这天，我照常到楼下跳绳，并且给自己定下一次跳100个的目的，但不知是鞋子不适合还是场地不适应，这次一直跳到七八十个就被绳子打到，明明只剩十几个就达标了，结果就中断了。我就像一道题如何做都做不对一样，愈来愈不耐烦起来。

我压住火气继续跳，可绳子像是故意在和我作对，无论我如何努力都跳不到一百。母亲看到了，让我休息一会再跳，可这个时候候的我完全听不进来，心里憋着一口气，手已经非常酸了也不愿停下来。“我就不相信我今天跳不到100个!”我堵着气第三开始。

但现实是残酷的，在持续的尝试之后，我还是没能成功。终于我压制不住心中的怒火，把绳把手在墙上敲了非常多下，又狠狠地把它扔在地上，放声大哭起来……

雨过天晴的天特别美，该怎么形容呢？感觉就像你中了头彩一般。没有焦灼，没有烈焰，虽是夏天但却无比的清凉，带给人一种无比的享受，骑上我的自行车又开始了一天的工作但却感觉没有那么烦躁了，这一晚的雨仿佛把我对生活的不满一大堆得火气给浇下去了，带着一种快感，开始了一天的工作。仿佛时间过的很快不知不觉已经下班了，连续几日都是这样按时上班下、吃饭，生活的无比安逸，无人打扰。难道这就是所谓的生活吗？不，这不是我想要的，我想要一个无比激情、充满挑战的生活，想让自己变得更加精彩。《生活大爆炸》告诉我们安逸使人死亡，该如何是好呢，你有你自己的目标吗？你想要的生活不付出努力会得到吗？哎、习惯了平庸怎敢改变呢？（安逸使我变得无比胆小)
