在教育部一再重申要重视“大学语文”课之后，国内许多高校纷纷开始了行动。但无论是将其设立为除中文系以外本科生的.必修课，还是一些大学老师将其作为教育科研的大课题，不可否认，在如今的大学课堂里，“大学语文”课依然处于边缘地带。透视这门课程所面临的尴尬，其实是为实现其所承载的教育理念和教育使命。

上过大学语文课的，都会对一个场景颇为熟悉——偌大的阶梯教室中坐满了学生，有的玩手机，有的窃窃私语，向前望去，“遥远”的讲台上有个单薄的身影，无论是讲《诗经》、还是谈鲁迅，好像总是让人“听不太清”。

虽然自1978年恢复高考后，大学语文课即被重新提上日程，但近四十年的发展过程中，大学语文课经常会淹没在其他更“有用”的课程之中。到如今，大学语文课依然处于边缘地带。

是“大学语文”，还是“高四语文”?

大班教学意味着师生互动较少、课堂纪律较差，老师只能选择简单地灌输知识。这样的课堂难以形成浸入式的教学体验，无法将学生带入所讲内容所蕴含的文学与文化中，不仅不能提升学生们的学习和参与兴趣，更无法使他们对母语文化有超出知识层面的理解与体会。

审美教育是大学语文课程的重要目标之一。但目前的大学课堂，难以营造饱含美好情感的氛围，而信息碎片化的网络时代，学生们的审美感知力和鉴赏力日渐钝化。长此以往，大学语文的课堂越来越知识化，慢慢会成为所谓的“高四语文”。

早在2004年全国大学语文年会中就提出，大学语文的素质教育具体落实在人文素质教育层面，即贯彻人文精神、培养人文态度、贯穿人文内涵。然而，大学语文教材选编的内容大都是古今中外的佳作，情感真挚、主题积极向上，但内容能否有效传递却受限于师资、教学方式和授课模式。

大班教学中的学生大多来自不同专业，有着不同的生活经历和学科背景，而阶梯教室中的教学根本无法做到因材施教。那么，在此环境下，要求大学语文的教师仅通过对经典作品的阐释，很难实现带领不同背景的学生体会人文内涵、培养较高的审美能力和价值取向的目标。

逆势突围，是解决大学语文课程难题的必然出路。笔者认为，调整高校课程设置，继续提高对大学语文课程的重视，加强课程的师资力量建设是逆势突围的基础。不仅从战略上也从现实实践中关注大学语文课堂，不仅从硬件设施也从教学理念、课程价值方面保证大学语文课程的科学化教学，才能从根本上解决大学语文课程的“阶梯教室之痛”。

而在既有环境下，寻求内容设置和教学方法的多元化是大学语文突围的一个角度。如2013年中国人民大学将本科生培养方案中的“大学汉语”课程由全校共同必修课程调整为学生自主选修课程，颁布之初虽引发争议，然而细究会发现，原来2学分的大学语文扩增为10学分的人文素养课，包括原著经典阅读、公共艺术教育等多门课程，学生可根据兴趣和水平选择课程。南开大学从2008年起，每年招收“语文高等教育”博士生，加强对大学母语教育的理论探索。

诗人叶芝说，教育不是注满一桶水，而是点燃一把火。不管在阶梯教室，还是围炉而坐，大学语文课的真正价值，应是挖掘学生内心的那把人文之火。

高考新政

2010年4月26日，经媒体调查，教育部的加分规定只有14种，全国各省、市、自治区却有近两百种的加分规定，而有些省市自定的加分规定有违国家政策。

2011年秋季进入高中阶段一年级的学生将开始适用这项新的加分政策，他们参加高考的年份正好是2014年。而2010年(含)以前已进入高中阶段学习的学生，仍可适用调整前的相关政策。

2011年教育部、国家民委、公安部、国家体育总局、中国科协等五部门联合发文规范和调整部分高考加分项目，教育部在其官方网站上公布了这一消息。

例如四川高考加分项目大瘦身，和2013年相比共删除29个加分项目，另外还有17个项目缩减了加分分值。

而北京市此前公布的高考加分调整方案也提出，在2014年高考中，体育特长生加分项目有所减少，由原本的15项缩减到10项。而少数民族考生由增加10分投档调整为增加5分投档。市优秀学生干部由增加20分投档调整为增加10分投档。

按照规定，2014年体育特长生加分项目限定为田径、篮球、足球、排球、乒乓球、武术、游泳、羽毛球等8项，各省还可根据本地情况，增加一般不超过2个强身健体项目。内蒙古甚至提出更加严苛的方案，即2014年开始，对高水平运动员、高考体育加分者需要统一实施全区体育测试，不合格则不予加分。

北京

例如，北京市规定，今后本市认定的高考持有国家二级运动员(含)以上证书的测试项目，将被限定为15项。它们分别为：足球、篮球、排球、棒球、垒球、手球、乒乓球、羽毛球、网球、田径、游泳、武术、跆拳道、健美操、定向越野。此政策的最大变化在于，航海模型、航空航天模型、汽车模型、无线电测向、业余电台(简称“三模两电”)和棋牌类项目的体育特长生认定资格将被逐步取消。

上海

上海市则规定文艺特长生加分分值减少，一些竞赛项目加分分值也由20分减为10分。

在2008年的上海市普通高等学校招生录取加分表“文艺特长生”一栏中，获得全国及上海市文艺竞赛个人一等奖或前三名(需赛前经市教委认定加分项目)和获得上海市学生艺术团(重点团)优秀团员称号的应届高中毕业生原来可以加20分;2014年降到了10分。上海市学生艺术团(一般团)优秀团员的加分也从2008年的10分降到了2014年的5分。
