一、理念先行

我因工作关系上学期刚接了一个班的英语，虽然多年没有教英语，毕竟是小学三年级英语刚开设，难度还不大，一个学期下来还算可以。但听了省专家报告，很快明白了自己的缺点，有关英语的教育理念跟不上。张老师说：如果你没有英语的教育理念在引导你，即使你教会了学生知识，即使学生学得也不错，但那是无效的，即使有效也是短暂的。我把英语的教育理念再与大家一起分享：(一)面向全体学生，注重素质教育。(二)整体设计目标，体现灵活开放。(三)突出学生主体，尊重个体差异。(四)采用活动途径，倡导体验参与。(五)注重过程评价，促进学生发展。(六)开发课程资源，拓展学用渠道。张老师对这些理念作了详细讲解，很受启发，原来英语教学不单单是教会学生知识，还有很多。

A library is a building for a collection or books, magazines, periodicals

and newspapers. The books are kept on the shelves in the stack room whereas the

magazines, journals, etc. in the reading rooms. Modern libraries also have xerox

rooms, and computer rooms.

correct call numbers in the card catalog and ask the librarian to take then, out

当我们在学习时遇到困难的时候，最好的办法就是向他人求教。任何时候不要囤积问题。你可以问同学，也可以向老师求助。今年寒假北京四中网校的网络面授班的英语课将针对上学期知识的重难点，为学生做详尽的复习。在课堂上，既能够听到老师精辟的讲解，又可以借助对话框，音频，视频等实现时时互动。建议大家听课前先结合讲课内容做一个小小的热身训练，这样就能更好地提高课堂效率。

四、 多渠道接触英语，体会语言的魅力

语言的学习绝不仅限于课本。听一首英文好歌时，留意它的歌词;看一部好的英文电影时，试图明白它的台词;读一本英文小说，尽力体会书中人物的或喜或悲。外出时，关注街道上的英文标识。功夫不负有心人，只要你心里想着英语，它就会给你丰厚的回报。

自1996年至今，25年多，九千多个日日夜夜，我把自己深深地扎根在这片山村的校园，用尽全身心的力量来教书育人，每一个跟我有缘的山村孩子我都把他当成自己的孩子，留守儿童我给他们特殊的爱与关怀，任何一个后进生我都做到了不甘心放弃的坚持……

有这么一个小女生是留守儿童，习惯懒散、经常逃课。某一天奶奶送她来学校的时候都用棍子打青了腿，可是转背后她又跑出了校门，我去追她，她把书包扔给我后脱身再跑。之后我就像亲人一样的跟她促膝长谈，让她真切地体会到老师的爱。又一次她肠胃堵塞，我便带她去医院治疗，她说想吃面包，我告诉她肠胃不好的时候不能吃，等病好了老师一定给你买。一个星期以后她的肠胃恢复正常，我买了面包兑现了诺言。对于我来说只是一些简单的举动，可是对于一个孩子来说爱的力量真的强大，当我看到她整个人都发生了翻天覆地的变化时，那积极主动地参与到学习中来的小模样，真讨人喜欢!

还有一个建档立卡户孩子是中途转来的，开始他真是一窍不通啊，考卷是0分。在我坚持不放弃的过程中，某天他突然把整个句子都结结巴巴地读通了过来，顿时把我激动坏了。一个停电的黄昏，他一直陪我在200米的跑道上坚持跑了25圈，他边跑边说：“老师，坚持不住了也不要放弃!……老师，我一直记得你跟我讲过的乌龟与白兔赛跑的故事，我就像那只乌龟一样，可是我不放弃!……”那个黄昏，那个被太阳能灯照着的昏暗的跑道上，一个10岁的孩子，一番出乎我意外的话语，一时间仿佛点亮了整个夜空里的星子，我不禁欣慰地笑了，眼睛却湿润起来……

还有一个学困生从来都交不了作业，他的学困，是困到连一个字都写不起来的程度。于是，我抽出大量的休息时间，每天都捏着他的手写字，终于他能独立写起字来了。之后的每一次抄抄写写的作业，不管自己有多慢他都会一个字一个字地去认真独立完成。有一个周末回到学校，班里的同学告诉我，他在家里发烧了，可是因为生字还没有写好，家人叫他别写了他还一直坚持到把生字写完。我在收取周末的生字书写作业时，全班一个不落整齐地交上来我特别感动。

在这个留守、单亲几乎占半的班级，原本就存在一定的教育难度，学生又出现五花八门的违纪且屡教不改时，我已措手无策，加之本人包班工作量原本就很沉重的同时再这么一来更是难上加难，我感觉自己快要崩溃似的，终于歇斯底里地在班里大发雷霆，然而我的失态并没有改变他们什么，他们只暂时安静了一会儿过后，还是不学习、不听课的状态，还是不思考不动手的模样，还是乱哄哄的课堂，我站在讲台上，一边说着“你们好好学习不行吗”，一边就绝望地哭了。记得当时刚好响过铃声，学生都去食堂吃饭半天了我还坐在教室里的独凳上哭着停不下悲伤……我是在彻底失败的崩溃中，结束的这整整一个难熬的学期的。

暑假里参加了德宏州义务段教师“师德师风”为期五天的培训之后我百感交集，听完几位大学教授的精彩授课过后，再回望自己这么一路走来的经历，我内心深受触动，同时也有了重新的自我认识。当我想到自己对工作开始有了厌倦情绪，我开始不爱我的学生了的时候，心里莫名有些恐慌，我的心已失去平衡和安全感了。再想想下个学期如果我还继续保持着这样的心态去面对工作，那我怎么再去教育学生?怎么再去引领他们前行?那将是多么可怕的局面，我不愿意!

原来，骨子里我便是深爱着我的讲台，深爱着这份职业的，如果一时的措手无策便让我失去信念的话，这样只会使事态逆向而行。正如几位教授所说，“像爱自己的孩子一样去爱每一个孩子”，爱的教育我深信不疑!爱，就是一盏明灯，爱能为每一个人指引方向，何况是孩子!只有得到过爱的孩子，并在爱的鼓舞下，他们才会朝着正确的方向前行。

那么，我已经不再迷茫了，我该用剩下的暑假时间，好好反思在这份工作中参与着的自己和孩子们，反思他们在从儿童到青春的过渡阶段所承受的心理困惑和茫然，再好好想一想我该用什么样的方式去引领他们，做他们都喜欢且想紧紧跟随的那盏亮在最前方的明灯。

当然，我不知道能不能找到的方法，但我知道身为一名教师心中的爱不能丢失，对工作热爱，对学生关爱，我便不会偏离教育的走向。不能让每个学生都成才，可是我一定要让他们走正确的路，做正确的事，做真正的人，做将来对社会有用的人!

Should students go on further study or find a job after leaving high

school?

Time spent in campus is not always treated with gracious look, but some

parents may choose other ways for the longevity of their childrens

post-high-school period, namely, find the adolescents a job, rather than sending

them to a college. I can find myself against this act for a thousand reasons,

amongst which we can figure some strongest ones as follows:

My first con against this behavior is that education is not just a benefit

but also ones rights. Without education , as Gorge Orwell had once said ,is to

be deprived of the most precious privilege in our time as a modern man. With

college education , youngsters can choose a better way of doing thing correctly

and more efficiently. The sharp contrast between those who have received well

education and those without is not just financially, but more vitally,

spiritually.

Admittedly, we can find cases of some one achieves without college

education, but these cases are famous only because they are rare. Those people

who succeed with a college degree are so many that this would seem to be a must

and a natural part of elites. The absence of university education is hard to

imagine in our days. The prospect of those juvenile workers or businessmen would

be even dimmer than ever before .For in our age, knowledge is not only the

power, but also the know-how to solving problems and gaining a much larger

fortune.

One day during the summer vacation, my father and I agreed to play

badminton, so we went to guolin park with badminton and racket.

The scenery of the park is picturesque, there are colorful flowers, and

some flowers are fragrant and beautiful. We came to a clearing and put the bag

on the lawn. Starting to play, the father said, "take the ball in your left

hand, take the beat in your right hand, and throw the ball gently at the beat of

the ball and hit the ball towards the other." I cant serve at the beginning,

also wont catch, serve as dad said practice is much more skilled practice, but

the other ball back, I was a little bad. I was a little frustrated by this, but

I thought: once you do something, you must do it well! So I trained again. I was

able to catch my dads ball very well, and my father praised me for saying that

the more I played the better, I was so happy.
