The relation among Chinas ethnic groups can be described as "overall

integration, local concentration, mutual interaction." Concentrations of ethnic

minorities reside within predominantly Han areas, and the Han people also reside

in minority areas, indicating that there has been extensive exchanges among

Chinas ethnic groups since ancient times. With the development of the market

economy, interaction among ethnic groups has become even more active in the

areas of government, economics, culture, daily life, and marriage. Linked by

interdependence, mutual assistance, and joint development, their common goals

transportation. In addition, they advocate recycling water and saving energy as

As college students, we also make some contribution in our daily life to

reduce the emission of the carbon dioxide. For example, switch off the light

when leaving and save water. In addition, we should use our knowledge and action

学习要有兴趣，当你对一件事感兴趣时，会觉得它做起来很简单，反之，会觉得很枯燥，这也是许多同学不爱学习的原因。你可以试着去发现学习中的乐趣。“兴趣是最好的老师”，培养了自己对学习的兴趣，学起来就会感到很轻松。孔子说：“知之者不如好之者，好之者不如乐之者。”人生能从自己职业中领略出趣味，生活才有价值。学习就像我们的事业，做学习的主人才是最重要的。

学习要有坚持不懈的精神，伟大的发明家爱迪生说过这样一句话：“天才是99%的汗水加上1%的灵感。”没有付出，不能坚持下去，就算再聪明也不会成功。说句实话，学习是很枯燥、辛苦的，如果你克服不了这些困难，又怎么会取得优异的成绩呢?如果当初我没有坚持下去，就不会取得现在的成绩。坚持下去，给自己更多选择的机会，寻找自己的天才之路，努力奋斗。

“温故而知新，可以为师矣。”我很欣赏孔子的这句名言，当我们学完一个知识后，如果不复习，可能很快就会把它忘了。时而温习一下旧知识，也许会有新认知，这何尝不是一种乐趣呢?我每天放学回家都先把当天学过的内容梳理一下，然后再做作业，这样作业的正确率会提高许多。

学习中的成功是由奋斗目标、培养兴趣、刻苦坚持以及“温故而知新”组成的，也许其他的成功也是由这种秘方配制而成的吧。

学习还要记住一点：“谦虚使人进步，骄傲使人落后。”取得胜利后，不能骄傲，不然以后会摔得很惨。这次月考没考到理想的名次，也算是给我的一个教训，人不能骄傲。

今天在手机上的学习软件上学习英语单词，我给自己设立了一个目标，学会3000个单词，每天被20个，因为手机上的软件可以自己复习，所以我可以通过记忆曲线来记住这些单词。

学习英语是一件特别艰难的事情，因为它不是自己的母语，父母也没有英语的基础，所以学习英语一切都得靠自己，很多时候自己的发音，还有语法可能都有一些问题，就要在不断的学习中发现并且改正，发音改正是最为困难的，由于已经习惯了这种发音模式，并且一直错着读了好久，突然发现你读错了，想要改掉，需要花费大量的时间，你必须忘记之前发的音，才能学习现在正确的音，还要不断的校对。

背单词的时候，那才是真正折磨人的时候，每次看见那个蚯蚓一样的符号，头就开始痛起来，还要咬着牙坚持背书，真是个悲伤的故事。

英语不好的人通过背大量的英语单词实际的进步是很明显的，阅读的时候，困难度小了很多，那是进步，内心是十分满足的。
