英语字母教学作为英语学习的基础，是小学英语教学中重要一环，这一阶段的教学，教师应给予足够的重视，通过各种教学组织形式使这一阶段的学习得以很好的落实。学好26个字母对以后单词的学习起着至关重要的作用。因此，在学习字母阶段，我们要利用一切可利用的资源，创设情境，让学生和字母交朋友、做游戏。

一、字母读音教学

1. 注重示范发音的正确性

字母发音直接影响着学生单词的发音，而且学生错误的发音一旦形成就很难再纠正。因此教师在教学字母之前一定要多听录音，纠正好自己的发音。在课堂教学中教师要让学生听磁带跟读，观察他们的口形，并鼓励模仿得好的学生示范领读，帮助其他同学纠正发音。

2. 把握学生的发音难点

受各地方方言的影响，学生对字母的发音往往会出错。比如：南方人容易把A读成/e/。因此，教师要把握好学生方言发音难点，预先采取各种教学方法防止错误发音的出现。

3. 强化个别字母教学

尽管许多学生对字母有了一定程度的掌握，但大多数学生都没有进行过系统的字母学习，中间难免存在着许多似是而非的现象。例如学生对GgJj两个字母的读音容易混淆，对Uu和Ii这两个字母的发音不到位。教师在教学中应针对这种情况加强这几个字母的训练。

4. 注重读音归类教学

把字母按读音进行分类是字母读音教学的一个重要任务，也是学生觉得有一定难度的一项内容。为了使学生能更好得掌握，教师可采用分家游戏的方法，按家族将26个字母进行分类记忆。首先将字母划分为七个家族，再对号入座，最终编成一首音素家族chant 帮助学生记忆：

A、H、J、K 是A 家族，A，A是族长。

E的家族有八位，BCDE，GPTV，E，E是族长。

/e/ 的家族没有族长，它的成员有七位，FLMN，SX 和Z。

U 的家族有三位，UQW，U，U是族长。

I 的家族有两位，IY，I，I是族长。(手势指着自己)

5. 注重语音暗线的铺垫

在三年级下册学生用书中，字母读音和字母例词的安排是一条语音暗线，教师教学时要努力让学生掌握字母的正确读音，并初步感知字母在例词中的读音，为以后学习语音奠定基础。比如讲到字母Ee时，例词是egg，elepghant，教师可突出字母E的发音。英语有48个国际音标，如果学生能在学习 26个字母的同时掌握与此相关的26个音素，将会为以后的语音学习打好基础。

二、字母书写教学

字母的书写过程要一步步进行：先观察性状，再观察笔顺、占格情况，然后书空，使用活动手册进行描红，最后达到仿写。

1. 字母认读的教学

字母的书写首先要求学生能正确区分一些形近的字母。有些字母可以通过猜谜的方法让学生记住它们的形状特点。例如：弯弯的月牙(C)、一条小蛇 (S)、三叉路口(T)、1加3(B)、一座宝塔(A)、胜利的象征(V)、大号鱼钩(J)、一张弓(D)、一扇小门(n)、一棵小苗(r)、一把椅子 (h)。这些谜语既能让学生记住字母的形，又能激发学生的学习兴趣。同时，还可以让学生自编谜语学习字母，充分发挥学生的想象能力。另外，还可以将字母的一部份遮住，让学生根据漏出来部分来猜字母。

2. 字母书写的教学

字母的书写是小学生的一个薄弱环节。小学的英语书写一定要求学生做到严格遵照书写规范，教师绝对不能马虎。因为英语字母有印刷体和书写体之分，所以容易使学生在书写时发生混淆，教师在教学时应多在这方面进行强调。

(1)笔顺教学

教师要充分利用多媒体设施让学生仔细观察字母的笔画和笔顺。正确的笔顺在活动手册的描红练习中有正确的示范。但有时学生会受到汉语拼音笔顺的影响，错误书写字母，因此教师要对容易出错的笔顺进行比较细致的指导。如i和j都是后加点，t先写钩，H先两竖等。建议教师不妨采用汉语拼音的教法，使用一些形象的比喻，帮助学生理解记忆书写规则，防止笔画出错。比如：H是一双筷子拴根线，j是海豹顶皮球，i是小海狮头上顶个球，t是伞把带开关等。

(2)格式教学

字母的占格同样是字母书写教学中的一个教学难点，尤其是当字母的大小写混在一起的时候，学生很容易混淆。这样，教师要先清楚示范，提醒学生注意并总结字母占格的规律。同时，教师还可以借助儿歌帮助学生掌握字母的占格规律。如：英语书写，四线三格，大写字母一二格，上不顶线是原则;小写字母认准格，上面有 ‘辫’一二格，下面有‘尾’二三格，无‘辫’无‘尾’中间格;i，t中上一格半。在学生掌握了字母的占格规律后，还要通过活动手册上的描红来加强练习。这里要注意的是，到一定阶段的时候，教师要让学生能在没有四线格的一条线上，甚至是没有任何线的白纸上也能正确地表示出字母的书写格式。

三、操练

字母操练我们还可以采用游戏的形式。

1. What’s missing?游戏

学了几个字母以后，把字母卡片放在一起让学生认读，然后抽去其中的一张，让学生寻找：What’s missing?此时，学生注意力高度集中，急于表现自己，识记的效果就会很好。

2. 左邻右舍游戏

学生准备好已经学过的字母卡片，教师出示一个字母，让学生找出它的左邻右舍，请找到的几个学生快速把字母拿到讲台上站在相应的位置上，其余的学生一起认读这几个字母。

3. Make letters游戏

让学生用肢体动作表示不同的字母，或让学生用火柴棒拼出不同字母的形状。

The joyous Mid-Autumn Festival was celebrated on the fifteenth day of the

eighth moon, around the time of the autumn equinox(秋分). Many referred to it

simply as the "Fifteenth of the Eighth Moon".

敏锐的外语语感是学好外语的重要条件，也是一个人语言素质的重要标南。

但它是在言活动中发展而来的，并且是建立在语言内容而不是语言形式基础上的。

所以从起始年级开始，老师就要有目的、有意识、有步骤地引导学生练听练读，培养外语语感。

练听，具体可分四个步骤：（1）模仿跟读阶段。让学生通过听录音或听老师读，模仿正确的语音或语调，适当讲解意群、连续、弱读、清辅音浊化等语言特征和现象；②辨音会意阶段，英语论文《巧练，学习英语的“金钥匙”》。可以是一组组的单词（如ship／sheep；it／eat；Miss／Mrs；T／G等、），也可以是一组组的句子（如：is this box？／isthis bus？／Are they students？／Are there students？／the glass issmall／The class is small等）。在此阶段教师除加工语言材料之外，还要有意识地让学生在识别数字、时间、日期等方面作专项训练；③技能训练阶段。本阶段主要是以情景会话和短文理解作为听力材料。以上三个阶段应为教师控制下的听力训练；④智能培养阶段。即指导学生独自去听录音、广播。这阶段应属非控制下的听力训练。老师要为学生创造条件，如翻录磁带、告诉学生可以收听什么波段或频率的英语广播等。目前，我国英语教学在初中阶段一般都侧重听说，在课堂上使用直观教具和表演等方法，排除了母语这个中介，这对于培养语感自不必说。但其侧重听力的程度如何直接影响语感的形成和今后整体语言能力的形成和发展，仍是一个值得重视和研究的问题。所以高中阶段仍要加大听力训练的密度和广度。因为初中阶段的语言形式简单便于记忆，语言内容便于感知，在头脑中形成清晰的表象；而高中阶段抽象内容增多，难以形成即刻理解的听力。若不加大训练的密度和广度，就不利于学生在语言接触中自然地内化吸收语言材料，培养语感。

练读。语言材料要多读，尤其是课文---规范化的阅读材料，既可以在理解的基础上出声地朗读，也可以采取默读的方式进行思考。精妙之处要圈圈点点，一方面注意句子结构，另一方面通过语词激发唤起有关表象、再造想象以及各种联想；或者在情感上引起强烈共鸣，或者运用语境和自己的体验品味出言外之意或弦外之音。当然，老师首先应从方法上引导。

we find that some people hold the idea of living in the country, while others

prefer living in the city. In my opinion, I prefer the city life, though it has

advantages and disadvantages.

First of all, city life is very colorful. City is the center of the

surrounding area. So, it is also the most booming place having the best things.

There are many great things and wonderful activities in the city, while there

isn’t in the country. For example, there are KFC, wonderful shopping mall,

delicious food from various places, dancing club, different kinds of activities

and so on. We can also learn the culture from all the countries. Despite city

life is so wonderful, it still has many disadvantages. Nowadays, with the

improvement of people’s living standard, people have more cars and more people

come to city, and then the city becomes more and more crowd. As a result,

traffic jam emerges, which makes great inconvenience for people to go out.

What’s worse, the air pollution becomes serious day by day, which is bad for

people’s health.

To sum up, every coin has two sides. Living in the city also has good side

and bad aspect. Whether like living in city or not depends on individual

thinking. As myself, I like living in city though I know the disadvantage of

living in city.

One day, mother and i went to climb mount huang. when i began to climb, i

felt very easy. but when i climbed the haft way, i was very tired.and quite out

of breath. i asked mother, "can i climb to the top?" mother answered, "as long

as you have courage, you can conquer every mountain,

no matter how high it is! "so i went ahead. half an hour later, i climbed

to the top finally. what a wonderful day i had!

开学初，我们学校教师队伍中开展了强师风、铸师魂，争做人民满意教师的师德师风教育活动。育人先树德，教师只有树立好自身的形象，才能真心、真情、真意地去教育学生。

通过这一阶段的学习，让我对《义务教育法》、《教师法》、《未成年人保护法》有了一些具体的了解，使我懂得教书育人的使命感和责任性，并约束与规范了我日常的教学行为，努力做一个懂法、守法、护法的人民教师。

学校在师德师风教育活动中，开展了集体学习与个人自学相结合的方式，从多层次、多角度学习了全国优秀教师的感人事迹。使我感悟到教师职业的崇高性，认识到我的人生价值。作为一名小学教师，我应当为人师表，做学生的楷模，要不断提高自身的职业道德修养，正确认清和对待自己应履行的职责。

通过开展师德师风学习，使我更加清醒地认识到学生作为学习的主体，他们思想活跃，思维天真，好动，好闹，工作烦燥之时，我会不自觉地把学生的这种习惯当成不懂事，事后想来，这样的我是不应该的，事实上，学生是一个活的生命体，他们有属于自己的感觉和要求，优秀的学生人人喜爱，然而调皮的学生也并非一无是处。作为一名教师要有一副放大镜的眼去寻找与挖掘他们身上的闪光点。以点带面促进学生进步，在今后的教学中我要努力克服自己的不良情绪，沉下心来，静下心来去教育每位学生，要学会用优秀教师的品质激励自己。和优秀教师相比，我目前的思想境界还要不断提高。在教学方面首先要把学生当作朋友，改变师道尊严的旧观念，使自己的教育深受学生喜爱，家长认可，做一个人民满意的教师。

通过学校开展的师德师风学习，也让我发现了自身的不足。做人民满意的教师不能光作为一种口号，要付出实际行动，在教育教学中首先要学会不断学习，以学习来丰富自己的学识，提高自身能力，业务水平;其次，在实际教学中要勤于钻研，倾心育人，要用心去传授知识，培养学生多方面的智力;另外，师是服务于学生的，在服务学生的同时，要教会学生怎样做人，做一个对社会有用的人。

总体而言，师德师风教育活动的学习中，先进教师的精神和行为荡涤了我的心灵，激励了我教书育人的热情，也警示了我工作中的不足，更让我体会到人生的价值所在，即工作是快乐的，奉献是幸福的!

Dear mom and dad, How time flies! And it has been really seven years since

I entered the middle school, during which time I spent the unforgettable time

with my friends; what’s more, the most precious ages with my family. Instead of

calling you regularly, I thought I’d write a letter to tell you exactly what I

want to say. To be good parents is by no means an easy job as I imagined before.

It includes patience, responsibility and affection. Through these years, I here

really gained a lot from your experience. I still remember when I failed in

maths and even wanted to give it up, you just patted me on the shoulder and

encouraged me to have another try. Later, you praised me for my progress and

earnest effort, which really gave me a sense of achievement. Looking younger

children, I suddenly saw myself in teenage years. I was so rebellious and

inconsiderate at that time. You must have gone to a lot of troubles for me. I am

really sorry for the time I made you irritated. Mom and dad, thank you for being

firm with me when I went through my rebellious stage. I do appreciate what you

have done for me. I love you forever.
