In my hometown, the air is polluted seriously. However, in recent years,

the pollution gets from bad to worse, because of the increasing number of

private cars. Especially during the rush hours, too many private vehicles move

slowly on narrow roads, emitting a large amount of waste gas. Moreover, the

poisonous gas sent by the nearby factories is also one of the main causes of

pollution. Therefore, it’s demanded that immediate and effective measures must

be taken to restrict private cars and public transportation must be developed to

The generation gap is unavoidable in almost every family, which brings

of the generation gap, each family should use the following three methods:

their pleasures or sadness in childhood in family gatherings. This activity does

not only create a close relationship but also help build up understanding among

all members. For instance, once children are aware that their grandparents and

even their parents did not have a good upbringing during their hard childhood,

they will stop complaining about the previous generations’ obsoleteness. In the

meantime, once old people realize young people are nurtured in a new modern way,

it is easy for them to be tolerant of young people’s new habits or hobbies.

Secondly, people of each generation should not develop a very high feeling

about themselves. In order to do that, they should not think that they are the

only right people in their family because each person has his or her own

limitations. Teenagers would realize that their parents have to struggle with

pain to support them financially, and they would stop rebelling their

strictness. Parents would realize that their children’s new style does no harm

to their studies and stop imposing their own unsuitable standards on their

children.

Finally, the generation gap and its bad effects can be limited if all

members cooperate to build up a close-knit family relationship and a harmonious

atmosphere in which they are open and tolerant of each other. I strongly believe

that each family, by doing that, can enjoy a cozy atmosphere with minimum

interference by the generation gap.

在这个留守、单亲几乎占半的班级，原本就存在一定的教育难度，学生又出现五花八门的违纪且屡教不改时，我已措手无策，加之本人包班工作量原本就很沉重的同时再这么一来更是难上加难，我感觉自己快要崩溃似的，终于歇斯底里地在班里大发雷霆，然而我的失态并没有改变他们什么，他们只暂时安静了一会儿过后，还是不学习、不听课的状态，还是不思考不动手的模样，还是乱哄哄的课堂，我站在讲台上，一边说着“你们好好学习不行吗”，一边就绝望地哭了。记得当时刚好响过铃声，学生都去食堂吃饭半天了我还坐在教室里的独凳上哭着停不下悲伤……我是在彻底失败的崩溃中，结束的这整整一个难熬的学期的。

暑假里参加了德宏州义务段教师“师德师风”为期五天的培训之后我百感交集，听完几位大学教授的精彩授课过后，再回望自己这么一路走来的经历，我内心深受触动，同时也有了重新的自我认识。当我想到自己对工作开始有了厌倦情绪，我开始不爱我的学生了的时候，心里莫名有些恐慌，我的心已失去平衡和安全感了。再想想下个学期如果我还继续保持着这样的心态去面对工作，那我怎么再去教育学生?怎么再去引领他们前行?那将是多么可怕的局面，我不愿意!

原来，骨子里我便是深爱着我的讲台，深爱着这份职业的，如果一时的措手无策便让我失去信念的话，这样只会使事态逆向而行。正如几位教授所说，“像爱自己的孩子一样去爱每一个孩子”，爱的教育我深信不疑!爱，就是一盏明灯，爱能为每一个人指引方向，何况是孩子!只有得到过爱的孩子，并在爱的鼓舞下，他们才会朝着正确的方向前行。

可是现在，人类也不像太阳妈妈说的那么好了。他们在我身上乱扔垃圾，把我搞得浑身脏兮兮的，人类的“车”还爱排放尾气，雨下下来的全是脏水，把我越洗越脏;人们还爱乱砍伐树木花草，破坏路灯，把他们给我的衣服也搞得的烂烂的，脏脏的……太阳妈妈劝我说：“你还是摆脱那些人类吧!”可是好心的我又不忍心丢下他们。因为这件事让我每天吃不好饭，睡不好觉，所以，我就生病了，经常发洪水、地震……还有人说2012年可能是我的末日。人们在这些灾难中，意识到了这都是他们破坏我而造成的，于是他们又开始关心我，爱护我了!我相信以后的日子里，我一定会变得更加美丽、漂亮的!

为热烈庆祝建党__周年，充分发挥支部的战斗堡垒作用和全体党员、积极分子的先锋模范作用，结合当前的群众路线教育实践活动，激发广大党员干部以饱满的热情投入到水利工作，经中共__市水利系统党委研究决定，我系统组织全体党员干部开展了内容丰富、形式多样、效果较好的庆“七.一”主题活动。一、计划详实，组织严密1、加强领导。水务局成立领导小组，制定下发了《__市水利系统建党99周年活动实施方案》，拟定了多项献礼活动，有力地推动了水利各项工作的健康发展，唱响时代主旋律，展现我系统新风采。总得来说，做到了高度重视，精心部署，确保活动顺利开展并取得明显成效。2、精心组织。结合水利工作实际，创新活动形式，精心设置载体，制定各项活动的具体方案，合理安排时间，组织我系统全体党员积极参与，及时总结活动开展情况。3、确保实效。与我系统的工作实际相结合，使纪念教育活动成为凝聚人心、增进团结、求真务实、推进工作的过程，以实际行动向建党99周年献礼。二、开展内容丰富的纪念活动1、开展“学《党章》、温誓词”活动。组织全体党员认真学习新《党章》，组织新党员面向党旗宣誓，组织老党员重温入党誓词，引导党员干部坚守理想信念、坚守政策法规、坚守纪律防线，自觉学习新党章、践行新党章、维护新党章。2、组织开好了党员民主生活会，结合“两学一做”学习教育为党员上好了一堂党课。系统党委书记周杏林为全系统党员上了一堂名为《做勇于担当、严守纪律的“四讲四有”合格党员》的党课，教育全系统党员要发挥先锋模范作用，不回避、不退缩、不推诿、不失职，坚忍不拔，自强不息，以强烈的事业心和责任感，增强工作主动性和创造性，争做“四讲四有”勇于担当的合格党员。3、开展“永远跟党走”征文活动。目前各下属单位筛选上报征文20多篇，经过挑选，准备向市委组织部推荐上报5、6篇。4、开展“两学一做”知识测试活动。6月24日局办公室发了通知、公布了试题。6月28日下午，全系统各单位组织广大党员统一进行了闭卷测试，通过测试达到了以考促学的目的。5、举办书写党章书法比赛活动。目前已上报市直机关工委参赛作品7幅。6、开展民主评议党员活动。认真组织开展党员民主评议，保持党员队伍纯洁性和先进性，通过评议全体党员均为合格党员。7、开展走访慰问活动。“七?一”前夕，水利系统党委集中对优秀党员、老党员、困难党员、离退休老干部和贫困户进行一次走访慰问活动，尽力帮助他们解决生产生活中的实际困难，充分体现党组织的关怀，增强党组织的凝聚力，进一步增强党组织的亲和力及党员的归属感。8、组织开展党员互助金捐赠活动。以支部为单位，组织党员集中开展“送温暖、献爱心”活动。在组织捐赠过程中，本着党员自愿、贵在行动、体现爱心的原则，充分尊重捐赠者的意愿。领导干部要带头捐赠，切实发挥表率作用。党员互助金于6月20日前上缴局办公室以党委为单位汇入市党员互助金专帐。9、进一步抓好了党建工作，做好发展党员工作。坚持对党员进行先进性教育，切实做好入党积极分子的培养和发展党员的工作，不断壮大党组织的队伍，更好地发挥水利系统的战斗堡垒作用。今年我局无记名投票表决通过了两名预备党员转为正式党员，吸收了一名预备党员，确定发展对象一名，新增入党积极分子五名。总之，本次活动，组织有序，水利系统党员全面参与，措施到位，切实的加深了我系统党员对党的认识和热爱。同时，更明确了自己的历史使命，立志要加倍努力的工作、学习，在各自的岗位上尽心尽力。
