说到野餐，或许大家都会想起和家人一起游玩的场景吧，可是我的这一次野餐可不一样，我的野餐中只要孩子们。

上学期暑假，我又回到了老家，老家的风景很好，夏天真可谓山清水秀，大山里茂盛的树林形成了一片片绿荫，在太阳的照射下每一片叶子都很耀眼，小河里的水也早已解冻，正流得欢快，水是碧绿的，山是青色的，再加上山花的点缀，真是美得无话可说。家里的各种花都绽放了，发出怡人的香味。

正是这样一个美妙的暑假，我和我的几位弟弟妹妹展开了一次野餐。我们一起筹划了好几天，最终定下了日子。盼望着盼望着，这一天终于在我们的欢笑声中来临了，我很早就起了床，开始收拾东西，拿了一些蔬菜，再拿一些调料，然后是一些水，一切都已准备就绪，接下来就等我的妹妹来叫我了。我着急地等待着，很快，他们来了，手里大包小包的拿了许多，我们就是这样出发的，我们边走边聊，还在找一个合适的野餐地点。话不多说，我们选了距离小河较近的沙滩边，这里有水，是个不错的地方，我们就在那里“扎了营”。

接下来，我们就开始了炒菜，我弟弟生了火，我和我妹妹就开始炒菜，我们一个人炒一个人放调料，配合的还算默契，等我们的第一道菜出锅的时候大家已是饥肠辘辘，很快一大碟子的洋芋被瞬间“扫光了”，显然，有些人还是没有吃饱，于是我和妹妹又开始下一道菜——白菜，一开始还是很顺利，可后来却出现了一点小瑕疵，我和妹妹在看两个弟弟下水摸鱼看过了头，没有注意到菜熟了，等我俩发觉时锅已经着火了，我和妹妹瞬间慌了，手忙脚乱地不知道该如何是好，妹妹不顾一切地将锅用一根木棍打翻了，还在地上翻来翻去，当然，最后火是灭了，可菜也被“灭了”，一锅好菜就这样被糟蹋了。

之后，我们洗了锅下水玩耍，河水凉凉的，爽极了。没过一会儿，晚饭时间到了，我们决定就在外面吃，不回家了。我和妹妹便跑到小卖铺里买了一袋面条，然后又开始做了些菜，我们准备凉拌，我的弟弟在大树边盖了一件简陋的小房子，我们就在那里面吃了一顿晚饭，香极了。

之后，我们就回了家，还约定有机会再来野餐。

走在这条路上的我并不是独自一人，我有好多旅伴。我总是很感谢上帝让这些人陪我走过如此漫长的路途，从鲜花到荆棘，从阳光到乌云，她们都不曾离开我，像是无所畏惧的守护神。

我的朋友们，她们总是在我最无助的时候给我温暖，在我最快乐的时候与我一同快乐，在我滞重胶着的时候给我摆脱地心引力的力量。

我的家人，无论何时都是我走下去的动力。她们在暴风雨来临的时候为我遮风挡雨，为我撑起一片只属于我的天空。

目的地

从走上这条路的那一刻起，我的心中就有一个目的地。我知道要到达那个目的地必定历经磨难，但我不会放弃。我会把内心的坚守日益打磨得坚毅无比，用一生把梦想刻画成真。

我，旅伴，目的地，组成了这条名为“高三”的路。我们都走在高三的路上。

我希望永远铭记这段旅途，永远铭记这些匆忙跑远的岁月和年少轻狂的我们。

The Importance of Breakfast

As people are so busy with their work, they go to work directly in the morning without eating breakfast. Some people think not having breakfast does no influence on their body health. Some believe breakfast is important to peoples body health. In my opinion, Im convinced that we should have breakfast because it is good for our body health.

First of all, breakfast offer us the energy we need for the day. Before breakfast, our body has consumed all the energy we get from previous meal. Consequently, we need to eat some food in the morning to get enough energy and nutrient to support our body. If we dont have breakfast, then we have no enough energy to do our work efficiently.

Secondly, people who skip breakfast will get weight easily. If you dont have breakfast, then you will eat more food at noon and in the evening. Generally speaking, we dont have much excise in the evening while we eat too much food. As a result, the surplus calorie will be stored in our body and make us fat.

All in all, people should eat breakfast for the good of our health and for the good of keeping a good body shape.

人们都忙于自己的工作，所以在早上都会选择直接上班，而不吃早餐。一些人认为不吃早餐不会影响自己的身体健康。一些人认为早餐对健康很重要。就我来说，我觉得为了身体健康着想，我们应该吃早餐。

首先，早餐能够给我们提供自己一天所需的能量。在吃早餐前，我们的身体一斤高消耗完了前一餐的食物提供给我们的能量。说以，我们需要在早上吃点儿东西来给我们的身体提供一些能量和营养。如果我们不吃早餐，那么我们没有足够的能量，这样会导致我们工作效率低。

其次，不吃早餐的人更容易肥胖。如果不吃早餐，你将会在中午和晚上吃大量的食物。通常来说，一般人们在晚上的活动量会很少，但是，我们由于吃了太多的食物，那些多余的热量会储存在我们的身体里，让我们变胖。

总之，人们应该吃早餐，不仅为了身体健康着想，也为我们能够保持一个好的身材着想。

中考过后的暑假是闪光的，没有压力，只有用不完的活力。我带着这种激情进入了高中，幻想着每天都是美好的。但事实并非如此。枯燥单调的高中学习磨灭了我的热情，对家人的思念如潮涌般吞没了我。生活像坏掉的闹钟，滴答滴答机械地运转却不会有响起的一刻。教室，宿舍，食堂三点一线不停地奔走，路很短，心却很累。这种日子就像青春森林漫起一场大雾，没有方向，没有光亮。

这种迷茫的日子一直持续了很久。我不知道自己发生了什么，也不知道该如何帮助自己，我只知道如果不做些什么，我会在未来的某一天陷入悔恨的深渊。直到有一天，我收到一份朋友送来的礼物，里面的便条上写着“永远不要只看见前方路途遥远，而忘了自己坚持多久才走到这里。今天尽力做的虽然辛苦，但未来发生的都是礼物。”我攥着纸条，一遍遍回味这句话，我感到血液开始流动，重新温暖倦怠的身体。反抗，或许就只从那时开始，带着无助，努力地挣脱束缚。

我开始努力在听课时集中精神，在买饭的等待中安排接下来的任务，在紧迫的洗漱时间将自己收拾妥当以最好的姿态迎接新的一天。我开始努力在枯燥的生活中找到笑点，每天给自己一点正能量。我开始努力把对未来的憧憬转化为动力，完善自己的奋斗蓝图，让想要懈怠的心重新加满能量。这一切的努力，终于将我从迷茫的沼泽中拯救出来，阳光开始照进雾气弥漫的青春森林，一丝一缕的洒满生命。雾气消散，留下一片生机。

成长，就是漫长的破茧成蝶，挣扎着褪去所有青涩。成长，也是一刹那的顿悟，下定决心走出迷茫，迎接未来。我庆幸，收到了朋友的鼓励，开始勇敢面对自己的迷茫。时光微凉，这场迷茫的经历被春水浸泡，秋风吹拂，早已洗去铅华，清绝明净。在回忆里闪着光，时刻提醒我远离迷茫的漩涡，坚定自己的方向。

春光似海，盛世如花。或许未来仍有迷茫的日子在等待我，但现在，我已走过此次迷茫，让阳光照亮我前进的方向，请梦想为我收拾好行囊，带着希望，伴着朝阳，坚定地踏上通往未来的旅程，一步步接近我的梦想。

Presently, a new lifestyle called low carbon life is spreading every corner of our country. The concepts of low carbon are low energy and no waste. It is such a significant project that I can’t wait to present my ideas on how to promote it.

On the first place, a no-car day is supposed to set up every week in our school. Because cars not only cause serious air pollution but also waste energy. On no-car day, neither students nor teachers are allowed to drive to school. Meanwhile, just walk, jump, cycle or run. Use our legs and enjoy the fun.

On the second place, we had best not use plastic bags any more. No one can stand the “white pollution”. So, it is wise to use bags which can be reused again and again.

Finally, one thing that we should keep in mind: every big thing comes from the subtle. Therefore, as students, we ought to turn out the lights the moment we leave, turn off the tap in time, and reuse our textbook and so on.

All in all, it weighs greatly for all of us to put the low carbon lifestyle into practice. Just set our mind to these: no-car day, no plastic bags, and no waste. Let’s do it now.

目前,新的生活方式称为低碳生活是传播的每一个角落,我们的国家。低碳的概念是低能量没有垃圾。如此重大的一个项目,我等不及要提出我的看法关于如何促进它。

首先,应该一天应该是建立在我们学校每星期。因为汽车不仅造成严重的空气污染,而且浪费能源。应该一天,学生和老师都不允许开车上学。与此同时,刚刚走,跳,周期或运行。用我们的腿和享受乐趣。
