The Cause of fire

As we all know, fire is one of the most terrible killers in our modern society.We know that fire is mainly caused by smokers, followed by defective insulations and children playing with matches.In 2002 ,thousands of fire happened all over the country, of which 50 percent was caused by smokers who left cigarette-ends everywhere.Those who smoke should make sure that the cigarettes are stubbed out before being thrown away.Also, smoking should not be allowed in public places.30 percent of fire was caused by defective insulation. Workers should know the importance of good insulation for people’s lives.At homes we must pay special attention to electric wires and make sure that they are safe.20 percent of fire are caused by children playing with matches. We should warn children of the danger of playing with matches.

No matter what type of the reason it was, there was one thing in common:carelessness.So if everyone in the country is careful enough, more fire could be avoided.

In my understanding, if we refer to an ideal college life as a formal western dinner, then a high GPA, that is, Grade Point Average, should be the main course, while an active part in activities, together with associations, means the appetizer. Some romances, of course, play the role as desserts. They are the 3 key elements for an ideal college life.

Those, however, are not what college life is all about. As we all know, college is wildly different from middle school. It connects not only adolescence to adulthood, but also the ivory tower to the real society. Therefore, the ideal college life is that I become matured both physically and mentally, and that I obtain qualified academic knowledge and get well prepared for society at the same time.

Under this circumstance, I never expect my college life to be too ideal, or you can call it too perfect. It is not realistic to make all things on my own way, with everyone liking me, winning the first prize all the time, and so on. Of course, I’d like to lead a carefree life. However, this does little good to my future. What really helps is hardships like failure, betrayal, and unjust treatment. Only after experiencing those can I know what society is like, and what life is like.

To conclude my speech, I wanna say, some positive experiences are surely part of the ideal college life. But, I should not forget about the negative sides. They are not less necessary.

昨天和姐妹们说起这周上班仅四天时间，真是惬意。要是每周都只上四天班该有多好，姐妹笑我说，以前没有双休日时，盼望有双休，如今有了双休还是不知足，真是贪玩的家伙。呵呵!想想也是，人哪有知足的时候呢，舒服还总想再舒服，最好天天由着自己的性子生活。一想到明天就可以休端午假了，真是爽!心情不由地开始快乐起来。哼着小曲儿，上着QQ和同学们聊起家常来，相邀高山摘桃子去，晚上再搓搓麻将，看谁手气好，哈!一想到有得玩就崩提有多开心。

忙碌的工作生活让人总是无暇顾及其他，其实每个人的内心深处总有一个顽皮的童心在作怪，时而埋怨时间太不宽松，时而埋怨生活咋就有那么多个事儿，呵呵!正因为有童心在作祟，所以一遇空闲总有没完没了地想贪玩。喜同学相聚，姐妹相约逛街购物，外出寻乐时偶然发现新闻价值岂不娱作两得?这等美事也是时有的。同学们总是笑我玩也不忘工作，真是职业病驱使。

因是性情中人，总喜欢无论是工作还是生活，时间最好由得自己支配，不喜约束。在玩中工作，在工作中玩乐两全，是最为理想的人生了。但生活岂能由个人主宰?发挥所能，皆尽全力赴之，以不留为憾已是人生大幸也。

由此想到儿子老师前天来电投诉儿子英语考砸一事，夜晚与儿子沟通心得，儿子说也想学习搞好，但不知怎地就是控制不了贪玩，总觉得玩的兴趣胜过学习兴趣。想想自己都如此贪图玩乐，何况孩子呢?突然就不忍心责备于他，于是淳淳诱导，告诉他人固然对玩乐兴趣浓些，但做人还得有个责任，做为学生，理所当然要完成分内之事才可玩其他。做父母的我们在玩乐前，谁不是将工作放在首位，完成工作所需才将玩乐作为业余时间放松心情之事。爷爷奶奶同样完成几十年的工作事业和育子工程，才能退休在家颐养天年。玩心归玩心，课业是丝毫都不能耽搁的，否则后悔的岂是我们?等到岁月不等人时，自悔已是毫无意义。

儿子虽懂我一番言语，但能不能做到贪玩与学习的侧重则在他本人。我寄希望与儿子，望他在玩中有所思，在学习中有所乐。

During weekdays, I am busy, because I must go to school. I usually get up at 6:30 a.m.. And then I do some washing. After that, I will have my breakfast at 6:50. I usually go to school at 7:15.

Now, I can go to school and come home by myself. I have four classes in the morning and three in the afternoon. I have my lunch at home. My school life

My school life in primary school is wonderful! I have a lot of friends. They are friendly to me.We study together play together and talk together.My teachers are very patient .They teach me a lot and help me with many problems. The school life is unforgettable.

I have the same routine from Monday to Friday. I usually get up at five fifty. Then I have breakfast. At six thirty, I go to school. I don’t ride a bike. I go to school on foot. I have five lessons in the morning. I do morning exercises with my classmates after the second lesson. At eleven thirty, I go home for lunch. In the afternoon, I have three lessons. After class, we often have sports in the playground. At five, I go home. After supper, I do my homework. At about ten, I go to bed. I am happy every day.

My ideal school day starts at 8:30 a.m. It finishes at 3 p.m. so we would have a lot of time for after-school activities.

We have half an hour for lunch. We can eat anything and chat with each other. We can also listen to pop music in the hall. We eat an apple every day, because it can keep us healthy.

We have Chinese, Maths, English and physics every day, because they are useful and very important. We wear school uniforms on Monday.

My ideal school has a park on one side and a shopping mall on the other. We have a big library with a lot of useful books. We also have a swimming pool and a tennis court. We can do any activities after school or at weekends.

We only have half an hour of homework every day. We do not do homework at weekends. Every month, we go on a school trip to a museum or a theatre. In the summer time, we can go to Beijing or Shanghai. Every week, we go to Dongzhou Park or shopping malls.

当他忍受了孤独、世人白眼及排斥时，拿出自己的画，可是却无人问津。这是对一个艺术家来说无疑是致命的打击，于是他选择在自己热爱的向日葵地开枪自杀了。他不知道的是，他死后不久，他的《向日葵》就被拍上天价。可惜只有他留在画中的意志才能看到，而他却无法感受了。

风，可以越过荆棘。不要随便的放弃生活，我们应学习风，不惧任何坎坷、挫折。相信自己的明天会更好。唯有风，可以越过荆棘。生活如风。

――凋谢了一地的青春

我是一个很双重性格的人。我可以与周围同学一起疯疯颠颠地笑，而后又陷入了静谧的沉思。思考些什么呢?我喜欢思考生命，一直努力寻找人生的真谛，却又苦于找寻不到。然而，时间却总在悄然间溜走，一去不返。在这个特别炎热的夏天里，我将走进高三。

想到6月快到了，又一批高三学子要带上他们的一切准备走入到考验他们的战役。胜与败只在这两天之中。虽然明白高考并非唯一的出路，但历年来总有那么多的学子在他们的战役中撞的头破血流，以至于郁郁一生。有些害怕，怕自己会在属于自己的战役中倒下，然后青春不在!

然而，高三，到底什么样子的，我又有些好奇，我猜想那神秘的面纱下的它，应该会带给我另类的体验，以至于在一年中成长了不少。。。。。。

如今，我早已不在是当初那个懵懂的女孩了。繁重的课业和家人殷切的希望造就了我的无奈。我总在快乐的嬉笑是很快的想到了那即将到来的高考，笑容消失时，我会对自己说，一切顺利。呵，尽管早已明白着一路上必会坎坷万千，可我却总愿意自己骗自己，或许这样会让我更有动力地坚持下去吧!

要努力啊!再辛苦也只剩下一年了，我总如是对自己说。时间很短了，每一秒都应该应用得当。我已经学会了一道一道地做题，从牛顿定理一直做到安培定则，在从细胞的有丝分裂做到基因的分离定理，然后在游离在一个个的化学方程式或离子方程式中，无法自拔。当然，题目做多了时，我也会同众多学子们一起抱怨着牛顿，或是孟德儿，然后活动一下筋骨，继续投入到那所谓的良性循环中。。。。。。

我的高三近了。然而，知道吗?现在的我总是莫名其妙。

我会对着黑夜的天痴痴的呆掉一整节的夜自修，然后对着眼前的作业无奈地傻笑。

我会在惆怅的雨天故意不打伞，让清凉的雨丝浸透身体的每一根神经，然后开始发烧，在妈妈的指责下说再也不敢了，却又在 心血来潮时，走入那动人的雨雾中。

我还会故意熬很晚的夜，在第二天眼睛生生的疼时，说，不后悔。我总是固执地以为我是黑夜的孩子，因为我是那么的喜欢黑夜!

和，现在，莫名其妙的我就要进入高三了，我想我应该要好好地调整自己了。毕竟，高考对于我那么的重要，我不能将宝贵的时间白白的浪费掉。我们都是无奈的，我们都由不得自己!这个夏天，让我们平静的走入高三。

Ill never forget an old lady. She lives in a small house alone. Its said that her husband and her son died in a traffic accident. How bitter her life is!But the old lady often helps others with a smile. Whenever it snows, she is always the first to clean the paths. She looks after several children living nearby. I am one of them. I often remember the stories she told us and her kind smile. Perhaps she is unlucky, but I think she is a happy person. Her life is full of laughter and love.

But Im sad to see some people getting their happiness in bad ways.They speak loudly in cinemas and meeting rooms; they destroy trees to enjoy themselves and they laugh at others shortcomings. Perhaps they feel happy at that time, but they will never get true happiness because they have lost their personality.

Now I know what happiness is. It means kindness, love and unselfishness. Above all, only bringing happiness to others can make you yourself get it.

One day, just before going to school as usual, a schoolgirl , Xiao Fang complained to her father, who was reading a newspaper, saying school life nowadays was dull, she hated going to school and that school was just like the hell . My campus activities are rich and colorful.Learning English has become a habit to me cause I plan to study abroad in next few years.Playing Guzheng is my favorite activity.I have kept on practising it since I was a little girl and I wish to win more competitions in my campus life.

Our university has the first level equipments and the most experienced teachers,also has the best students(laugh).I consider it to be a honor that Ive got a chance to study here and I sincerely hope that we could live wonderful lives in our campus!

烦恼并不可怕。可怕的是你如何应对烦恼、是畏惧它，还是一笑便过，进行应对它。

烦恼是两面性的，有好处就有坏处。它是一把双刃剑。笑一笑，十年少，愁一愁，白了头，长期的烦恼会使人容易变得自卑，精神不振，脾气暴燥，心里有一股莫名的闷气。人生是一个过程，不是一个点。人生在于过程!生命在于每一天，而这每一天都是唯一的，不可能再重复，所以我们就应让自我的每一天，每一分钟都成为美丽的、快乐的、开心的。开心也是一天，不开心也是一天，何不如天天开心呢?人生只有起点，没有终点。我们不要让昨日的烦恼影响这天的好情绪。

烦恼本身没有好处，但是我们如果从烦恼中学会如何坚强，获得成长，这也许是烦恼送的一种礼物吧!

I went to beijing to play during last summer holiday.

I went to Beijing more than eight times. Beijing is the capital of China. It’s a big city. I am very familiar with Beijing. It takes an hour and forty minutes from Nantong to Beijing by plane. There are many tall buildings in Beijing. It’s a modern city. My family visited the Great Wall, the Palace Museum, the Beihai Park, I went to the countryside of Beijing to go boating and fishing. It was very interesting. I went shopping in WangFuJing. I bought lots of souvenirs and other things. I like eating Beijing snacks. They are delicious. Don’t miss the Beijing Duck. It is really nice.

The trips helped me open my eyes. I enjoyed my day.

生活是一首歌，有高潮和低音，却唱出了和谐动听;生活是一幅画，有明艳和灰暗，却绘出了精美绝伦。生活演绎了什么是酸甜苦辣、人生百味，生活也歌颂了什么事顽强不屈、玉汝于成。每个人都渴望能生活得幸福、美满，但生活带给人的却往往是喜悦后的失望，失望中的幸福。

记得有一次看“中国梦想秀”，有一个扮演各类喜剧人物的伟大父亲“八斤”，他是一个纯正的东北汉子。八斤有一个十岁的自闭症儿子，为了儿子，他十年来没有离开他。在一次看电视中，细心的八斤看到儿子对电视中的喜剧小品人物笑了，这一笑，却是八斤十年来辛苦付出的回报。场上，他将范伟的动作和语言模仿的淋漓尽致，殊不知这位幽默的父亲身后却藏着如此的辛酸和他的坚强。“为了生活的更好一些”!这就是他参加节目的原因。而在生活中经历风雨的卖凉皮的他也被称为“凉皮哥”。经历生活的磨难，他经历了人生百味，脸上却依旧写满了坚强、乐观与淡然。当梦想翅膀张开时，我早已在电视机前为之鼓掌，银屏的光照在我的脸上，也使我的心充满了震撼。

也许我们每个人都早已厌倦了生活的平庸，早已厌倦了一年三百六十日的反复。在生活面前，大部分人都是弱者。生活是一座高山，但并不是高不可及的。要用顽强的意志与乐观的“愚公移山”精神将之踩在脚下。

我一次次认为生活是简单的，但生活带来的挑战却一次次将我拍在了梦想的沙滩上，曾经灰心过。失望过，面对苍穹，我怅然过，但却没有真正用实际行动去坚强面对过。不要总是怨天尤人，海伦。凯勒在失明、耳聋的情况下都能大有成就;不要总是畏缩不前，张海迪高位截瘫依旧学识过人。

生活是一杯苦酒，苦得发涩，发咸。或许就是眼泪的味道，用坚强意志面对，在生活欺骗了你时，不要悲伤，用乐观与它作斗争，相信自己一定会“长风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海”，用坚强书写这条路。蓦然回首，披荆斩棘的自己原来就是强者。

采撷了一瓣瓣记忆的落花，浸染了芬芳的情感，我不会忘记高三校园生活串闪光的略带苦涩的温馨时刻，它永远是我人生路上最初的风景，心中温馨的驿站里的一串。。。。。。

如果说人生有三个蜕变的话，那我认为有初中到高中是一个蜕变，由高二到高三又是一个蜕变，再有高三到大学是第三次蜕变。蜕变不仅是在年龄上，更重要的是在心性上。

刚刚步入高中时，我还好像只是一个懵懂的孩子，然而在步入高三的那一刻起，我发现我长大了。从第一天起，我已不再像高一高二的学弟学妹们一样，六点了还赖在床上不起。早早的就进入教室，发现教室里已经有了好多人，虽然没有老师布置的任务，但同学们还是背的朗朗上口。那一刻我顿悟了，高三已不再像以前那样，这是一场没有硝烟的战争。学如逆水行舟，不进则退。在这里你如果再不努力，面临的必将是淘汰，于是每个人都奋起直追。
