City cleanness is the symbol and reflection of the civilization of that city. It is obvious that if one comes to a clean and bright city, he will have a comfortable feeling and will be in a joyful mood. On the contrary, a dirty and polluted city may drive him away. So the deanness is very important to a city. But how can we get it?

The key lies in the citizensawareness of the importance of deanness. Citizens are the owners of their city. If everyone dwelling in the city keeps the city clean enthusiastically just as they keep their house clean, then streets will become cleaner and cleaner, buildings brighter and brighter, and consequently, the city will surely become more and more beautiful.

上周四的月考结果出来了，本班成绩是意料之中的糟糕，从入学成绩来看，我班英语有20几个不及格，这就已经奠定了后来的结果，很多事情真的是大家都心知肚明的。也许，是真的我水平有限，都是从初一接手的新生，差距怎么就这么大呢?

从成绩分析来看，满分有3个，90分以上的20个。差距就在这一部分上，在平时上课提问来看，只有这一部分同学比较积极，而80分以上的有12个，这些同学，需要在平时多加提问和关注，争取到更高的层次上来。70分以上的只有2个，60分的只有一个，中间力量太薄弱了，可以争取的太少了。剩下不及格的，都在十几二十几三十几分左右，真的是太难提高了，而且，这部分同学不光英语不及格，其他科目也这样，我现在束手无策了。不过，我也不能放弃他们，在期中考试之前，多下点功夫，希望能有所提高。英语在现在来说还是比较重要的科目，如果一开始就不及格，就很难再提高了，所以，对那一部分不及格和六七十分的同学，课后补补课，能提高多少是多少吧。

教学反思

上一周我们学校进行了一次月考，试卷下发后我进行了深刻反思。我班学生人数相对其他班少，现有人数47，及格44人，满分一人，90分以上28人，70到90段13人，本次试卷是一单元检测题，题目没有做过但比较简单，全在课堂教学训练的范围，通过分析尖子生太少，需要加强对尖子生的培养和训练，提高90分以上学生的做题能力，努力打造70到90段学生，加强对这一段学生的辅导和督促。前一段教学从26个字母开始，对学生要求平等，这次通过成绩发现了学生的差异，根据学生成绩，在以后的教学中加强分层教学，减轻学生心理压力，提高学生学习效率。在教学中注重培养学生[此文转于斐斐课件园 FFKJ.Net]良好的学习习惯，提高学生认真细心做题的能力。

上周四学校进行了月考，试卷是第一单元检测题，试题的安排非常合理、科学，注重基础知识，但是也有能力的提升，是一份比较好的试卷。学生的成绩并不是很好，虽然90分以上的人数不少，但是学生的答题情况并不理想，有一部分学生的单词拼写，大小写方面不规范，应该大写的没有大写，说明学生的习惯养成不好，以后在这一方面要加强对学生的要求和训练。还有课代表和老师和学生之间的不协调，不[内容来于斐-斐_课-件_园 FFKJ.Net]同步，很多时候老师布置的作业不能按时完成，课代表和学生互相推卸责任，长期下去势必会影响成绩，所以要加强师生的沟通，团结协作，更好的提高学生的成绩。

Mother’s love wins people’s praises for its selflessness. In fact, father’s love is as great as that. They bury their love in the deep bottom of their hearts and will never show it. My father is of this kind. I remembered once I felt ill. Mother wasn’t at home at that moment. Father acted as a father and as a mother as well. When he came home from work, he would cook dinner for me first. The way he fed me made me think of my kind and tender mother. His eyes were full of love and expectation. September 10 is our Teachers’ Day. Our principal made an enthusiastic speech at the meeting, and then the representative of the teachers and students gave a talk to us. After the meeting, we started performances played by some teachers and students, which were very interesting and instructive. We all had a wonderful time.
