我们可以做很多事情来享受独处的时光，有些事情非常简单。我喜欢淋浴，喜欢瑜伽练习，喜欢在开车回家的路上看秀丽的风 景，这些都不需要和外部世界联系。这能帮我真正消化自己的所做所为，仅仅安静的待着。我发现在这种小小的消遣之后，用在纸上用笔写日记这样古老的方式很有帮助。

生活需要音乐。

自然界的声音是随时可入耳的。深山里，泉水叮咚，像是小精灵活泼地踏着鼓点，在石隙间跳舞。清晨，树林里，鸟儿的一声啼叫划破天空，“唧唧”“啾啾”，一声，两声。整个山林便因啼叫声的增多而热闹起来。歌声随着鸟儿的飞翔而忽上，忽下，忽近，忽远，给人一种愉悦的感觉。

夜间，田野旁，小河缓缓的流淌，月光柔柔地洒在河面上，泛起一层银波。河岸上却极其热闹，青蛙在沿河地段“呱呱地叫着”，草丛里传来一声声虫鸣，或快或慢，或低沉，或高昂，起起伏伏。小小的草丛 里不知有多少昆虫歌唱家，默契地演奏着生活的歌曲。初听似乎吵闹，但静下心去听才发现这又何尝不是一种乐趣?

纵然天籁之声给人以至纯至净的感受，但人工创造出来的音乐也是十分悦耳的。就说时下最流行的通俗乐曲(又称流行音乐)也能振奋人心。依我的理解，流行音乐就指普通人喜闻乐见,并能自己参与表演的一种音乐艺术形式,是一种不需要经过许多严格的训练与雕琢的音乐，这也是一种浑然天成的音乐，是发泄人情感的最佳方式。例如《海阔天空》，作词人以自己遇挫为背景，鼓励我们在面对挫折与困难时要勇敢面对，不轻言放弃，敢于向命运挑战。

与流行音乐相比，用乐器演奏的音乐更多了一份朴实与真切。笛声悠扬，让人沉醉在甜蜜的梦乡。闲暇时分，听听贝多芬的《命运交响曲》，手指随着节奏而跳动，感受乐理之中的奥妙，心中对音乐有了一种新的认知与情感。

是的，音乐是无处不在的，因此世界才不会寂寞。都市音乐是快节奏的。行人忙碌的脚步声，汽车“嘀嘀叭叭”响笛声，人们行走的谈笑声，组合成一首摇滚乐，释放出人们心底的激情与喜怒哀乐，为城市增添了一种特色，成为城市的一种风景。

音乐不仅仅是听觉上的一种享受，更是精神上的一剂良药。有人说音乐能够陶冶人的情操，的确，闲暇时，音乐是一种乐趣，它能够扣动你的心扉。快乐是总是爱听欢快的歌，伤心时总爱听悲伤低沉的歌，因此从另一方面来说，歌曲也反映了一个人的心情。

科学家研究表明，植物也爱听音乐，并且能更快更好地生长，那人是否也一样?我想答案一定是肯定的。当一个人在聆听音乐时，他的心情必定是平和的，因为音乐的感染力会让人内心的烦躁、不安化为乌有，取而代之的好似愉悦的心情和平和的心态。

因为音乐，才有了“稻花香里说丰年，听取蛙声一片”。

音乐是清风，为生活带来凉爽;音乐是蜜糖，为生活增添甜蜜;音乐是阳光，为生活带来明媚。

有了音乐，生活就少了一份寂寞，多了一份热情;有了音乐，生活就少了一份复杂，多了一份纯真;有了音乐，生活就少了一份空虚，多了一份充实。
