莎士比亚曾说：“倘若这一天你不笑一笑，那么你这天也就白活了。”离我们好几个世纪的哲学家都悟出了人生要乐活，那我们何苦整天愁眉皱脸地不去享受生活呢?

“乐活”这个词最初是源于一部小说，小说中的主人公是一个整天神经兮兮、甚至有些杞人忧天的人。有一天，他遇见了一位女神，女神见他这样就说：“去享受生活吧!不要如此忧愁。”于是他就找啊找啊，最后他终于明白了——生活是充满乐趣的。是啊，小鱼从河底游过，那是对自由的向往，那是乐活;树苗不断吸收阳光，捕捉养分，努力向上抽枝发芽，那是对生命的向往，那是乐活;百灵鸟在枝头跳动，哼着悦耳动听的歌谣，那是对不羁的向往，那也是乐活。

乐活就是要我们像一株金灿灿的向日葵一般，脸始终如一地朝着太阳，追随着太阳一起转动。对自己而言，不用说，这是一种乐活，一种向往光明的乐活;与此同时，这也给旁人带人一丝暖意，让人心生好感，从此便也像向日葵一般乐活。做一株向日葵，不仅使自己乐活，还能将乐活传递下去。

快乐地生活，生活会随着时轴的拨动而前行;不快乐地生活，生活照样会随着时轴的转动而继续下去。似乎我们的生活态度丝毫影响不了生活向前的大迈步。那我们为什么不快乐地生活呢?不快乐的因素之可能给我们带来阴霾，但快乐的因素却能为我们拨云见日，让我们沐浴阳光。

林肯总统曾在一次辩论会上被对手批得连连败退，甚至一时半会儿竟想不出如何来反驳对手。但他在辩论会中始终保持着微笑，仔细聆听对手的演说，从中发现对手的弱点，最终林肯总统赢得了这次辩论。会后有人问他为什么始终保持着微笑，他回答道：“因为我若不笑，便会哭。”

是啊，生活中有太多不如意的事情，倘若不笑，便会哭。对待事物的态度往往由我们自己选择，是要乐观地面对还是要悲伤地逃避?你是快乐抑或是不快乐，太阳依旧是天天升起。自然界万物和我们周围的事物不会因为我们心情的好与坏而变化自己。只是当你舒坦开心时，它们在你的眼中是美好向上的;而当你低落不满时，它们是灰暗无神的。所以对待生活的态度是我们自己选择的。要乐活还是要悲活亦是我们自己选择的。

“要么好好活着，要么赶紧去死。”——这就是乐活，像一株向日葵般的乐活。
