Dragon Boat race Traditions

计算机科学系成立于1999年，当时的师资仅有28人，随着学校的跨越式发展，在校生规模不断扩大，我系的教师队伍达71人，承担全校学生的计算机基础课、我系两个专业的专业课程和各类二级学院的课程，教师的教学任务相当繁重，然而新教师的师资培训、老教师的进修提高都没有完全到位，另外学校跨越式发展目标也对教师提出了更高的要求，师德师风经验交流会心得体会。所以，目前学校进一步加强师德师风建设，提出“立师德、正师风、强师能”目标，以提升师资水平，促进教学水平和教学质量再上新台阶，是每个教师必须认真对待并要用实践作出回答的问题。十几年的教学生涯，我深有体会：做个好教师并非易事。

一、爱岗敬业，忠诚于党

好教师首先必须有敬业精神，要毕生忠诚党的教育事业。一个高速发展的信息社会，信息技术的核心技术是计算机技术和网络通信技术。作为计算机专业的教师要想“传道、授业、解惑”，必需不断学习计算机新技术，改革教学资料，经过自身的教学实践，给学生传授新知识，丰富学生的知识储备，培养学生运用知识解决实际问题的本事。与此同时，教师要有崇高的梦想，完善的道德情操，坚定的信念，顽强的意志品质，来浅够默化的影响和熏陶学生。

二、相互学习、相互尊重

由于受传统教育思想的影响颇深，师道尊严使学生在教师面前往往会失去自我，异常是在中小学阶段，平等观念几乎完全为师道尊严所替代。在教育这一培养人的社会实践活动中，教师和学生不是简单的主体与客体的关系，而是教育主体与受教育主体间的双向交流的关系。向学生灌输平等意识，使他们的主体意识觉醒，并在学习和其他社会实践活动中不断发展其主体性，这是大学教师义不容辞的职责。教师在内心深处确立了学生的主体地位，学生的主体意识又逐步觉醒和发展，这样才能进行主体与主体间的有效交流和沟通，到达教育实践活动的良好效果。

三、倡导民主，做出表率民主是现代礼貌社会的重要特征。

可是，在传播知识、播种礼貌的学校里，却有部分教师缺乏民主意识，有些中小学教师甚至成了“专制”的代名词，可见教师倡导民主并身体力行的必要性。大学教师虽不像中小学教师那么专制，但师道尊严的流毒依然至深，认为学生尊重教师是天经地义，却忽视了教师也应当尊重学生。在教学过程和教育管理中，对学生过多地指责和否定，指责学生学习不努力、生活散漫、胸无大志等等。即使这种指责是善意的、有根据的，学生在内心深处也是难以理解的。因为学生的需求和个性被忽视了，他们的主体地位得不到体现，并且有的批评和指责带有主观武断的色彩，缺乏在相互新生的基础上讨论问题的民主氛围，本质上不是主体与主体间的交流。显然，民主作风是确立和发展学生主题性的基础，是师德师风建设中不可或缺的重要资料。

四、因材施教，关心学生

学生的确存在“好”与“差”的差异，教师应因材施教，对“好学生”关爱备至，而对“差学生”更应加备的关爱与呵护。要倾注全部的爱去发现他们学习上每一点滴的提高，去寻找他们生活、品德上每一个闪光点，加以充分的肯定和激励，让他们感到温暖，增强自信，从而缩小师生间心灵上的距离，使他们产生“向师性”。这样，他就会把教师当成知心朋友，愿意向你畅开心扉，愿意理解你如何学习和如何做人的指导。教师，是学生学习和效仿的榜样和楷模，身教重于言教，孔子曰：“其身正，不令则行;其身不正，虽令不从。”所以幽默风趣的谈吐，得体大方的着装，亲切热忱的态度，扎实渊博的知识，犹如和煦的阳光照射到学生的心灵上，使他们感到温暖、舒畅、简便。融洽的师生关系可提高学生的学习效率，从而产生对教师的信任感，尊敬感，即“亲其师，信其道”。

师德不仅仅是教师个人问题，也是教师群体问题，即风气问题。个人师德不好，虽然有时会在小范围里造成“一个臭鸡蛋毁了一锅汤”的坏影响，但毕竟还只是小范围的事。教师群体如果风气不好，异常是与社会上的不良风气沆瀣一气，其危害性就大了。这时的师德问题就演变为整个教育行业的道德问题，这时的不良师风就演变为教育行业的不正之风了。这些年来，社会上的不良风气对教育行业也造成了很大的污染。

大到学校乱收费、“吃”学生、拿学生，小到教师个人贪占学生，一度成了一种极坏的社会风气。可见师德师风问题是与行风紧密相关的，而行风又与世风相伴相随。一般说，世风日下，必然行风日下，行风不正，必然师风不正。所以整顿师风必先整顿行风，整顿行风必先整顿世风。而特殊说，由于教育行业对后代的影响超过其他行业，所以，有时师风正，也可带动行风，行风正，又可影响世风。所以，任何时候，提倡教师的师德师风都是必要的。

英语字母教学作为英语学习的基础，是小学英语教学中重要一环，这一阶段的教学，教师应给予足够的重视，通过各种教学组织形式使这一阶段的学习得以很好的落实。学好26个字母对以后单词的学习起着至关重要的作用。因此，在学习字母阶段，我们要利用一切可利用的资源，创设情境，让学生和字母交朋友、做游戏。

一、字母读音教学

1. 注重示范发音的正确性

字母发音直接影响着学生单词的发音，而且学生错误的发音一旦形成就很难再纠正。因此教师在教学字母之前一定要多听录音，纠正好自己的发音。在课堂教学中教师要让学生听磁带跟读，观察他们的口形，并鼓励模仿得好的学生示范领读，帮助其他同学纠正发音。

2. 把握学生的发音难点

受各地方方言的影响，学生对字母的发音往往会出错。比如：南方人容易把A读成/e/。因此，教师要把握好学生方言发音难点，预先采取各种教学方法防止错误发音的出现。

3. 强化个别字母教学

尽管许多学生对字母有了一定程度的掌握，但大多数学生都没有进行过系统的字母学习，中间难免存在着许多似是而非的现象。例如学生对GgJj两个字母的读音容易混淆，对Uu和Ii这两个字母的发音不到位。教师在教学中应针对这种情况加强这几个字母的训练。

4. 注重读音归类教学

把字母按读音进行分类是字母读音教学的一个重要任务，也是学生觉得有一定难度的一项内容。为了使学生能更好得掌握，教师可采用分家游戏的方法，按家族将26个字母进行分类记忆。首先将字母划分为七个家族，再对号入座，最终编成一首音素家族chant 帮助学生记忆：

A、H、J、K 是A 家族，A，A是族长。

E的家族有八位，BCDE，GPTV，E，E是族长。

/e/ 的家族没有族长，它的成员有七位，FLMN，SX 和Z。

U 的家族有三位，UQW，U，U是族长。

I 的家族有两位，IY，I，I是族长。(手势指着自己)

5. 注重语音暗线的铺垫

1. 字母认读的教学

字母的书写首先要求学生能正确区分一些形近的字母。有些字母可以通过猜谜的方法让学生记住它们的形状特点。例如：弯弯的月牙(C)、一条小蛇 (S)、三叉路口(T)、1加3(B)、一座宝塔(A)、胜利的象征(V)、大号鱼钩(J)、一张弓(D)、一扇小门(n)、一棵小苗(r)、一把椅子 (h)。这些谜语既能让学生记住字母的形，又能激发学生的学习兴趣。同时，还可以让学生自编谜语学习字母，充分发挥学生的想象能力。另外，还可以将字母的一部份遮住，让学生根据漏出来部分来猜字母。

2. 字母书写的教学

字母的书写是小学生的一个薄弱环节。小学的英语书写一定要求学生做到严格遵照书写规范，教师绝对不能马虎。因为英语字母有印刷体和书写体之分，所以容易使学生在书写时发生混淆，教师在教学时应多在这方面进行强调。

(1)笔顺教学

教师要充分利用多媒体设施让学生仔细观察字母的笔画和笔顺。正确的笔顺在活动手册的描红练习中有正确的示范。但有时学生会受到汉语拼音笔顺的影响，错误书写字母，因此教师要对容易出错的笔顺进行比较细致的指导。如i和j都是后加点，t先写钩，H先两竖等。建议教师不妨采用汉语拼音的教法，使用一些形象的比喻，帮助学生理解记忆书写规则，防止笔画出错。比如：H是一双筷子拴根线，j是海豹顶皮球，i是小海狮头上顶个球，t是伞把带开关等。

(2)格式教学

字母的占格同样是字母书写教学中的一个教学难点，尤其是当字母的大小写混在一起的时候，学生很容易混淆。这样，教师要先清楚示范，提醒学生注意并总结字母占格的规律。同时，教师还可以借助儿歌帮助学生掌握字母的占格规律。如：英语书写，四线三格，大写字母一二格，上不顶线是原则;小写字母认准格，上面有 ‘辫’一二格，下面有‘尾’二三格，无‘辫’无‘尾’中间格;i，t中上一格半。在学生掌握了字母的占格规律后，还要通过活动手册上的描红来加强练习。这里要注意的是，到一定阶段的时候，教师要让学生能在没有四线格的一条线上，甚至是没有任何线的白纸上也能正确地表示出字母的书写格式。

三、操练

字母操练我们还可以采用游戏的形式。

一、转换思维，确立英语在各学科中的重要地位

首先老师必须帮助学生确立这样的观点：英语是主课，不是豆芽课。在小学阶段，不论是老师，学生，还是家长，可能都看重语文，数学的学习。在小学的英语教学中，老师主要是以游戏为主，关键是学校和教育部门对英语的评估不如语文数学那样重视。所以学生普遍认为语文，数学很重要，英语是豆芽课，学英语就跟玩似的。到了中学，仍然主攻语数、理化，依然把英语当副科。一个学生亲口跟我说：我一直都以为初中英语跟小学一样，是豆芽课。我心痛不已。在入学之初，班主任和英语老师都应反复强调英语这一学科的重要性，让学生引起重视，才能为以后认真学习作好心理准备。

其次要纠正的一个观点是英语无用的观点。我们的老一辈是喊着：“学好数理化，走遍天下都不怕”;“我是中国人，不必学外文”的口号完成学业的。时至二十一世纪，虽然中国已改革开放多年，学英语之风已吹遍大江南北，但在我们这样的小地方，那些口号遗留下来的观点仍然存在。学生们仍然死抱数理化，对英语极其忽略。因为他们认为自己将来用不上英语的，既进不了外企，又成不了CEO，就更别说出国了。所以英语在毕业之后是基本无用的。殊不知，正是这一观点制约了他们的发展，如果他们学好了英语，其余各科也很优秀的话，他们是可以很好发展的，他们一定能走出小城，走向外面的大世界，实现他们更高的社会价值。所以老师应该讲道理，摆事实让学生明白学好英语的重要性。

二、背单词从科学方法入手，避免走弯路

很多初一新生按字母顺序背单词，有些老师也确实这么教的，比如自行车，bike,老师就领着学生念：B-I-K-E，bike。学生自然就学会了这样背单词，即使后来老师介绍了更科学的方法，学生却难改已经养成的习惯，这种方法就一直用到初三，乃至更高的年级。

初一单词量不算很多，本身课程比较轻松，有足够的时间，还能应付。到了高年级，单词量增加，课业加重。学生再也顾不上单词了，即使花了很多时间，单词还是记不住，这就影响了听说，阅读。成绩下降，兴趣降低，学习跟不上了，最终只好放弃学习英语。

老师应在学生开始学英语时就教学生科学背单词的方法，避免学生走弯路。我在了解了马承老师字母，音素，音标的三位一体教学法后，就教学生根据音标背单词。当对字母，音标熟悉到一定程度，只要会说那个单词，就基本上会拼写这个单词。看着生词也能准确的读出来，学生不必花大量时间在单词上。

老师还可以利用学生小学语文课上学的拼音，把汉语拼音和字母，音标建立适当的联系，有利于学生快速记住英语音标的读法和写法，能更快入门。

另外，有些学生一背单词，就翻到书后面的单词表，逐个记忆。其实这种单纯记忆单词是很容易遗忘的。我们老师应该引导学生多读课文，在课文中背单词。这样记下来的单词才能活用，也有利于培养学生的语感。

三、明确中英文化差异

任何一个民族都有其独特的文化和思维方式以及语言的构成方式。西方人的思维、习惯是有别于咱们中国人的，英语语言也是有别于汉语的。英语老师都明白这一点。但老师却没重视这种差异给学生学习带来的困惑。没有及时告诉学生这些差异，这就容易导致学生用中国人的思维方式去理解英语中的一些现象，而且百思不得其解。

我认为初一新生一入学就该明白这一点，学会接纳认同其他民族的文化，了解他们的思维方式，树立文化差异意识，避免用汉语套英语，用汉语的顺序说英语句子，用中国人的习惯去衡量西方人，造成很多考试中的失误和面对西方人时的尴尬。

因此，英语老师在教学中要注意文化的问题，在语言中教文化，在文化中教语言，使二者互相促进。文化的学习既是外语学习的目的，也是外语学习的手段。如果英语教学一旦提升到文化的高度，就会富有情趣。比如：西方人不喜欢“13”这个数字;在中国人眼里，红色是喜庆的，而在西方人眼里则是危险的标志。比如东西方人对赞美的回答，比如中国人和英国人在闲聊方面的话题选择等等都与文化有关。

四、养成大声阅读的习惯，杜绝哑巴英语

很多学生进校时精力充沛，兴趣浓厚，读英语很卖力，日子一长，兴趣没了，声音小了，到了二，三年级，就成默读了。有老师抱怨：早读课比晚自习还安静!

习惯成自然。老师让学生一开始就养成大声阅读的习惯，并随时观察，发现学生有读不出的时候要想办法。我曾在班上给学生讲李阳老师拿着喇叭带领一群人在长城上喊英语的故事，我也带领学生在早上喊读英语，经过几次练习，也颇有成效。

同时我在课堂上也要求学生大声说英语。一个有趣的活动是让教室里相隔甚远的两个同学随意问答，这也可以改变学生因害羞，害怕而不大声说英语的状况。

还有就是避免学文盲英语，有的小孩子读书，嘴里喊得响亮，眼睛没看到书上，即使知道怎么说，却写不出来，或者写别字，这种学法是必须要纠正的。

五、学会做笔记，好记性不如烂笔头

小学老师总告诉孩子们，把这记在这里，把那记在那里。中学老师不会这样告诉学生，这就要学生知道怎样做笔记。而且英语知识点相对零散，课堂上很容易理解和记住，却由于不是系统的，所以极容易遗忘，学生必须时时记笔记，经常复习。有些学生开始没养成记笔记的习惯，后来明明知道那是该写的东西，却懒得动手。考试时到处找别人的笔记来背，其效果当然不理想。

所以学英语之初，就要学生准备笔记本，要求他们作笔记，老师还可以不定期检查，以督促学生记笔记。

在初学英语时，老师应指导学生怎么做笔记并形成习惯，比如：课文里的短语，重要句子，就直接在短语，句子下划线。一些词，句的转换，就直接把替代的词句写在该词句旁边，这样可以在课堂上节约时间。而一些词语辨析，重点句型及例句，大块的语法，比如时态等就得写在笔记本上，省得在书上见缝插针，复习时不好找。另外，学生应在笔记本上写明单元，课题等，以方便查找。

学生要有一套自己的做笔记的符号，老师也可以介绍一些。比如：短语就划直横线，重点句型划波浪线，重点介词，连词等就把该词划圈。这样学生在读课文时就可以重点注意这些有符号的词句，在读书的同时，也可以把这些知识点顺便过一遍，比单独复习省时省力多了。

我有一个学生，她的笔记本上每页都在右边留三分之一或四分之一的空白，每次大考小考复习相关单元时，老师补充的东西就记在这些空白处，真是聪明之至!

六、注重听说读写四项基本技能，培养英语思维习惯英语作文怎样学好汉语

英语不仅是一个学科，更重要的是它是一门语言，是人们借以交流的工具，会听，会说，会读，会写才算掌握了英语。因此老师首先要培养学生听说读写的意识和技能，让学生意识到光靠做题是学不好英语的。通过做题可以得高分，但最终将影响英语能力的提高。

课堂上，老师首先教会学生基本的课堂用语，问候语。课后老师可以主动用简单的英语和学生打招呼。老师把目标语言呈现后要少讲解，多操练。操练的方式也是多种多样的，可以两人对话，可以小组对话，还可以实行男女生之间的对话。老师可以自己编一些简单有趣的句子写在黑板上，让学生读。也可以设置情景，让学生编对话。这些活动不仅可以提高学生听说读写的能力，也能提高学生学习兴趣。

老师一开始教新生时就要避免学生“心译”。初一课本上的单词多半是实物和表示实际动作行为的词，老师教单词时最好出示实物或用简笔画，不用或少用汉字，并且应要求学生学记单词时头脑中出现实物本身的形状，而不是汉字。这样才有利于培养学生的英语思维。

一般来说，老师应在下课之前留两分钟让学生复习，指导学生回忆当堂课的主要内容，在学完之后一小时内复习，效果相当好，可以记住内容的百分之九十左右。在下节课开始的时侯再用三四分钟检查学生记忆情况，掌握学生学习状况，及时对所教知识进行复习巩固，会起到很好的教学效果。

初一英语尽管简单，对于学生们来说，还是存在相当的困难。遗忘，枯燥是最大的问题。老师要让学生明白：困难肯定是存在的，但要有克服困难的勇气和决心，每次都努力翻越一个一个的坎，过了一坎，就前进了一步。同时老师要让学生树立远大的理想。为理想而学习英语，不轻言放弃，才会有恒久的动力。
