不可缺少的一部分。如果没了书，人的思想就会永远都那么的封建。如果没了书，人们的做事方法就会永远都那么的古板，不会改变。

《名人传》由法国著名作家罗曼·罗兰所著，里面包括《贝多芬传》、《米开朗琪罗传》和《托尔斯泰传》。在这部书中，作者紧紧把握住这三位不同领域的艺术家的共同之处，用深刻的言语刻画出三位艺术家的不朽的成名历程。在这本《名人传》中最令我感动的就是贝多芬的故事。

贝多芬的童年是十分悲惨的，他的母亲在青年时就去世了，他的父亲变成了麻木的酒鬼。这些不幸压到了贝多芬的头上，在他心中刻下了深深的伤痕，也因此导致他的脾气暴躁而古怪。但是贝多芬没有因此而堕落，他把自己的全部精力，都投入到了自己所热爱的音乐事业中去了。由于他的天分和勤奋，很快就成名了。当他沉醉在音乐给他带来的幸福当中时，不幸的事情又一次降临了：他失聪了。对于一个音乐家而言，最重要的莫过于能够欣赏到动人的音乐;而像贝多芬这样以音乐为生的大音乐家，世界从此变得安静了，这种打击不是常人所能承受得住的。而他却做到了，没有向命运低头，而是仍然挺立于音乐之巅，并说了一句铿锵有力的话：“

“我要扼住命运的咽喉，它决不能使我完全屈服!”

是什么支持着贝多芬?是不向皇权低头的品质，是不被金钱收买的决心，是扼住命运咽喉的勇气!正是依靠着这些超凡的精神力量，贝多芬越过了人生的无数个痛苦险峰，达到了对人生最清醒的领悟。

另外两位名人，有着和贝多芬不相同的悲惨命运，但他们却有着共同的执着信念。所以说，他们是伟大的人，是英雄!

早在二十世纪三四十年代，由我国著名翻译家傅雷先生译成中文，他从《名人传》中得到的启示是:“惟有真实的苦难，才能驱除浪漫底克的幻想的苦难;惟有克服苦难的壮烈的悲剧，才能帮助我们担受残酷的命运;惟有抱着‘我不入地狱谁入地狱’的精神，才能挽救一个萎靡而自私的民族……”而我们，生活在一个物质生活极度丰富的时代，我们应该多读一读像《名人传》这样的书，将我们的思想进一步净化，使我们不单单生活在物质丰富的世界，还在庞大的精神生活里畅游翱翔!

由此我明白了人生的道路曲折、漫长、充满了挑战，但是只要我们坚持不懈努力过，不管结果是失败还是成功，都是值得人们尊敬的。

I thought it’s so long that it made me impatient and bored. By now, I haven’t read the whole story in English or its Chinese version, either. I owe it to my prejudice. In fact, I didn’t understand the story at that time. I didn’t know why it called Pride and Prejudice. Of course someone was pride, but I didn’t find where’ s the prejudice. I thought it’s normal, the way people treated each other in that. I considered prejudice would be very disgusting. But to the movie everthing was OK in my minds, except its length. Now, I think I have understood more about it. I’m a prejudiced person so I can’t find where’s wrong.

I merely like to do the things I like. Everytime I meet somebody or something,my thinking about he or it all depends on my foregone experience and my mood of the time.

老人与海是一本让人感触深厚的书，读了这本书后，我不禁被老人的精神所折服。

《老人与海》的作者是欧内斯特海明威，他是美国史上最耀眼的传奇作家，诺贝尔奖的得主。

《老人与海》主要记叙了一个老人去列大海里捕鱼捕到了一条非常大的鱼，可就因为这条大鱼，引来了四条鲨鱼，老人用自己顽强的精神打败了四条鲨鱼，但那条大鱼也只剩下骨头，途中，老人经历了饥饿、死亡……各种挑战，可他凭借自己不怕艰险，坚持不懈的精神与各种困难、厄运、恶魔做斗争，最后回到了岸上。与此同时，老人也在这非凡的挑战中明白了深刻的人生真理。

《老人与海》是海明威的巅峰之作，其中有许多句子使我感触良多。例如“人同以被灭，但不能被打败”这句话，诠译了老人将四条鲨鱼打败的永不言弃的精神。

其实，在我们的学习生治中，也应该像送句话一样。我们在学习时，可以因为学了但学不会，而不会做题，但是不能因此直接否定了自己，应该用不轻易放弃的精神去战胜这道题。

我由这本《老人与海》联想到了三年级时，我们换了一个数学老师，我上课不适应，很多作业都不会做，一年级和二年级的数成绩都很不错，到了三年级上册的考试，我却考一塌糊涂。这一、二年级的成绩不就如那条大鱼，而三年级一落千仗的成绩也是那四条的鲨鱼，幸运的`是，我拥有老人那样的精神，在老师和同学及我自己的努力下，我战胜了困难，把数学这坎跨了过去。

《老人与海》这个故事让我学会：我们在面对困难时要坚强面对，顽强地与死亡做斗争，要不放弃、不惧怕、勇敢地战胜他，像老人那样，大胆与鲨鱼搏斗，成为不被打败的人。
