From the earliest time to the present days, viewpoints concerning human

nature were vehemently contended among prominent philosophers. Mencius believed

human nature is good, and people are naturally inclined toward virtue. While,

Xunzi deemed human are basically evil who need to be changed by man-made.

As it is widely known, human nature is that indestructible matrix upon

which the character is built. Accordingly, to a large extent, the basic nature

of human beings cannot be changed. On the other hand, each of us is naturally

endowed with diverse both qualities and personalities, which makes us unfold an

apparently distinct character. Then, it is hard for one to change his nature

fundamentally. Regardless of whether nature is innate or habitus acquired, they

were both a consistently developing courses that cannot be easily changed in a

short time. Last but not the least, external influencing factors, like

religious, education and even social institutions can merely direct our nature

on account of the most limited control. Thus, it is only the surface that is

capable of alteration, improvement and refinement.

In a word, the basic nature of human beings does not and cannot change and

also no one can fundamentally change his nature in the short time. But people

can make it perfect.

It seems like a silly question, anyone in sane would give a hand to the elderly who fell. But in China, this question is becoming tricky. Many news report that there are some old people not just fell, they do it on purpose. Usually, they walk on a crowdy street, and pretend to faint or just lay down on the ground, intend to accuse the one who comes to help as a perpetrator and blackmail him/her for the treatment fee. Many people have fell for that and had to pay as there is no witness to prove their innocence. As for these negative news, people is afraid to help those old people in need, that makes some of them who are in real trouble could not get help in time. I once asked one of my friends: “Why the old people turn bad? If you see one in the street, would you help?” He said: “It is not the old people turn bad, it is the bad people turn old. I will video him/her to make a statement first, then decide if I would help.”

时光飞逝，短暂而又愉快的假期生活已经结束了。接下来我所面临的是紧张而又愉快的新学期的教育教学生活。为把新学期的教育教学工作做好，特此作如下教学计划：

一、指导思想。

坚持马列主义，毛泽东思想。高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜，认真学习教育理论，贯彻“三个代表”重要指导思想，积极响应和贯彻素质教育钻研素质教育的实质。“减负”的内在，并以此指导自己的教育教学工作，遵循教育教学规律，紧扣大纲，把我教学层次，不断提高自己的业务水平。

二、基本情况。

这一学期，我继续担任初一(1，2)班的英语教学工作。这两个班级，每班各有学生三十五人左右，但是，基础却不尽人意。初一.1班的学生基础还可以，但是2班的基础却相差很远，学生基础参差不齐，两极分化严重，没有学习的兴趣。因此，教学工作开展的相当困难。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

总之，新的学期已经开始了，我要以上一学期的基础为起点，树立信心，全身心的投入到新学期的教育教学工作中去。争取在新的一年里，把教育教学工作推向一新的层次。

一.英语小组合作学习在教学中的回顾。

课程改革在教学中的实践已经六年了。回顾前几年的英语课堂教学中，小组合作学习形式化，缺乏时效性，班里只有三分之二的小组能够按照教师的要求开展活动，有三分之一的小组应付了事，课堂气氛不活跃。学生不敢开口说英语。学生没有通过在小组合作学习中，达到提高语言运用能力的目的。小组合作学习没有达到实效性。随着不断学习新课标理念，不断地教学实践摸索以及我们英语组对英语课堂教学互动模式的课题研究，近两年对小组合作学习的意义和重要性有了较深刻的认识，对以前的小组合作学习存在的问题，也找到了原因：

教师对新课标合作学习的理念没有领会。没有理解小组合作学习的真正意义。

教师对处理教材的各个环节缺乏清晰的认识，不能整体把握教材。

教师对语境的设计缺乏真实性，激趣性。

教师没有细化小组合作学习的规则，缺乏实效性。

教师设计的小组合作活动形式比较单一。不能激起学生小组活动的兴趣，学生没有充分体会到成功的感受。

通过小组合作学习在课堂和课外的教学实践 ，笔者发现小组合作学习要遵循一定的原则，在课内和课外采用多种形式实施小组合作学习，有助于提高学生运用英语的能力。

二.实施小组合作学习的原则

(一)、语境设计具有真实性。

课标倡导任务型教学模式。让学生在教师的指导下，通过感知，体验，实践，参与和合作的方式，实现任务的目标—即达到运用语言的能力。一节课的语境设置要根据教材的内容为主线和所达到的目标为终极目标。设计出与教材有关，又符合学生的实际情况的真实语境，激发学生交际的欲望。使学生在真实的语境中很自然地运用语言。

(二)、语境设计具有激趣性

英语课程的任务是：激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，使学生树立自信心，养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略，发展自主学习的能力和合作精神。因此教师在语言输出环节中，应设计出使学生非常感兴趣的活动。充分调动学生参与活动的积极性，使学生学习气氛高涨起来。使学生在活动中愉快地用英语进行交际。

(三).细化规则具有时效性

1、小组活动不能拘于形式

小组活动的人数的确立应依据教学内容和输出活动的设计，人数可2人，3人，4人等，没有固定模式。不能为活动而活动。应根据活动的具体内容而定。

2、小组成员应有明确的分工

无论是2人，4人还是6等人的小组活动，每个人都有明确的分工，使每个人都能参与英语教学活动

3、小组活动具有可操作性

教师应用简洁的语言明确规定活动的具体任务确保学生能够便于操作，使学生清楚自己干什么，保证合作学习的实效性。

三、小组合作学习的实施过程

(一)课堂小组合作学习形式

在课堂教学中，要充分发挥教师的主导作用和突出学生的主体作用。根据教材内容设计出形式多样的小组合作方式。

1. 图片交流

利用文中的插图或从网上下载与课文有关的图片，设计两人小组谈论图片的活动，直观、形象、生动。在讲十一册17课时，我设计的前两个输出活动就是根据图片，两人小组谈论第三人称和第一人称会和不会哪些运动项目。由于图片直观形象，易于学生交流。

2. 角色表演

教师教完新授课后，给学生一个话题，就这一话题发挥想象，通过创设情景，自编对话，进行角色表演。例如编购物、问路、看病、打电话对话。这些场景符合实际情况，贴近学生生活，学生们都很感兴趣。因此，他们都能积极参与表演，互相配合，承担各种角色。许多原来对英语学习兴趣不大，信心不足的学生都能积极参加角色表演活动并且表现得很好，一定程度上提高了他们学习英语的兴趣。

3、小组调查

教材内容非常丰富，我们可以根据教材的内容，设计调查形式的小组互动，使学生参与活动中，运用语言知识。如十一册的19课设计调查学生小组最喜欢的运动情况的活动，以便为开展校本课程做准备的活动。所设的活动是学生感兴趣的，又贴近他们的日常生活的调查活动。学生参与活动的热情很高涨。

4、话题讨论

试验课改教材是以贴近学生实际的话题为中心。让学生围绕一个话题，用所学的语言知识谈论这个话题，使学生用英语学会做事，提高学生运用英语的能力。在讲十五册17课感叹句时，可设计成让学生4人小组用感叹句互相谈论学英语的感受，每人至少谈论一点并选一名组长在全班汇报，小组之间互相合作，互相学习。既开阔了学生的思维，又培养了合作精神。

5、激趣互动

1)游戏

英语教学中， 根据教材内容， 使用游戏方法，能使课堂变得轻松有趣。 使学生在玩中学。 尤其在初一英语教学阶段，正是激发兴趣时期。可根据教材内容的不同，设计不同的游戏活动。在讲11册Lesson 5 家庭成员关系时， 我设计了不同层次的游戏活动。 我先带着全班做以Bob 为中心， 我指图片任何一个人、两个人， 全班立即说出和Bob的关系; 第二层游戏是让一个学生用汉语说出人物关系，全班学生看屏幕上的图片， 全班说出英文。第三层游戏是让一个学生用英文描述人物关系， 让全班猜Who’s she /he? Who are they?有好几个学生把人物关系描述复杂， 让同学猜。全班学生注意力非常集中， 认真听某个同学描述。 当同学猜出时， 课堂气氛变得日益的活跃。

2)竞赛

这些竞赛有：单词、词组接龙竞赛和对话表演竞赛等等，这些竞赛都是以小组合作的方式进行，竞赛中各小组成员之间具有一定的依赖性。通过进行这样的小组活动，每位组员意识到自己的表现会影响其他组员的成绩，而其他组员的表现也会对自己的成绩产生影响时，会促使他积极参与小组活动。如：教学十一册第15课，Unit 4.Lesson 15 How much are

the potatoes?时，我设计以小组为单位设计新年购物单，包括食品、数量、价格。而且告诉学生班费只有100元。比一比看哪组设计的购物单最好。要求组员至少给本组选一个食品，否则取消这个组的比赛。学生踊跃参加本组的购物单设计，然后由各组组长在黑板写上本组设计的购物单，全班评判，选出最佳购物单。

(二) 课外小组合作学习形式

学生的知识，并不都在课堂中获取;学生的能力也并不都在课堂内培养。所以，课外合作学习也必定是课内合作学习所不可或缺的延伸和补充。

1、 小组朗读，背诵或复述积分

为了调动全班学英语的积极性，培养学生的语感。我采用小组得分评比法。我先把全班按好，中，差 ，分成六人一小组。全班分成五个组。我规定每个单元的4课书和

expnsion，根据每课的内容不同，要求学生两人背诵对话，朗读课文、背诵课文、复述课文。并不是所有的学生家里都有录音机等学习辅助设备，也不是所有的学生都有自觉学习的习惯，所以，就有相当部分学生不能独立完成老师布置的课文的朗读、背诵或复述的作业。合作小组的作用就尤为重要。通过发挥小组中学优生的作用，利用自习课或课余时间，让他们给学习有困难的学生当小老师，帮助学困生解决。两周一评比，而且把评选结果在班里公布。哪个小组都怕在落在别的组的后面，都帮助本组较差的同学。较差的同学也怕拖本组的后腿，也在努力地学习。学习气氛空前高涨。

2、 小组合作共同完成学习档案。

为了提高学生学英语的兴趣，训练学生的写作能力和培养学生想象能力和创新能力，我帮助学生建立学习档案。 我从初一开始每学完一个单元， 要求学生完成与话题相关的短文。虽然采用积分法，但有些个别差的同学还是完不成。因此我根据教材内容的不同，尝试小组合作共同完成学习档案。在第十二册Unit 8 Seasons and Clothes.小组合作共同完成本单元的话题作文。要求每组学生介绍我国或其它国家的5个地区的天气情况。并给出所适合的运动和着装的建议。用A4打印或手抄。并注明每人在本组所做的具体工作。只有全部组员参与本组的话题作文的设计工作，才有资格参与评选。时间是一周。同学们都各尽所能，有的同学设计版面，有的画画，有的写稿，有的改稿，组员都积极参与了本组的共同设计工作。培养了学生的合作意识。想象能力和创新能力，学生参与活动的热情空前高涨。

四、小组合作学习成果展示

教师要给学生提供展示才华的机会，使学生体验成功。我班在去年的颐和园情景教学中，学生分组用英语介绍颐和园的景点中，表现出色，受到学校的好评。在今年购物节情景教学中，我班的小组获得学校第一名。在今年的圣诞节和外教联欢会中，我班表演了

《Can I help you 》小品和合唱英文歌曲《 Jingle Bells 》并带着道具边唱边表演，我班的多数学生参与了圣诞节知识的竞赛中，学生积极主动地参加，当他们得到外教给的糖果和有关圣诞礼物时，非常兴奋。为了提高小组合作学习兴趣和竞争意识，我班举行了英语新年会。每组至少出一个节目，然后进行评比。获得前两名的小组进行奖励。学生们的积极性非常高，在课下积极准备，都想争第一。在元旦联会中，有的小组表演课本剧，有的小组.有的小组出谜语，让其他组猜。还有的组玩单词、词组接龙竞赛。其中表演课本剧《At the restaurant》和演唱《Pretty boy 》这两组分别获一名和第二名。我们年级还举行了合作小组学习档案评比。我班有两组被选上。还有两名同学参加了CCTV 英语希望杯大赛，这两名同学都通过了预赛，并参加了初赛。

实践证明，英语小组合作学习是一种很好的学习方式。英语小组合作学习对学生英语能力的提高，对教师英语教学的促进作用是不容质疑的。在活动中，学生是主角，既可以是参与者，还可以是活动的具体组织者和设计者。教师仅是活动的创设者，只起着对活动的促进和辅导的作用。让学生在活动中自己发现问题，解决问题，积极想象，深入探究，勇于创新[实践，同时教师在活动中激励评价学生，鼓励语言、最终达到自主学习，自我纠错，自我评价的目的，以达到从学会到会学的转变。

路漫漫，其修远兮，吾将上下而求索。我将不断学习新课标理念，不断地实践和反思。本着在学习中反思，在反思中改进的原则，不断提高教学水平。

Presently, in big cities like Shanghai and Guangzhou, bicycle-sharing

system has becomeincreasingly popular. A large number of shared bikes can be

found and rented at a low price.Moreover, you can park the bike almost anywhere

you like. Urban transportation has thus been made much more convenient and even

revolutionized.

However, along with its rapid development, bicycle-sharing system also

brings some problems, including random parking, vandalism and possession of

shared bikes, etc.

To solve these problems, there are some measures for the authorities to

take. Firstly, the government could implement more strict laws and rules to

regulate the operation and management of bicycle-sharing system. Secondly, the

public should raise their awareness of using shared bike reasonably. Lastly,

urban transportation system should be upgraded and improved to accommodate

automobiles, bikes and pedestrians.

首先，我上课认真听老师讲课，认真记笔记，课下我复习旧功课，预习新功课。

第二，我不仅在教室里，在操场上也一样喜欢和同学们说英语，这提高了我的口语。

第三，我坚持每天记日记来练习写作。

除此之外，我经常阅读英语报纸和杂志来丰富我的文化知识。

We are always trying to find the way to success, which stands for power,

pride and glory. There have been strings of stories of success I was told since

I was a child. From then on, I have been fascinated with being successful.

Whatsuccess? Different people have different opinions towards this

question. To start with, some people, such as accountants, workers and so on,

are longing for being rich, which allows them buy what they want, and enjoy

luxury. They treat it as success. Furthermore, some contestants, such as boxers,

are always trying their best to defeat their rivals for success. And once they

win, they confirm that they are stronger than others. The last but not the

least, there are some other people who enjoy helping others. As a good saying

goes, the roses in her hand, the flavor in mine. With helping others, we can

also feel satisfactory.

As far as I am concerned, life is short, and we must achieve something

during our life. So I regard striving and working hard important. When comes to

we reap what we sow, it’s the time of success.

My mother is a ordinary women.She is a very very ordinary women，really.She

looks like very ordinary;her age very ordinary;only her wears looks like very

special.

My mother always wear a wide casual pants，a T-shirt (or a wide vest)，and a

pair of sunglaes.She always use toiletry，consequently shes skin was very

good.

My mother is very benignant，and she was very love me.I with regard to

these，I to be thankful.I love my mother ， too.Because she gave me very very

many.She civilize by education me how to do in world and knowledge.
