简单生活本是我们与生俱来的能力，若世俗夺去了我们的随性自然，将压抑与压力强加在我们身上，我们不如丢掉欲望的包袱，卸下防备与伪装，勇敢地追求一如生命本真的那份简单与纯真。

I used to think that we would never meet again. However, when I browsed the entries about him, I found out excitedly that he is still in P.R.C.!!

Life is enjoyable in moments such like this. Old friends meet again surprisingly, on a road of their own ways to their dreams. they look at the face of each other, and recognize the old pal. It is such moment that makes me feel grateful to life: whenever I set off for a new destination, I see I have friends in the same direction, with whom I won’t feel alone any more.

《纽约时报》就曾发表过一篇名为“低头族，你错过了什么”的报道，来警告那些在地铁、汽车甚至家中都低头专注于手机的人们，他们错过的不仅是身边美好的景物，更失去了感受生活、感受人与人之间感情与交流的机会。中国亦有相关报道，指出在家人面前玩手机会使亲情意识淡薄。而数据研究显示，现代人几乎每6分钟便要看一次手机！这个数字难道不让人触目惊心吗？现代人总感叹时间匆匆，可时间正是在你低头拨弄手机时一点点的流逝呀！我不禁想问，低头族，你是否知道你到底错过了什么？

作家李鳌曾说过，他从不看电视或上网，更不上微博，因为短短一百多字的碎片化阅读，严重限制了人逻辑思维方式的提高，更不利于青少年价值观的形成。此言得之。试想，一本书的出版，要经过多少次的检查与修改，而一篇几分钟就发布的微博，岂会经得起仔细推敲？更不用说“披阅十载，增删五次”的呕心沥血了。由此观之，沉迷于所谓的电子科技，其弊大矣。与其让碎片化的信息扰乱你的思维，不如去书香中感受灵魂的洗礼，丰富精神世界。

日本作家曾指出断、舍、离的概念，我想现在困于高科技牢笼之中的我们也是需要断、舍、离的，舍弃那些对高科技的依赖，感受生活的趣味。莫让高科技偷走生活。
