一、爱岗敬业，忠诚于党

好教师首先必须有敬业精神，要毕生忠诚党的教育事业。一个高速发展的信息社会，信息技术的核心技术是计算机技术和网络通信技术。作为计算机专业的教师要想“传道、授业、解惑”，必需不断学习计算机新技术，改革教学资料，经过自身的教学实践，给学生传授新知识，丰富学生的知识储备，培养学生运用知识解决实际问题的本事。与此同时，教师要有崇高的梦想，完善的道德情操，坚定的信念，顽强的意志品质，来浅够默化的影响和熏陶学生。

二、相互学习、相互尊重

由于受传统教育思想的影响颇深，师道尊严使学生在教师面前往往会失去自我，异常是在中小学阶段，平等观念几乎完全为师道尊严所替代。在教育这一培养人的社会实践活动中，教师和学生不是简单的主体与客体的关系，而是教育主体与受教育主体间的双向交流的关系。向学生灌输平等意识，使他们的主体意识觉醒，并在学习和其他社会实践活动中不断发展其主体性，这是大学教师义不容辞的职责。教师在内心深处确立了学生的主体地位，学生的主体意识又逐步觉醒和发展，这样才能进行主体与主体间的有效交流和沟通，到达教育实践活动的良好效果。

三、倡导民主，做出表率民主是现代礼貌社会的重要特征。

可是，在传播知识、播种礼貌的学校里，却有部分教师缺乏民主意识，有些中小学教师甚至成了“专制”的代名词，可见教师倡导民主并身体力行的必要性。大学教师虽不像中小学教师那么专制，但师道尊严的流毒依然至深，认为学生尊重教师是天经地义，却忽视了教师也应当尊重学生。在教学过程和教育管理中，对学生过多地指责和否定，指责学生学习不努力、生活散漫、胸无大志等等。即使这种指责是善意的、有根据的，学生在内心深处也是难以理解的。因为学生的需求和个性被忽视了，他们的主体地位得不到体现，并且有的批评和指责带有主观武断的色彩，缺乏在相互新生的基础上讨论问题的民主氛围，本质上不是主体与主体间的交流。显然，民主作风是确立和发展学生主题性的基础，是师德师风建设中不可或缺的重要资料。

四、因材施教，关心学生

学生的确存在“好”与“差”的差异，教师应因材施教，对“好学生”关爱备至，而对“差学生”更应加备的关爱与呵护。要倾注全部的爱去发现他们学习上每一点滴的提高，去寻找他们生活、品德上每一个闪光点，加以充分的肯定和激励，让他们感到温暖，增强自信，从而缩小师生间心灵上的距离，使他们产生“向师性”。这样，他就会把教师当成知心朋友，愿意向你畅开心扉，愿意理解你如何学习和如何做人的指导。教师，是学生学习和效仿的榜样和楷模，身教重于言教，孔子曰：“其身正，不令则行;其身不正，虽令不从。”所以幽默风趣的谈吐，得体大方的着装，亲切热忱的态度，扎实渊博的知识，犹如和煦的阳光照射到学生的心灵上，使他们感到温暖、舒畅、简便。融洽的师生关系可提高学生的学习效率，从而产生对教师的信任感，尊敬感，即“亲其师，信其道”。

大到学校乱收费、“吃”学生、拿学生，小到教师个人贪占学生，一度成了一种极坏的社会风气。可见师德师风问题是与行风紧密相关的，而行风又与世风相伴相随。一般说，世风日下，必然行风日下，行风不正，必然师风不正。所以整顿师风必先整顿行风，整顿行风必先整顿世风。而特殊说，由于教育行业对后代的影响超过其他行业，所以，有时师风正，也可带动行风，行风正，又可影响世风。所以，任何时候，提倡教师的师德师风都是必要的。

春节，一个我期待很久的日子，原本应该处处是一派快乐、热闹，到处充满欢声笑语的景象。但今年的春节，由于新型冠状病毒的肆虐，所以我只能待在家中，不可以出门，有事出门也要戴着口罩，而且爸爸妈妈每天都会提醒我要注意保暖，注意个人卫生。而在前线奋战的医生们，不知奋斗了多少个日夜，可是，新型冠状病毒好像丝毫没有退却的念头。在这几天中，不知有多少人被病毒夺去生命，不知有多少医生为了战“疫”不可以回家，还在与病毒抗争。

Spring Festival, a day Im looking forward to for a long time, should be

full of happiness, bustle and laughter. But this years novel coronavirus is so

rampant that I can only stay at home and wear masks when I go out, and my

parents remind me to keep warm and pay attention to personal hygiene every day.

The novel coronavirus seemed to have no intention of retreat, but doctors

struggled for many days and nights. In these days, I dont know how many people

have been killed by the virus, and how many doctors are still fighting against

the virus in order to fight the epidemic.

我不禁要问：“新型冠状病毒，你为什么选择了人类?为什么选择这样的日子降临人间?为什么要来伤害人类?”

What novel coronavirus, what do you choose to do with humans? What makes

一天晚上，新型冠状病毒大胆地出现在我面前，扬起下巴轻蔑地一笑说：“你只看结果，不看经过，你知道我是怎么来的吗?我本来生活在动物身上，可是你们这些人类杀死了它们，还把它们吃了，还有人直播吃蝙蝠的过程。所以引发疾病的不是我，而是你们人类。而且我想告诉你，在这个世界上最可怕的不是狮子、老虎，而是你们人类，你们人类的嘴是一个无底洞，是永远也填不满的，你们人类贪婪、残忍，不停地伤害动物，难道你们就不害臊吗?”说完它转过身就走。我冲着病毒叫喊：“可人类也有善良的一面，在这个世界上好人一定比坏人多。”新型冠状病毒转过身来说：“人类的残忍是不可想象的，你们已经打破了生态平衡，直到现在还有人不知悔改!”我大声喊道：“你快走吧!人类已经知道错了，如果你再不走，人类总有一天会把你消灭的。”新型冠状病毒说：“我可以走，不过，如果人类再不知悔改，我的兄弟们还会再来的。”

One night, novel coronavirus boldly appeared before me. Chin lifted up and

smiled scornfully. "You only look at the results, but do not see the passage. Do

you know how I came? I was living on animal, but you humans killed them, ate

them, and someone else was eating live bats." So its not me that causes the

disease, its you humans. And I want to tell you that the most terrible thing in

the world is not the lion or the tiger, but you human beings. Your human mouth

are greedy, cruel, and constantly hurting animals. Arent you ashamed? "After

saying it, turn around and walk away. I shouted at the virus, "but human beings

have a good side. There must be more good people than bad people in this world."

The novel coronavirus turned around and said, "the cruelty of human beings is

unthinkable. You have broken the ecological balance. Until now, there are still

no repentance!" I shouted, "go away!" the human race has already known that it

is wrong. If you do not go again, mankind will one day destroy you. The novel

coronavirus said, "I can go, but if the human beings do not know repentance, my

brothers will come again."
