Dear Mr. President,

I am writing this letter to you to express my concern about the sports

facilities on campus. I have noticed that our university has very limited

resources in terms of opportunities to participate in sports, especially given

people. If they have access to quality sports facilities, young people are able

to choose a healthier lifestyle, to boost self-esteem and confidence, and to

My proposal is to build a new sports area. It should be designed with

My summer vacation of this year was very enjoyable。 I went to the

countryside to spend my summer holidays.It is very beautiful there。 there are

green plants， clear rivers， lovely animals kind people。 i spent two weeks

helping my grandfather do some farm work there.Iwrote down what happened in my

diary every day.

Besides that,I helped the children in the neighbourhood with their

lessons.I helped them read english improve their spoken english.Their parents

thanked me for this.

Nowadays, an increasing number of people are willing to serve as volunteers

especially the university students in that they consider that volunteering is

not only a great contribution to our society and those who are in need, but also

improves themselves in many aspects.

For one thing, there is no doubt that volunteering makes contribution to

our society and people in need. The volunteers provide their assistance without

requiring any financial rewards. Their contributions have a great impact on

harmony society contribution.

For another, serving as a volunteer is also beneficial to the volunteers

themselves. They can improve their communication skills when providing help for

others. One of the examples is that the university students who serve in Canton

Fair will get a great chance to practical their English and get in touch with

different kinds of people as well as broad their horizon. In addition, by

serving as different kinds of volunteers, they are easier to understand

themselves and know in which fields they are interested.

In a word, volunteering has brought many benefits to our society, those who

Healthy eating habits are very important for our health. We should build

healthy eating habits. We should eat fresh vegetables and fruits everyday.They

supply rich and the necessary vitamins for us. We also should eat less meat

everday.And we had better drink a glass of milk in the morning or at night.

Besides, we should focus on abalanced diet, which assures us the necessary

nutritions. Junk food is a fatal killer for our health so that we should stay

far from them. It is said that most of students do not eat anything at all in

the morning. It is very bad for our health. Breakfast is the most important meal

for people.

It was a very busy evening. I was doing my homework at my home. My father was writing a composition in the study room. My mother was interested in Shanghai opera. Nowadays, electronic music is very popular around the world. First electronic music got popular from Lady Gaga, her creative dressing styles caught people’s attention and then people started to notice her music. They fell in love with her electronic music. Unlike rock and roll music, electronic music is more favorable by me. It makes me excited and I am totally lost in the wonderful music. Once my friends and I went to a music festival. There were so many people standing there and listening to the music. Especially when the DJ came out and everybody got excited. When the DJ played electronic music, my friends and I shook our bodies and joined the crowd to dance. It was such a wonderful experience for me. I will never forget the power of electronic music. It brings people together and share the same emotion.

Christmas Day is on December 25th, though it originated in the western

country, now it is popular around the world. In China, people will spend that

day happily, they will eat apples on Christmas Eve, the children will put the

socks so that they could get the presents from Santa Claus. When I went to

college, I had an unforgettable memory about my first Christmas Day.

As my major is English, I have many foreign teachers, so that I could have

access to the local culture from them. Christmas Day is a big day for them, when

the day came, they asked us to spend the day with them, because most of them

left home and did not have families around. My classmates and I went to the

I am a sophmore of Nanchang University.Now i want to introduce to you guys

about my university.It has a long history back to the fifties of last

As it locate far away from the city center ,the most prosperous place,you

may think the traffic is totally unconvenient,then you are wrong,instead of

unconvenient ,there are a lot of transportation tools that will take you to

where you want to go at any time.when it going to say about facilities and

faculites,i will say they are excellent and helpful.I cherish friendship and

like to make as many friends as i can and i found out that the students there

are have a heart of gold ,and are hospital.So,thats my university,it is not the

best one but i still love it .I can foresee that i will enjoiy my life on campus

from now.

Fast food has flooded in our lives nowadays. Concerning fast food,

different people have different attitudes.Some hold that fast food is necessary

in our society while others argue that fast food is harmful to our health. As

far as I am concerned, fast food is necessary but not a must in our lives.

On the one hand, fast food is necessary in our today’s society. Although

fast food is not as nutritious as home-made food, it is a good replacement when

we are in hurry and have no enough time to prepare food by ourselves. It can

help us to save much time. In addition, fast food is cheaper but various and we

can taste different kinds of food by using less money.

On the other hand, however, fast food is not a must. Fast food can be used

to replace our home-made food sometimes, but we should not eat it very often.

Compared with home-made food, the nutrition provided by fast food is far less.

Therefore, eating fast food only can not provide enough nutrition for our

consider when eating fast food.

In a word, fast food is necessary sometimes in our lives, but we can not

restaurants should develop and provide more and more nutritious food and

strengthen the supervision of food making.

Two years ago, the ofo became popular in China. The government advocated

ofo plan and wanted to facilitate people’s lives. Nowadays, ofo is favored by

more and more people, especially in the big cities. It can help people to save

time and some people can use it to take a visit of the city. The foreigners

speak highly of ofo. They say it brings great convenience to them. What’s more,

in the big cities, the traffic always get congested. At this moment, ofo is

great help to them. People don’t need to worry about being late. But the problem

comes. Some bikes are damaged and people condemn such behavior. Everybody should

behave themselves and make ofo works well.

When girls get together, they like gossip. They always talk about the topic of beauty. They will discuss who is the most beautiful girl in school or they will compare the girls and see who is more charming. As the young people, they usually judge people from appearance. The definition of beauty of course is the one who is thinner and has the pretty face. When they ask me which one is more attractive, then I will look at them for a while, because I want to perceive their personality. My view on beauty is not only from appearance as I think most girls have the pretty faces, but also from the inside, only the quality that differentiates them. The pretty faces will fade away anyway, only the quality that helps people to keep charming. So we need to cultivate the good quality.

I think Mid-Autumn Day is an old traditional festival in China。 Everybody likes it because its a family get-together。 You see it is called"Mid-Autumn Day"， so it often es in September or October。 It is on the 15th of the 8th of the lunar month。 Now， lets say something about this interesting festival。

Firstly， Id like to say something about the moon。 I like it very much because I want to be an astronaut in the future。 That day the moon is round， big， just like a beautiful plate hanging on the blue cloth。 When I see the moon， I will remember the ancient myths——the godess Chang Er and her little rabbit are playing under the tree which Wu Gang grows。 I will also think about Armstrongs first moonwalk。 I will also miss the friends in Tai-wan island， in Macao and Chinese people who are abroad。 I know they are missing us very much， too。

Secondly， I11 say something about the tradition on Mid-Autumn Day。 Look!Theres a big tree in a garden of a Chinese fami-ly。 All the family members are sitting around a big table under the tree in the open air。 They are eating the mooncakes and admiring the full moon in the sky。 That is a family reunion dinner。 The mooncakes and the moon represent the love from a family。 I think this is one of the most valuable things in the world。

Thirdly，it is a very good opportunity to make three wishes on Mid-Autumn Day。 My wishes are: the first， I， an astronaut in the future， would like to go to the moon one day， and stay with the sky and stars; the second， I hope every person in the world will stay with family， share love from the family forever; the third， I hope everybodys dream will e true。

That is the Mid-Autumn Day in my mind。 I will always re-member: East or West， home is best。

In China, students work so hard, they study day and night, for the purpose of getting the high mark, so that they can go to a better school, which will bring them more promising future. To get the study time as more as possible, some students move their books to the study room, they want to occupy the seat, so they put a lot of books as the sign that the seat has been taken by someone, other people can’t take this seat. In my opinion, studying hard is a good thing, working hard will lead people to success, while taking the seat for a long time is not a civilized behavior. “教师是学生的榜样”。教师的一言一行的确能深深影响着学生。教师的举止言谈、道德修养、处事方法、性格爱好，都给学生以潜移默化的影响。因为小学阶段的孩子，年龄小，没有很强的是非观念，模仿能力特别强，所以他们往往把教师当作自己的学习楷模。正是在这种模仿与影响的过程中，他们的性格、爱好、品质、修养等也在逐步形成。教师对学生的这种影响甚至是终身的。正如教育家加里宁所说的：“教师的世界观，他的品行、他的生活、他对每一现象的态度都这样或那样地影响着全体学生。”因此，教师更应在学生面前起到表率的作用，在平时的工作、生活中严格地要求自己，注意自己的一言一行，注意自己工作态度和方法，给学生做个好榜样，用自己良好的行为规范和师德修养去教育感染学生，以此培养学生良好的品行和修养，为学生的终身发展奠定基础。

成功取决于积极主动的心态。而教师的积极情绪、主动心态更是身心健康的一种内驱力，能促使我们积极向上，不断进取。不仅如此，教师的良好心态还能给学生带来很大的影响，促进他们健康快乐地成长，最终达成教育教学目标，并形成良性循环。反之，如果教师做事懒散，处世消极，那么，势必会使祖国的花朵耷拉着脑袋，打不起精神，自然也不能很好地茁壮成长。

如今，由于社会对教师更高的要求，教师自身工作任务的繁重，工作压力的加大，使很多教师产生了对工作的厌烦情绪，对工作的热情不高，这在很大程度上影响了我们工作的质量，也不利于学生的发展与成长。作为教师，我们应该认识到这种现状对教师自身发展、对学生成长的不利，要学会克服自己工作中的困难，以积极乐观的态度看待自己的工作，努力去完成自己的教育教学任务，实现教师价值与学生成长的双赢。要有献身教育的崇高境界。在工作中以德立教、爱岗敬业、忠于职守，树立良好的职业道德;在生活中以教育为快乐，以美好的教育行为为自己的人生主线，把全部的爱献给献给学生，献给教育事业。

没有爱心就没有教育。热爱自己的工作岗位，这是教师必须要具备的良好品德。如果连这点都没法做到，那么这一辈子都很难成为一个优秀的老师。既然干了这份工作，就要对这份工作负责。要不计名利，耐得住寂寞和清贫，积极进取，开拓创新，无私奉献，尽职尽责地完成每一项教学任务，力求干好自己的本职工作。不求最好，但求更好，不断的挑战自己，超越自己。

热爱自己的工作，还体现在对学生的热爱上。爱，是教育的基础;没有爱，就没有真正的教育。作为一名教师，不仅要教给学生知识，更要给予爱。疼爱自己的孩子是本能，而热爱别人的孩子是神圣!这种爱是教师教育学生的感情基础，学生一旦体会到这种感情，就会“亲其师”，从而“信其道”。一个不爱自己学生的教师，不仅干不好自己的工作，更不是一个好的教师。

我们面对的是一群天真可爱的孩子，由于他们年龄小，没有形成一定的习惯，所以他们总会犯这样、那样的错误。这时，我们就要宽容的对待他们，给他们改正错误的机会。爱孩子，还要学会信任、鼓励、安慰孩子，给他们创造良好的发展、成长氛围，用自己的温暖与真心去打动每一个孩子。特别是那些学困生，更要用平等的眼光看待他们，更要给他们更多的爱心。

爱不应该是挂在嘴上，也不应该是肤浅的凡事包办，而应该深入到思想落实在行动上。家长把子女送到学校我们有责任把学生教育好、保护好、让每个学生都能在我们的爱护下和教育下健康成长。在今后的工作中，我们要践行“教书育人、管理育人、服务育人”的办学理念，为孩子的成长负责，为孩子的发展服务，做到正人先正己，做事先做人，做一个坦坦荡荡的人。脚踏实地、不为名所累、不为利所趋的堂堂正正的人们教师。

作为教育工作者,要有一颗真诚的心。我们都应该学会换位思考，“对待别人的孩子要像对待自己的孩子一样”。家长把孩子送到我们手上的时候，他们对我们寄予很大的希望，所以，我得要把他们都看成是自己的孩子，要像待自己的孩子一样真诚的关爱爱他们，用积极的情感去感染他们，扣击他们的心扉，激起他们感情的波澜，这是一种责任。孩子身体不适时，要嘘寒问暖、想方设法;孩子有缺点或不足时，要想到：他们是孩子，拥有犯错误的权利，不歧视，不挖苦，不嘲笑，以宽容之心善待之;当孩子的优点或进步时，要及时表扬，加以肯定和鼓励。总而言之，作为教师，我们要真诚地把自己的爱心、细心和关心注入培育孩子的一举一动，让孩子健康快乐成长，那就是我们最大的幸福。

Good morning! I am Oscar, the spokesman of the Students’ Union. On behalf

of the Students’ Union, the main organizer of today’s sports meeting, I welcome

you all to the beautiful stadium. After two months’ preparation, our annual

sports meeting is held on schedule.

Thanks to the support and help from our school leaders and teachers. Though

they have many school responsibilities, they have taken time off to take part in

英语字母教学作为英语学习的基础，是小学英语教学中重要一环，这一阶段的教学，教师应给予足够的重视，通过各种教学组织形式使这一阶段的学习得以很好的落实。学好26个字母对以后单词的学习起着至关重要的作用。因此，在学习字母阶段，我们要利用一切可利用的资源，创设情境，让学生和字母交朋友、做游戏。

一、字母读音教学

1. 注重示范发音的正确性

字母发音直接影响着学生单词的发音，而且学生错误的发音一旦形成就很难再纠正。因此教师在教学字母之前一定要多听录音，纠正好自己的发音。在课堂教学中教师要让学生听磁带跟读，观察他们的口形，并鼓励模仿得好的学生示范领读，帮助其他同学纠正发音。

2. 把握学生的发音难点

受各地方方言的影响，学生对字母的发音往往会出错。比如：南方人容易把A读成/e/。因此，教师要把握好学生方言发音难点，预先采取各种教学方法防止错误发音的出现。

3. 强化个别字母教学

尽管许多学生对字母有了一定程度的掌握，但大多数学生都没有进行过系统的字母学习，中间难免存在着许多似是而非的现象。例如学生对GgJj两个字母的读音容易混淆，对Uu和Ii这两个字母的发音不到位。教师在教学中应针对这种情况加强这几个字母的训练。

4. 注重读音归类教学

把字母按读音进行分类是字母读音教学的一个重要任务，也是学生觉得有一定难度的一项内容。为了使学生能更好得掌握，教师可采用分家游戏的方法，按家族将26个字母进行分类记忆。首先将字母划分为七个家族，再对号入座，最终编成一首音素家族chant 帮助学生记忆：

A、H、J、K 是A 家族，A，A是族长。

E的家族有八位，BCDE，GPTV，E，E是族长。

/e/ 的家族没有族长，它的成员有七位，FLMN，SX 和Z。

U 的家族有三位，UQW，U，U是族长。

I 的家族有两位，IY，I，I是族长。(手势指着自己)

R 和O单独住，它们自己是族长。

5. 注重语音暗线的铺垫

在三年级下册学生用书中，字母读音和字母例词的安排是一条语音暗线，教师教学时要努力让学生掌握字母的正确读音，并初步感知字母在例词中的读音，为以后学习语音奠定基础。比如讲到字母Ee时，例词是egg，elepghant，教师可突出字母E的发音。英语有48个国际音标，如果学生能在学习 26个字母的同时掌握与此相关的26个音素，将会为以后的语音学习打好基础。

二、字母书写教学

字母的书写过程要一步步进行：先观察性状，再观察笔顺、占格情况，然后书空，使用活动手册进行描红，最后达到仿写。

1. 字母认读的教学

字母的书写首先要求学生能正确区分一些形近的字母。有些字母可以通过猜谜的方法让学生记住它们的形状特点。例如：弯弯的月牙(C)、一条小蛇 (S)、三叉路口(T)、1加3(B)、一座宝塔(A)、胜利的象征(V)、大号鱼钩(J)、一张弓(D)、一扇小门(n)、一棵小苗(r)、一把椅子 (h)。这些谜语既能让学生记住字母的形，又能激发学生的学习兴趣。同时，还可以让学生自编谜语学习字母，充分发挥学生的想象能力。另外，还可以将字母的一部份遮住，让学生根据漏出来部分来猜字母。

2. 字母书写的教学

字母的书写是小学生的一个薄弱环节。小学的英语书写一定要求学生做到严格遵照书写规范，教师绝对不能马虎。因为英语字母有印刷体和书写体之分，所以容易使学生在书写时发生混淆，教师在教学时应多在这方面进行强调。

(1)笔顺教学

教师要充分利用多媒体设施让学生仔细观察字母的笔画和笔顺。正确的笔顺在活动手册的描红练习中有正确的示范。但有时学生会受到汉语拼音笔顺的影响，错误书写字母，因此教师要对容易出错的笔顺进行比较细致的指导。如i和j都是后加点，t先写钩，H先两竖等。建议教师不妨采用汉语拼音的教法，使用一些形象的比喻，帮助学生理解记忆书写规则，防止笔画出错。比如：H是一双筷子拴根线，j是海豹顶皮球，i是小海狮头上顶个球，t是伞把带开关等。

(2)格式教学

字母的占格同样是字母书写教学中的一个教学难点，尤其是当字母的大小写混在一起的时候，学生很容易混淆。这样，教师要先清楚示范，提醒学生注意并总结字母占格的规律。同时，教师还可以借助儿歌帮助学生掌握字母的占格规律。如：英语书写，四线三格，大写字母一二格，上不顶线是原则;小写字母认准格，上面有 ‘辫’一二格，下面有‘尾’二三格，无‘辫’无‘尾’中间格;i，t中上一格半。在学生掌握了字母的占格规律后，还要通过活动手册上的描红来加强练习。这里要注意的是，到一定阶段的时候，教师要让学生能在没有四线格的一条线上，甚至是没有任何线的白纸上也能正确地表示出字母的书写格式。

三、操练

字母操练我们还可以采用游戏的形式。

1. What’s missing?游戏

学了几个字母以后，把字母卡片放在一起让学生认读，然后抽去其中的一张，让学生寻找：What’s missing?此时，学生注意力高度集中，急于表现自己，识记的效果就会很好。

2. 左邻右舍游戏

学生准备好已经学过的字母卡片，教师出示一个字母，让学生找出它的左邻右舍，请找到的几个学生快速把字母拿到讲台上站在相应的位置上，其余的学生一起认读这几个字母。

3. Make letters游戏

让学生用肢体动作表示不同的字母，或让学生用火柴棒拼出不同字母的形状。

Peiyu, both of us egg head to the egg, who will not let anyone, to fight each

I was so surprised that I looked at my eggs, and thank God, my eggs were not

broken. It was Yao Peiyu who accidentally hit the empty head with my tip! We saw

it and laughed all the time. He bites and says, "come again!" This time, we all

put out the strength of the milk, but his strength was not big, so he was

defeated by me! Left --iao Yu--uan, although she is a girl, but not a good

deal.

All of a sudden, I came up with a good plan and a seamless plan. I used to

fight with her on the empty end and broke up in a moment. I thought to myself,

"this is the end of you. Your sharp head has been damaged. I will fight with you

with a good and sharp tip." So, I tried to wipe the egg head, and suddenly

blows, give strength to my eggs. At first, her eggs were damaged, and she was

not so big as I was, so I was easily defeated. I jumped up with joy. Mother

loudly announced, "the end of the game, Sun Yize is the king of eggs!" Now

everyone begins to eat eggs. " We eat eggs, and all the people are in the

atmosphere of joy.

The egg not only brought us happiness, but also let me understand a truth:

everything should be brain, with wisdom to win!
