战疫中，我学会了坚持

来到武汉的第26天，外面的天阴沉昏暗，我的心情却难得的轻松。为自己一路的坚持而欣慰，为自己身体上慢慢适应而窃喜。如今，在病人需要时，我竟也可以一路小跑着去回应他们，第一时间出现为他们治疗、护理……

时间倒放到2月2日，我们第三批医疗队从济南出发，心怀光荣使命飞抵武汉。城市停摆……这是我一下飞机，步入武汉的第一感受，没想到自己竟然以这种独特的方式来到了曾经向往过无数次的城市。看着空旷的街道，我不时的提醒自己，这是真的，不是做梦。

经过了一遍又一遍的防护培训后，我们很快入驻武汉同济医院中法新城院区。2月5日，在紧张和复杂的心情中我迎来了第一个轮班，第一次近距离接触患者，虽然穿着防护服还是有恐惧的心理，但当看到无助的病人，我突然有一种心酸，他们被隔离在病区内，无法见到家人，不是更需要我们的关心吗?那一刻我不再恐惧，努力适应着这里的节奏。

情况比我想象中的要严峻，因为所有的病人没有家属陪护，病人所有的日常起居都需要我们护士来照顾，但这都不是问题，最需要克服的是自己的身体，因为厚重的防护服密不透风，一会儿整个身体就湿漉漉的，还有超厚的口罩，感觉非常憋气，再加上大大的一会儿就起雾的护目镜，整套下来，没多大功夫，整个人就会胸闷气短、行动缓慢。每每看到当地的医护人员总可以小跑着去解决每位病人的需要，我总是很惭愧，因为在这个战场上，时间就是生命，我慢了，我就输了……

还记得值第三个班的时候，刚一进到病房，我就感觉非常不舒服，胸闷心慌，心率一度达到120-130次/分，特别想吐，队员们都劝我出去透透气，休息一下。但怎么可以呢?我们是一个团队，我出去了，就必须另一个人来接替我的工作，大家一样在坚持，不能因为我的不适，而给大家带来更多的工作。还有那些病人，不比我难受多了?所以，我必须要坚持，一定要坚持下去!靠着内心的这点信念，我一直坚持到下班，当把防护服脱掉的那一瞬间，我觉得自己重生了!在回宾馆的路上我暗下决心，一定要在最短的时间内克服身体上的不适，经过咨询心内科的老师，我之后每次轮班之前都会吃上倍他乐克，来减慢心率。

这段时间，网上几乎都被对我们医护人员的赞美刷了屏，真的，挺自豪的，但我想说的是，作为一名护士，在这个时刻，无论是谁都会选择前进，无论是谁，都不会说一个“不”字，只有“责无旁贷”。医院和整个山东人民是我们强大的后盾，支持保护我们，我们无所畏惧。不管“战役”多么困难，生活多么艰苦，我们定迎难而上，打赢这场硬仗。

Our capacity to cope successfully with lifes challenges far outstrips our capacity to feel nervousness. Yet in the weeks, days, and hours leading up to an event that we believe will test our limits, we can become nervous. While we may have previously regarded ourselves as equal to the trials that lie ahead, we reach a point at which they near and our anxiety begins to mount. We then become increasingly worked up, until the moment of truth arrives and we discover that our worry was all for nothing. We are almost always stronger and more capable than we believe ourselves to be. But anxiety is not rational in nature, which means that in most cases we cannot work through it using logic as our only tool. Reason can help us recognize the relative futility of unwarranted worry but, more often than not, we will find more comfort in patterns of thought and activity that redirect our attention to practical or engaging matters.

Most of us find it remarkably difficult to focus on two distinct thoughts or emotions at once, and we can use this natural human limitation to our advantage when trying to stay centered in the period leading up to a potentially tricky experience. When we concentrate on something unrelated to our worryuch as deep breathing, visualizations of success, pleasurable pursuits, or exercisenxiety dissipates naturally. Meditation is also a useful coping mechanism as it provides us with a means to ground ourselves in the moment. Our guides can aid us by providing us with a focal point wholly outside of our own sphere.

Perhaps grace is accorded Rabbi Banish because his doubt is triggered by devastating personal losses， and withheld from Rabbi Nechemia because his despair is the bitter fruit of idle speculation about the unknown. Whatever the reason， relatively few of Singer’s characters are granted at the moment of death the transcendent vision of unity between man and God that appears to Rabbi Banish in Joy. For the fortunate few， release from time into eternity is affected by a divine visitation which obliterates distinctions between past and present， living and dead.

These kinds of characters are lost in their world because of the seducement of the material world. They doubt their formal faith and gradually give up what they believed. But after they have experienced so much hardship， they realize that they cannot adapt to the life of the outer world so they regress to the former life with formal faith. They realize the importance of God and they begin to think seriously about the relationship between man and God. At last they find their right way of their life.

Before the class, you like to talk to us, at this very time, you are more a friend than a teacher. To be honest, I was surprised in the first class when I learned a teacher at your age could speak English in such a fluent way.(I didnt mean you are old, youre young at heart.) Moreover, you know well how to keep your class attractive. Youve got such an active mind that you can keep talking during the whole class without a pause. I always appreciated your ideas and enjoyed listening to you. In your class, I learned not only the writing skills but also the presentation skills as well as much knowledge of other areas. Thanks for your excellent teaching.

Ive got some suggestions for you. It seems that we students have got few chances to participate in discussion during the class time. Most of the time, we are listening. Seldom did we express our own ideas. I suggest that teachers should interact with students more frequently in the class. Besides, Id like to practice writing more, so would you please leave us more assignments?
