n my understanding, if we refer to an ideal college life as a formal western dinner, then a high GPA, that is, Grade Point Average, should be the main course, while an active part in activities, together with associations, means the appetizer. Some romances, of course, play the role as desserts. They are the 3 key elements for an ideal college life.

Those, however, are not what college life is all about. As we all know, college is wildly different from middle school. It connects not only adolescence to adulthood, but also the ivory tower to the real society. Therefore, the ideal college life is that I become matured both physically and mentally, and that I obtain qualified academic knowledge and get well prepared for society at the same time.

My winter vacation

我的寒假

During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. I wake up 11 o’clock Am everyday, after a washing, I have a good lunch with my parents. Next I play computer games till the time to have supper. After have dinner. I go on playing till 2 o’clock Am, and then go to sleep with tired. This is one dull day of my winter vacation.

在21世纪的今天，人类的科学经济发展已经达到了很高的水平。然而我想问：你们有没有意识到人类的活动对环境会造成怎样的影响呢?

森林的乱砍滥伐不就是一个严峻的问题吗?据调查全世界森林面积正以每年上千万公顷的速度在消失。造成大量的水土流失，使许多地区成为沙漠。人类的活动范围在不断减少，这不可怕吗?

人类除了破坏森林之外，难道就没有什么破坏环境的问题了吗?不是这样的。现在我们应该看到水污染的严重性，目前世界上60%的地区面临供水不足，已有20%的人口难以得到清洁水，51%的人无法得到卫生用水。这是什么造成的呢?是我们人类自己造成的，现在的工厂及我们生活中的污水，没有通过处理就排出去。这不是最好的证明吗?据研究，每排放1立方米污水，就污染14立方米天然水。想一想，这是多么可怕的数字?

在工厂排出的浓烟里，我们不知道浓烟是污染大气的吗?科学家发现，至少有100种大气污染物对环境产生极大危害，直接影响人们的健康。

难道我们想在这种环境中生活吗?当然不想;那让我们用行动来证明吧!我们可以从我做起，从现在做起，从身边做起。树立爱自然、爱护环境的意识吧!来做宣传环保的使者!让我们一起为保护环境行动起来吧

时间就像一匹奔驰的骏马，转眼间，我已经上小学六年级了。回忆起过去的点点滴滴，有一件事让我至今难忘。

记得那是在二年级暑假里的一天，这是一个美好的清晨，阳光明媚。奶奶说要去挖土豆。这对我来说可是新鲜事，因为土豆我经常吃，却从来没有挖过，于是便跟奶奶死缠烂打了好一会儿，奶奶才答应带我一起去挖土豆。

我和奶奶一起来到离家不远的地里，我望着地里一片绿色的植物，却没有土豆的影子，便满脸疑惑地问奶奶：“奶奶，为什么我没有看到土豆啊?”奶奶笑着对我说：“傻孩子，土豆当然是长在土里的呀!你看到的是土豆藤。”我听了便不好意思的抓了抓脑袋。准备开工喽!奶奶用锄头在前面挖，挖出来往后面扔，我就拿着篮子跟在后面捡。奶奶忽然对我说：“月儿，太危险了，小心土豆打到你，等奶奶挖完我们再一起来捡吧。”我听了答应了一声便放下篮子跑到地埂上去玩耍。左蹦一下，右跳一下，我来到一棵长势比较大的土豆旁边，两手抓住茎秆，使劲向上一拔，由于用力太大，让我摔了个四脚朝天，坐起来一看，不禁喜出望外，刚才被我拔起来的土豆树根上，挂着好几个又大又圆的土豆哩!就在这时，听见奶奶喊我可以捡土豆了，我一咕噜从地上爬起来，心里想着：“这么简单的事，我闭着眼睛都能捡。”开工，我把土豆带泥一股脑的就往篮子里面扔，觉得还挺快的，不一会就捡完了一堆。这时奶奶走过来看到我捡的土豆，笑着摸了摸我的头说：“土豆上的泥也要抹掉啊!”我看着奶奶，朝她笑了笑，心想：“捡土豆还真是麻烦。”无奈之下又把土豆倒出来重新捡过。捡着，捡着，我忽然感觉脚背上痒痒的，低头一看，呀!是一只小蜈蚣从我脚上爬过，吓得我一蹦三尺高。过一会儿我正准备把土豆上的泥抹掉，从泥巴里爬出一条蚯蚓，又把我吓得让土豆“飞”出了好远。看来，捡土豆也是“危机四伏”啊，我正准备打退堂鼓，却又看到远处奶奶正在忙碌的身影，我不禁又鼓足了勇气，重新投入到了“战斗”中去。

一直忙到中午，回到家里，我已经累得瘫软在沙发上不想动弹了。

经过这次挖土豆，使我明白了“谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦”的真正含义，也让我体会到了农民伯伯们的劳动是有多么辛苦，我以后一定要珍惜每一粒粮食，尊重农民伯伯辛勤劳作得来的成果。

经过了十年的苦读，经受了如火六月的考练，终于踏入高中的大门……

刚踏入高中校门，迎接我们的便是一顿终生难忘的“杀威棒”——整整七日魔鬼式的军训。我们完成了人格上从大男孩向热血青年的转变，也就是经过这七日的军训，我们的生活习惯上也发生了翻天覆地的变化。

在初中时代，我们从来不用担心自己的吃饭、睡觉这些琐碎的小事。每当生病时，总有父母家人陪在身边，每一天，总有人嘘寒问暖。到了学校之后，到处都是熟悉的面孔，走三五步，就会碰上热情的同学。班主任老师总是提前下班，赶在学生前面守候在教室门口，各科老师也总是问还有没有听不懂的地方。

到了高中之后，离开了家乡，远离了父母，来到了一个完全陌生的环境。初次尝试过着宿舍集体生活，睡着八人间的二层架子床。到了吃饭时间，就会以百米冲刺的速度冲向食堂，总怕吃不上饭。食堂很大很宽敞，一千来人同时就餐，里面人声鼎沸。同学之间也没有了那种熟悉感，也没有初中下课时的打闹，少了那时的真诚。走三五步，全是陌生的面孔。，虽说老师的知识很是渊博，但再也找不回和初中老师之间交往的那种亲近感和融洽感，老师和我们之间已经增大了距离，也减少了接触的时间。

在刚进入进入了大家庭时，我显得不是那么的适应。但是时间使我适应了一切。这是一个陌生的环境，但这是一个新天地。

带着几分稚气，带着几分对过去的留恋和不舍，带着几分义无反顾的勇气，还是坚定地跨进了那想象无数次的殿堂。现在仔细回味，人生其实也是如此，从陌生到熟悉，从犹豫到坚定，从幼稚到成熟。就应如此，鼓着那勇气与信心，一往无前。

从初中到高中，虽然只有短短的一学期，但我感觉在独立面对生活方面跨过了一大步，每当问题出来时，第一个想到是不是父母而是自己。每当受到挫折时，没有沮丧，有的只是重新燃起的斗志。

雄关漫道真如铁，而今迈步从头越。

高中的生活，每天都充满着挑战，而我，正满怀信心大踏步的前行。
