一、作息时间

无论春夏秋冬、放假与否等，都要严格遵守以下作息时间：

1、早晨6：40起床，3分钟穿衣时间；

2、早餐6：50准时吃饭；

3、7：10出发上学。

4、中午11：50之前到家，中途不能玩耍或去同学家逗留；

5、12：40之前结束午餐；

二、学习方面

2、上课不准走神，不准说话，不准睡觉，不准玩，认真听讲，积极配合老师回答问题，认真独立思考。下课后，休息一下，放松一下；

二：全国大学生英语四级模拟考试英语一直是我们学习的重中之重，我系一直都比较重视英语的学习，抓好英语学习对大家来说也是很重要的，尤其大学英语四级考试关乎大家的毕业证书和学位证书。为进一步提高03级同学的英语成绩，能够更加自信、坦然地面对四级考试，特进行一系列的英语四级模拟考试。1.时间：第四或五周开始，隔周一次。2.地点：待定。3.参加者：主要是03级同学，部分还未通过的02级同学也可参加。4.形式：严格按照全国大学生英语四级考试形式进行，由学习部精选试题，联系外语系播放听力，组织学生会成员或者高年级班长、团支书监考，组织各班学习委员批改试卷，最后由学习部统计汇总考试成绩，查找问题，汇报给老师和03级各班班长。希望以此方式提高同学们的应试能力，并及时发现自己的不足进一步改正，并且可以使老师们快速、有效地了解到同学们的情况。

三：系列讲座针对各级同学们面临的专升本、英语四级、计算机二级、考研等情况，我部尽量组织多种形式的讲座，为同学们解惑答疑，让同学们能更加有准备得面对，学有动力，学有方法，学有成绩。具体形式未定。

快乐的日子总是过得太快，转眼间，寒假已经过去了，又开学了，我们只好收拢起玩散了的心情，开始慢慢进入学习状态。回想我在上一学期里有很多缺点或毛病，比如说：写字写不好、作业不认真、不仔细审题。结果就在上学期的数学期末考试中，没有考好，只得了87分，真是懊悔、惭愧至极，真是对不起老师的辛勤教导和培养。

这学期我一定要把这些缺点和毛病改掉，在课堂上认真听课，积极回答问题，多帮助同学，在家里认真完成作业，并且每天看一篇文章，做一张读书卡，提高自己的写作能力，而且我还要经常看一些天文地理等各门科学知识和故事。要博览群书，掌握更多的知识，找到书中的“黄金屋”。

爸爸妈妈的性格比较开朗，从不给我下达硬性的分数指标，但我每个学期都会主动地给自己订个学习目标——确保所考科目的期末成绩都在93分以上(满分100分)——爸爸妈妈也默许了这种“93分万岁”的学习计划。

光阴似箭，日月如梭，一个快乐的暑假已过去，迎接我的不仅是一个我们播撒种子、农民伯伯收货成果的季节，还是小学生活中的最后一个阶段。迎着早晨的第一缕阳光，我们又重新回到了充满书香味的校园，每天不到7：00就要起床、需要背诵的无数篇课文、需要理解的无数条公式与习题、需要记熟的无数个英语单词，这种枯燥单调的日子也随之回到了我们的身边。我突然想到了列夫·托尔斯泰说过的一句话：“理想是指路明灯。没有理想，就没有坚定的方向;没有方向，就失去了前进的力量。”

也许是二三年级的时候认为英语不是太重要吧，所以上课没有认真听讲，导致我的英语成绩不是太理想，五年级下学期的期末考试，我才考了92分，离目标还差一分呢。这下，算上原来的目标成绩和利息，这学期我要考94。5才算合格。而对于我这个“英文盲”，考94。5分谈何容易啊?!所以，为了实现目标，我让妈妈给我买了一本《小学英语基础知识考点》，每天背几个单词，读几条句型，做几道习题，再加上每天早上听英语、学发音，日积月累，就会把以前遗忘掉的知识给补回来，我就不信期末考试的时候过不了94。5分这个关!

还有，我的数学成绩也是一般般的，成绩像波浪一样，起伏不定，时而九十几分，时而八十几分，但就是没考过一百分。为了提高成绩，妈妈让我准备了一个错题本，专门记录每次作业、考试做错了的习题，然后把这些习题抄下来，再做，又做错了再抄，这样周而复始着……渐渐地，从我的错题本上我发现，我错的题大多是一些选择题和基础知识题，所以，我自己买了一本《小学数学教材全解》，上面不仅有各种练习题，而且还有难题讲解，妈妈还说，只要我把这本书上的知识都掌握了，期末数学考试绝对不是问题。

相比起来，我的语文成绩可就要好多了，说不上次次第一吧，但考在93分以上是绝对没有问题的。但我知道这样的成绩还不够好，真正优秀的好学生每次考试都该考在98分以上，所以我要更努力的学习，多看书、勤写作，争取每次考试都能考出一个好成绩!

最后要考试的两门功课，就是科学和品社了。但我并不怎么把这两门课放在心上，只要到期末的时候努力背题、抄题，有不懂的问题不耻下问，考试时一定会取得一个优异的成绩!

另外，我还要做到以下几点：

1。上课不说话，不做小动作，不和对面的同学打打闹闹;2。上课认真听讲，下课仔细预习、复习，回家认真完成作业;3。和同学们和睦相处，不再发生争执;

但是，我已经不是小学生或者初中生了，我是一个成熟的高中生了，所以我明白，要想达到某项目标的时候，我应该要做的就是制定符合实际情况的学习计划，这样才能一步步实现自己的目标，从而迈向成功。

因此，在即将开学的最后日子里，我给自己制定了一个比较贴切的学习计划：

一、做好预习。所以预习应做到：

1、粗读教材，找出知识之间的联系，并复习这些知识;

2、列写出这节的内容提要;

3、找出这节的重点与难点;

4、找出课堂上应解决的重点问题。

二、认真听课。学习每门功课，一个很重要的环节就是要听好课，听课应做到：

1、要有明确的学习目的;

2、听课要特别注重“理解”。

三、做好课堂笔记。做笔记对复习、作业有好处，做课堂笔记应：

1、笔记要简明扼要;

2、课堂上做好笔记后，还要学会课后及时整理笔记。

四、完成作业。

1、做作业之前，必须对当天所学的知识认真复习，理解其确切涵义，明确起适用条件，弄清运用其解题的步骤;

2、认真审题，弄清题设条件和做题要求;

3、明确解题思路，确定解题方法步骤;

4、认真仔细做题，不可马虎从事，做完后还要认真检查;

5、及时总结经验教训，积累解题技巧，提高解题能力;

6、遇到不会做的题，不要急于问老师，更不能抄袭别人的作业，要在复习功课的基础上，要通过层层分析，步步推理，多方联系，理出头绪，要下决心独立完成作业

7、像历史、地理、生物、政治这些需要背的科目，要先背再做。

五、课后复习。

1、及时复习;

2、计划复习;

3、课本、笔记和教辅资料一起运用;

4、提高复习质量。

以上几点看似简单，其实是不那么容易做到的，这需要恒心、细心，但是我决心自己一定可以做到。

目前英语课仍是我的弱项，在学习方面很吃力，但是我会每天抽出一些时间多记单词与语法，争取最后一学期能够通过查漏补缺，把英语短板尽快补上。

体育方面，俗话说的好“身体是革命的本钱”，没有一个很好的身体，其他的都是“浮云”。因此我每天要合理饮食，多吃有营养的饭菜，少吃垃圾食品，每天早睡早起，并养成一个早起锻炼的好习惯。在周末学习之余，我还要多去户外运动，如多打羽毛球、踢足球等等。

最后一学期我要严格执行这个学习计划，不仅在学习上取得进步，而且身体也要更健康，争取考上理想的初中。

终于迎来了忙碌的初三，可能还会沉浸在轻松、惬意的暑假，但是一开学就让我们措手不及的课程、作业着实压得我们喘不过气。
