that were taught in class and made the same judgement upon every problem which

to these places and have a look at them. So I have made up my mind, I will

Cars and Air Pollution

Too many cars have created a lot of serious problems in our world. Besides congestion, accidents and fast fuel consumption, cars are responsible for a good part of air pollution in big cities. All the time, they are pumping huge amounts of waste gases into the atmosphere. These gases are very harmful, causing disease and even death.

One possible solution is to design and develop clean cars and clean fuels. In Shanghai, some of the public buses begin to run on natural gas, which does not give off as much carbon dioxide as the petrol. But it may take decades for the new models of clean cars completely replace the traditional ones. Another solution is to develop modern public transportation systems and restrict the use of private cars. If the price of petrol rises constantly and the public vehicles are efficient and convenient enough, most people will not buy private cars. And the total number of cars in big cities will reduce greatly.

On the whole, the elimination of air pollution needs the collective efforts from the government, the public and the environmentalists.

Stepping into the new century, environment pollution has become more

serious than ever since. There are different kinds of pollution. Such as, water

pollution, air pollution and noise pollution and so on. It seems that we live on

a planet which is full of pollution. Where all these pollution comes from? To a

large extend, the environmental destruction is the heavy price that we pay for

the rapid development of economy and the growing population. In order to have

more fuel, people cut down trees and dig more corals. But the growing needs for

energy are hardly to meet. Countless private cars on the street, the gas

stations are short of gasoline, even the government has raise the price so many

times in order to control the needs of gasoline, but it’s still not working.

Overusing the natural resources has already affected the ecological balance.

However, the factories still release the toxic air into the sky and the polluted

water into the rivers. People still lack of the conscious of protecting the

environment. I think it’s time for all of us to do something.

The government should put forward some more strict laws to prevent the

environment from being further polluted. And they should let people know more

about the importance of environment protection. And we should find the balance

between the economic growth and environmental protection. Plant more trees in

the deserts and stop cutting down the forest. Forbid the factories to pour the

waste water into the rivers directly. Encourage people to use public

transportations to work. Both government and ordinary people should join hands

together to make our home clean and fresh again. Only in this way, our earth

could be a better place to live in.

每年新生入学的时候我都利用家长会或者家长接送孩子的时间段，积极跟家长们交流沟通，向家长介绍老师的工作，让家长们了解到老师在幼儿园是如何照顾和教育孩子的，同时告诉他们孩子在幼儿园学到的习惯和知识需要延伸到家庭，这就非常需要家长的支持与配合。幼儿园是保教机构，既要保育又要教育，保育包括孩子的吃喝拉撒睡，教育是指让孩子在幼儿园健康地成长发展。幼儿园教师还有解决家长后顾之忧、支持家长工作的任务，所以对幼教来说师德更为重要。一个合格的幼儿园老师必须有超强的爱心和耐心，幼儿园阶段处于一个奠基的阶段，从大的方面说要对孩子终身可持续发展负责，从细的方面讲就是对孩子人身安全、当天的心情负责。

如果没有爱心，幼教工作可能根本不能干下去。孩子非常需要老师关爱，一个温暖的拥抱，一个充满爱心的眼神儿，都会让孩子们获得一种安全感。让孩子喜欢自己的方式有很多，只要老师的爱心在，孩子们是完全可以感受到，从而特别喜欢老师，小班的孩子可能鼻涕、眼泪就都蹭到老师的衣服上，这是很正常且经常发生的事。因为他们就是孩子，这就需要老师给予他们更多的呵护。

幼教工作是非常辛苦的，一天8个小时都得目不转睛地跟着孩子，孩子在哪里，老师就必须在哪里，随时要做到眼观六路耳听八方，不然孩子的安全就难以保证，小孩子很多事情需要老师帮助才能完成，午餐前后的洗手，漱口，下班后给孩子做教具、备课、布置环境，周末也要绷紧思想，策划组织亲子活动等，我们老师都知道，只有自己准备充分，孩子在园才会更开心，更安全。

孩子有一个共同的特性，是一个精神存在物，他一出生就蕴含着强大的精神能量，并按照自己的成长规律长大，我们的教育就必须遵循孩子的年龄特点与个性特点。比如：小班宝宝的思维是形象具体的，他们的思维必须依据形象生动的参照物，并且要与他们的生活经验相关，小白兔，红萝卜是他们易于理解的，而抽象数字1、2、3的实际意义，对于他们来说理解起来就很困难。所以，在教学中我们就会使用孩子易懂易于模仿的语言，使用简单不会让孩子混淆的概念，运用生动形象的教具激起孩子学习的兴趣等等。

幼儿园教师就像百宝箱，什么知识都要通晓一二，要有较强的综合艺术素质，包括对色彩的理解能力、对音乐的感觉能力，包括穿着，怎么样穿着得体，让小朋友喜欢又符合教师的身份，这些都是幼儿教师应具备的基本素质。还有语言表达能力也很重要，要有较强的沟通能力，幼儿教师是家长和孩子之间的桥梁，对小朋友说话要简练，听得懂同时注意层次性。对家长的建议要有指导意义，对孩子的评价措辞要准确、委婉。

作为幼儿教师，我认为理解、爱和尊重是与孩子沟通必不可少的方面，因为人的成长过程实际上是一个心理成长过程，而不是一个智力成长过程，智力成长是附着在心理成长之上的。再有，爱和尊重是贯穿教育始终的，肯定与支持孩子按照精神胚胎的内在规律自然发展，对他们的自然发展表示尊重，为他们的发展提供适宜的精神与物质环境，我们的总园长张靳丽女士就提出过这样的教育思想“蹲下来讲话”“抱起来交流”“牵着手教育”。这一切都体现了我们对孩子的尊重与理解，同时让孩子在自然发展中体验到了无尽的爱和自由，这对于孩子建立良好的人格，铺垫辉煌的人生打下了坚实的基础!

幼儿的学习活动与日常的游戏、生活是密不可分的。幼儿在游戏和生活中经常会遇到一些难题和挑战，为了解决和克服难题，幼儿需要调动和运用自己已有的经验，在这一过程中，幼儿可以学会独立思考，积累新的生活经验。因此，我在平日的工作中总是将教育生活化，让孩子不知不觉就会了，让环境问题化，让孩子玩着玩着就学到了。这种说法看似简单，其实对老师的观察、分析、提炼、创设能力则有着较高的要求。作为一名幼儿园老师，我们就要在幼儿园的环境中支持幼儿解决问题，进而引导幼儿将经验迁移到社会生活中去。

The new term is coming and i will be wiser and wiser because i will learn

more knowlege.I will do more meaningful things that i think.First,i will get

back to my everyday activities, such as:Ping pong,football and basket

ball.Sports are really interesting,arent they?Second,i will read more

books,just as the saying goes:the more , the better.Its true that I will know

more about the world and understand why people say that the world is very

big.Third,i will study maths,physics and English better.I will solve more

difficult maths problems and be interested in them.I will think about more

physics problems.English is important and I will spend more time on it.Im

really looking forward to the coming future.I will get ready to face the

future!
