误区一：用中文思维串联英文词汇

一些同学在绞尽脑汁也写不出英语作文的情况下，会先按照题目写一个中文稿出来，然后再借助电子辞典翻译出一篇所谓的英语作文。还有一些同学习惯性地用中文的表达方式来写英语作文。这就造成了所谓的中国式英语作文。在这样的作文里，我们常常读到以下这类用中文的语法和英语单词拼凑出来的句子：

“When Iwas a child,my parents very love me。”(正确表达：When Iwas achild,my parents loved me very much)。

解决之道：强化语法

要想流利的掌握一门外语，你需要能够使用该语言思考。而将中文式思维转变为英语思维的最根本的途径之一就是强化语法知识。很多同学的词汇量很丰富，但是对于怎么用，什么时候用却并不明白。而这些恰恰是语法知识所能告诉我们的。哪些词要用在句中，哪些词应该用在句尾，语法里都有相应的规定。一旦用错了位置就会写成英国人看不懂的英语作文。另外，对于词汇所存在的不同的形态也应该注意。

误区二：过分“精雕细琢”而忽视了“大局”

不少同学在写英语作文时，将过多的注意力放在“优美的文笔”上面。因此，他们不停地用电子辞典搜集华丽的词藻，并运用难度颇高的句式，以期能让自己的作文“技高一筹”。但事实上，多数情况下会弄巧成拙。太生僻的单词同学们运用起来并不能得心应手，而且使用太复杂的句型也常常会出错。

解决之道：用平常心表达平常事

要写作要求学生能够综合运用逻辑、词汇和语法等多种知识和技能来完成一个写作任务，但并不苛求学生去做标新立异的创作。因此同学们无需力求完美地到电子辞典里去找生僻的词汇，也不需要写得多么高深莫测，而是应该抱着平常的心态去描述自己看到的东西，表达自己想到的内容，将学过的词从记忆深处调动出来，复习语法课上学到的知识。用这样的心态写出来的东西内容虽简单但不乏生活气息，语言虽稚嫩，但却准确易懂。

误区三：文章冗长细枝末节过多

不少学生在写作中的一大担心就是文章的长度不够，再加上对于“可适当增减细节，不可字对字的翻译”的误解，于是便充分发挥想象能力，加入了很多离题较远的细枝末节。这样的文章写出来更像是一篇“大杂烩”，从中找不到任何主题。还有一些作文，句子和句子之间的连贯性不强，逻辑思维混乱，读起来让人摸不到头脑。

解决之道：理清思路，言之有物

我认为，很多人之所以写不够题目要求的作文字数，其中一个重要原因就是对于题目本身没有理解透彻。建议同学们不要急于下笔，而是先考虑清楚自己要说几点内容，这些内容之间的逻辑关系是怎样的。

一、爱岗敬业，忠诚于党

好教师首先必须有敬业精神，要毕生忠诚党的教育事业。一个高速发展的信息社会，信息技术的核心技术是计算机技术和网络通信技术。作为计算机专业的教师要想“传道、授业、解惑”，必需不断学习计算机新技术，改革教学资料，经过自身的教学实践，给学生传授新知识，丰富学生的知识储备，培养学生运用知识解决实际问题的本事。与此同时，教师要有崇高的梦想，完善的道德情操，坚定的信念，顽强的意志品质，来浅够默化的影响和熏陶学生。

二、相互学习、相互尊重

由于受传统教育思想的影响颇深，师道尊严使学生在教师面前往往会失去自我，异常是在中小学阶段，平等观念几乎完全为师道尊严所替代。在教育这一培养人的社会实践活动中，教师和学生不是简单的主体与客体的关系，而是教育主体与受教育主体间的双向交流的关系。向学生灌输平等意识，使他们的主体意识觉醒，并在学习和其他社会实践活动中不断发展其主体性，这是大学教师义不容辞的职责。教师在内心深处确立了学生的主体地位，学生的主体意识又逐步觉醒和发展，这样才能进行主体与主体间的有效交流和沟通，到达教育实践活动的良好效果。

三、倡导民主，做出表率民主是现代礼貌社会的重要特征。

可是，在传播知识、播种礼貌的学校里，却有部分教师缺乏民主意识，有些中小学教师甚至成了“专制”的代名词，可见教师倡导民主并身体力行的必要性。大学教师虽不像中小学教师那么专制，但师道尊严的流毒依然至深，认为学生尊重教师是天经地义，却忽视了教师也应当尊重学生。在教学过程和教育管理中，对学生过多地指责和否定，指责学生学习不努力、生活散漫、胸无大志等等。即使这种指责是善意的、有根据的，学生在内心深处也是难以理解的。因为学生的需求和个性被忽视了，他们的主体地位得不到体现，并且有的批评和指责带有主观武断的色彩，缺乏在相互新生的基础上讨论问题的民主氛围，本质上不是主体与主体间的交流。显然，民主作风是确立和发展学生主题性的基础，是师德师风建设中不可或缺的重要资料。

四、因材施教，关心学生

学生的确存在“好”与“差”的差异，教师应因材施教，对“好学生”关爱备至，而对“差学生”更应加备的关爱与呵护。要倾注全部的爱去发现他们学习上每一点滴的提高，去寻找他们生活、品德上每一个闪光点，加以充分的肯定和激励，让他们感到温暖，增强自信，从而缩小师生间心灵上的距离，使他们产生“向师性”。这样，他就会把教师当成知心朋友，愿意向你畅开心扉，愿意理解你如何学习和如何做人的指导。教师，是学生学习和效仿的榜样和楷模，身教重于言教，孔子曰：“其身正，不令则行;其身不正，虽令不从。”所以幽默风趣的谈吐，得体大方的着装，亲切热忱的态度，扎实渊博的知识，犹如和煦的阳光照射到学生的心灵上，使他们感到温暖、舒畅、简便。融洽的师生关系可提高学生的学习效率，从而产生对教师的信任感，尊敬感，即“亲其师，信其道”。

师德不仅仅是教师个人问题，也是教师群体问题，即风气问题。个人师德不好，虽然有时会在小范围里造成“一个臭鸡蛋毁了一锅汤”的坏影响，但毕竟还只是小范围的事。教师群体如果风气不好，异常是与社会上的不良风气沆瀣一气，其危害性就大了。这时的师德问题就演变为整个教育行业的道德问题，这时的不良师风就演变为教育行业的不正之风了。这些年来，社会上的不良风气对教育行业也造成了很大的污染。

大到学校乱收费、“吃”学生、拿学生，小到教师个人贪占学生，一度成了一种极坏的社会风气。可见师德师风问题是与行风紧密相关的，而行风又与世风相伴相随。一般说，世风日下，必然行风日下，行风不正，必然师风不正。所以整顿师风必先整顿行风，整顿行风必先整顿世风。而特殊说，由于教育行业对后代的影响超过其他行业，所以，有时师风正，也可带动行风，行风正，又可影响世风。所以，任何时候，提倡教师的师德师风都是必要的。

and learn is the right attitude to life. I agree with it. As we have so many

things to learn, it is important to learn with efficiency. There are many

suggestions in the following.

First, knowing yourself. It is of great importance to get to know your

strength and weakness, so that you can figure out the right strategy. For

example, the high level students can spend more time to read extra books, while

Learning Styles

Educators have known for a long time that people learn in different ways. That is why teachers present information in various forms. For example, as well as explaining a new language, language teachers often provide other learning experiences such as books, charts, videos, audio cassettes,songs, debates and group work. In this way, all students in a class have an opportunity to learn in the way that best suits them.

In the last 50 years or so, researchers have been studying learners in an attempt to identify all the

possible learning styles that humans use. They have found that we can very roughly divide people into three groupsthose who learn best through seeing, those who learn best through listening and those who learn best through moving, doing or touching.

Some research has identified eight distinct learning styles, and researchers have made up tests to find out which of these learning styles best suits different people. These tests show that, although most people have one dominant style of learning, they are also able to use other learning styles effectively. Some people even seem to have many different learning styles.

The advantage of knowing what kind of learner you are is that you can then study in the way that best suits your learning style.

I have a wonderful dream in my heart. Its to speak English very well.

Shen Fang is a primary school teacher. She teaches Chinese in a fourth

Before I make the best choice for me, i won’t find the job interview.

Everyone is eager for success and is afraid of failure. But in fact, failure is almost inevitable on the way to success. Failure and success just like a teacher and student. It is the large number of failure to guide us to success step by step.

Failure teaches us too much. First of all, failure make us see ourselves clearly. No one in the world is the wizard almighty, and we are all just good at some aspects. Failure let us know our own strengths and weaknesses, and enable us to find what is the most suitable for our own direction. Only concentrate investment can create a good self. Secondly, failure gives us a deeper view of things. There are always causes for failure, both subjective and objective.

After analysis subjective factors, we should seriously think about the objective factors that caused the failure, so that makes us see things more comprehensive. This in itself is a process of learning. Thirdly, failure make us have sense of shame and then courage. After each failure we are very painful, but also makes us more eager to succeed. We will turn grief into strength to meet the challenge again. Finally, failure makes us humility. Humility has always been the core of human nature. With it we can close in with each other. As Nelson Mandela said, “Great peacemakers are all people of integrity, of honesty, but humility.”

As the saying goes the best things are difficult. To achieve good results, certainly will not happen overnight, and definitely need to go step

by step. Only those people strong enough to face the failure, and learning successful methods from failure, can thay achieve desired success.

失败教会了我们太多太多。首先，失败让我们看清自己。世界上没有全能奇才，我们都只是擅长某些方面。失败让我们了解到自己的优缺点，使我们找到最适合自己的方向。专注地投入，才能成就一个优秀的自我。第二，失败让我们对事物的看法更深入。失败总是有原因的，有主观的也有客观的。分析完了主观因素，我们也应该认真想想导致失败的客观因素，这样会使我们对事物的看法更加全面。这本身就是一个学习的过程。第三，失败让我们知耻后勇。每一次失败之后我们都很难受，但也使我们对成功更加渴望。我们会化悲痛为力量，去迎接再一次的挑战。最后，失败让我们谦逊。谦逊一直是人性的核心。有了它,我们才能与彼此亲密无间。“创造和平的人不仅诚实、正直，更重要的是他们谦逊。”纳尔逊??德拉（Nelson Mandela）如是说。

俗话说好事多磨。要取得好的成绩，绝对不会一蹴而就，肯定是需要一步一个脚印地走下去。只有坚强地面对失败，从失败中学到成功之道，才能取得自己想要的成功。

在2017年10月1日，我终于亲眼在电视上看见了国庆阅兵仪式，当胡锦涛同志乘坐检阅车缓缓地驶向受检时，他亲切而又不停地向战友们问好：“同志们好!同志们辛苦了!”

从我懂事起，我还第一次收看这么雄伟壮观的阅兵仪式，那一排排整齐的各种各样方队，有空军，海军等，迈着铿锵有力的步伐从天安门走过;那一架架飞机编队从天安门上空飞过，划出了一道道美丽的彩虹;那一辆辆汽车载着各种各样的先进武器，像一个个威严的战士排着整齐的队伍展现在人们的眼前。

我的祖国已度过68华诞，我作为一名少先队员，在祖国那么美好又伟大的大家庭里，我要加倍珍惜每一分钟，奋发学习，努力成为栋梁之才，为祖国更加美好的明天贡献出自己的力量。
