Recently, our efforts to protect wild animals was questioned by the public,

because the news is keep reporting that more and more wild animals was killed by

human beings, especially the very precious one. Innocent animals was dead for

their meat, fur and tooth, it was just used to fill up human beings desire. In

my point of view, the wild animals were protected effectively still has a long

way to go.

Firstly, people should try harder to make a better place for animals. The

land where the wild animals live was deprived by human being. For hundreds

years, people cut the trees to make land for their living and farming, wild

animals homeland was took, they have no choice but run away. What is more,

human beings break the food link in nature; wild animals can not find enough

food to keep alive. There is no doubt that the destruction of nature has become

a big problem to kill wild animal, for instance, a polar bear was starved to

death because of the greenhouse effect, the ice was melt away, the seadog and

fish that polar bear like to eat are far away from them. For those reasons,

people should protect the environment first if they want to protect wild animals

effectively.

Second, no buying, no killing. Some rich people like to wear fur coat, they

treat it as a status symbol, especially for rich woman, they think animal fur is

beautiful and warm, they will never consider that the fur they wear for years is

the skin that animal wear for their whole life, and they knew how bloody when

people took the fur from animal but they choose to ignore it. If people do not

buy the fur and tooth, lots of wild animals will be survived.

In sum, wild animals are our friends, we should give back and protect their

homeland, and stop buying their body part, or our future generations will see

them in zoo and museum.

There is a saying that man proposes, god disposes, which means man plan the

things and the rest of the outcome lies in the luck. This saying reflects the

connection between hard-work and luck, which is though sometimes we have worked

so hard, luck occupies great position, the unexpected things happen and refrain

us from succeeding. In order to be successful, people work so hard, they believe

they can achieve their goals, but lacking luck stops them achieving their goals.

So working hard doesn’t mean bringing people success directly, they just need to

try more times, without luck, they still can make their goals. Luck can help

and luck make people realize their goals, but without luck, people still can

The animal is the friend of our human beings. We live in the same earth.

Animals and human beings can’t be separated from each other. But some animals

are getting less and less. So it’s necessary for us to protect animals,

especially wild animals. Some people kill wild animal because of money. It’s

illegal. Beside, because of the development of society, human needs more space

to live in, so we explore the forest. Animals have less space to live in. The

所以从起始年级开始，老师就要有目的、有意识、有步骤地引导学生练听练读，培养外语语感。

练听，具体可分四个步骤：（1）模仿跟读阶段。让学生通过听录音或听老师读，模仿正确的语音或语调，适当讲解意群、连续、弱读、清辅音浊化等语言特征和现象；②辨音会意阶段，英语论文《巧练，学习英语的“金钥匙”》。可以是一组组的单词（如ship／sheep；it／eat；Miss／Mrs；T／G等、），也可以是一组组的句子（如：is this box？／isthis bus？／Are they students？／Are there students？／the glass issmall／The class is small等）。在此阶段教师除加工语言材料之外，还要有意识地让学生在识别数字、时间、日期等方面作专项训练；③技能训练阶段。本阶段主要是以情景会话和短文理解作为听力材料。以上三个阶段应为教师控制下的听力训练；④智能培养阶段。即指导学生独自去听录音、广播。这阶段应属非控制下的听力训练。老师要为学生创造条件，如翻录磁带、告诉学生可以收听什么波段或频率的英语广播等。目前，我国英语教学在初中阶段一般都侧重听说，在课堂上使用直观教具和表演等方法，排除了母语这个中介，这对于培养语感自不必说。但其侧重听力的程度如何直接影响语感的形成和今后整体语言能力的形成和发展，仍是一个值得重视和研究的问题。所以高中阶段仍要加大听力训练的密度和广度。因为初中阶段的语言形式简单便于记忆，语言内容便于感知，在头脑中形成清晰的表象；而高中阶段抽象内容增多，难以形成即刻理解的听力。若不加大训练的密度和广度，就不利于学生在语言接触中自然地内化吸收语言材料，培养语感。

练读。语言材料要多读，尤其是课文---规范化的阅读材料，既可以在理解的基础上出声地朗读，也可以采取默读的方式进行思考。精妙之处要圈圈点点，一方面注意句子结构，另一方面通过语词激发唤起有关表象、再造想象以及各种联想；或者在情感上引起强烈共鸣，或者运用语境和自己的体验品味出言外之意或弦外之音。当然，老师首先应从方法上引导。

一.英语小组合作学习在教学中的回顾。

课程改革在教学中的实践已经六年了。回顾前几年的英语课堂教学中，小组合作学习形式化，缺乏时效性，班里只有三分之二的小组能够按照教师的要求开展活动，有三分之一的小组应付了事，课堂气氛不活跃。学生不敢开口说英语。学生没有通过在小组合作学习中，达到提高语言运用能力的目的。小组合作学习没有达到实效性。随着不断学习新课标理念，不断地教学实践摸索以及我们英语组对英语课堂教学互动模式的课题研究，近两年对小组合作学习的意义和重要性有了较深刻的认识，对以前的小组合作学习存在的问题，也找到了原因：

教师对新课标合作学习的理念没有领会。没有理解小组合作学习的真正意义。

教师对处理教材的各个环节缺乏清晰的认识，不能整体把握教材。

教师对语境的设计缺乏真实性，激趣性。

教师没有细化小组合作学习的规则，缺乏实效性。

教师设计的小组合作活动形式比较单一。不能激起学生小组活动的兴趣，学生没有充分体会到成功的感受。

通过小组合作学习在课堂和课外的教学实践 ，笔者发现小组合作学习要遵循一定的原则，在课内和课外采用多种形式实施小组合作学习，有助于提高学生运用英语的能力。

二.实施小组合作学习的原则

(一)、语境设计具有真实性。

课标倡导任务型教学模式。让学生在教师的指导下，通过感知，体验，实践，参与和合作的方式，实现任务的目标—即达到运用语言的能力。一节课的语境设置要根据教材的内容为主线和所达到的目标为终极目标。设计出与教材有关，又符合学生的实际情况的真实语境，激发学生交际的欲望。使学生在真实的语境中很自然地运用语言。

(二)、语境设计具有激趣性

英语课程的任务是：激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，使学生树立自信心，养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略，发展自主学习的能力和合作精神。因此教师在语言输出环节中，应设计出使学生非常感兴趣的活动。充分调动学生参与活动的积极性，使学生学习气氛高涨起来。使学生在活动中愉快地用英语进行交际。

(三).细化规则具有时效性

1、小组活动不能拘于形式

小组活动的人数的确立应依据教学内容和输出活动的设计，人数可2人，3人，4人等，没有固定模式。不能为活动而活动。应根据活动的具体内容而定。

2、小组成员应有明确的分工

无论是2人，4人还是6等人的小组活动，每个人都有明确的分工，使每个人都能参与英语教学活动

3、小组活动具有可操作性

教师应用简洁的语言明确规定活动的具体任务确保学生能够便于操作，使学生清楚自己干什么，保证合作学习的实效性。

三、小组合作学习的实施过程

(一)课堂小组合作学习形式

在课堂教学中，要充分发挥教师的主导作用和突出学生的主体作用。根据教材内容设计出形式多样的小组合作方式。

1. 图片交流

利用文中的插图或从网上下载与课文有关的图片，设计两人小组谈论图片的活动，直观、形象、生动。在讲十一册17课时，我设计的前两个输出活动就是根据图片，两人小组谈论第三人称和第一人称会和不会哪些运动项目。由于图片直观形象，易于学生交流。

2. 角色表演

教师教完新授课后，给学生一个话题，就这一话题发挥想象，通过创设情景，自编对话，进行角色表演。例如编购物、问路、看病、打电话对话。这些场景符合实际情况，贴近学生生活，学生们都很感兴趣。因此，他们都能积极参与表演，互相配合，承担各种角色。许多原来对英语学习兴趣不大，信心不足的学生都能积极参加角色表演活动并且表现得很好，一定程度上提高了他们学习英语的兴趣。

3、小组调查

教材内容非常丰富，我们可以根据教材的内容，设计调查形式的小组互动，使学生参与活动中，运用语言知识。如十一册的19课设计调查学生小组最喜欢的运动情况的活动，以便为开展校本课程做准备的活动。所设的活动是学生感兴趣的，又贴近他们的日常生活的调查活动。学生参与活动的热情很高涨。

4、话题讨论

试验课改教材是以贴近学生实际的话题为中心。让学生围绕一个话题，用所学的语言知识谈论这个话题，使学生用英语学会做事，提高学生运用英语的能力。在讲十五册17课感叹句时，可设计成让学生4人小组用感叹句互相谈论学英语的感受，每人至少谈论一点并选一名组长在全班汇报，小组之间互相合作，互相学习。既开阔了学生的思维，又培养了合作精神。

英语教学中， 根据教材内容， 使用游戏方法，能使课堂变得轻松有趣。 使学生在玩中学。 尤其在初一英语教学阶段，正是激发兴趣时期。可根据教材内容的不同，设计不同的游戏活动。在讲11册Lesson 5 家庭成员关系时， 我设计了不同层次的游戏活动。 我先带着全班做以Bob 为中心， 我指图片任何一个人、两个人， 全班立即说出和Bob的关系; 第二层游戏是让一个学生用汉语说出人物关系，全班学生看屏幕上的图片， 全班说出英文。第三层游戏是让一个学生用英文描述人物关系， 让全班猜Who’s she /he? Who are they?有好几个学生把人物关系描述复杂， 让同学猜。全班学生注意力非常集中， 认真听某个同学描述。 当同学猜出时， 课堂气氛变得日益的活跃。

2)竞赛

这些竞赛有：单词、词组接龙竞赛和对话表演竞赛等等，这些竞赛都是以小组合作的方式进行，竞赛中各小组成员之间具有一定的依赖性。通过进行这样的小组活动，每位组员意识到自己的表现会影响其他组员的成绩，而其他组员的表现也会对自己的成绩产生影响时，会促使他积极参与小组活动。如：教学十一册第15课，Unit 4.Lesson 15 How much are

the potatoes?时，我设计以小组为单位设计新年购物单，包括食品、数量、价格。而且告诉学生班费只有100元。比一比看哪组设计的购物单最好。要求组员至少给本组选一个食品，否则取消这个组的比赛。学生踊跃参加本组的购物单设计，然后由各组组长在黑板写上本组设计的购物单，全班评判，选出最佳购物单。

(二) 课外小组合作学习形式

学生的知识，并不都在课堂中获取;学生的能力也并不都在课堂内培养。所以，课外合作学习也必定是课内合作学习所不可或缺的延伸和补充。

1、 小组朗读，背诵或复述积分

为了调动全班学英语的积极性，培养学生的语感。我采用小组得分评比法。我先把全班按好，中，差 ，分成六人一小组。全班分成五个组。我规定每个单元的4课书和

expnsion，根据每课的内容不同，要求学生两人背诵对话，朗读课文、背诵课文、复述课文。并不是所有的学生家里都有录音机等学习辅助设备，也不是所有的学生都有自觉学习的习惯，所以，就有相当部分学生不能独立完成老师布置的课文的朗读、背诵或复述的作业。合作小组的作用就尤为重要。通过发挥小组中学优生的作用，利用自习课或课余时间，让他们给学习有困难的学生当小老师，帮助学困生解决。两周一评比，而且把评选结果在班里公布。哪个小组都怕在落在别的组的后面，都帮助本组较差的同学。较差的同学也怕拖本组的后腿，也在努力地学习。学习气氛空前高涨。

2、 小组合作共同完成学习档案。

为了提高学生学英语的兴趣，训练学生的写作能力和培养学生想象能力和创新能力，我帮助学生建立学习档案。 我从初一开始每学完一个单元， 要求学生完成与话题相关的短文。虽然采用积分法，但有些个别差的同学还是完不成。因此我根据教材内容的不同，尝试小组合作共同完成学习档案。在第十二册Unit 8 Seasons and Clothes.小组合作共同完成本单元的话题作文。要求每组学生介绍我国或其它国家的5个地区的天气情况。并给出所适合的运动和着装的建议。用A4打印或手抄。并注明每人在本组所做的具体工作。只有全部组员参与本组的话题作文的设计工作，才有资格参与评选。时间是一周。同学们都各尽所能，有的同学设计版面，有的画画，有的写稿，有的改稿，组员都积极参与了本组的共同设计工作。培养了学生的合作意识。想象能力和创新能力，学生参与活动的热情空前高涨。

四、小组合作学习成果展示

教师要给学生提供展示才华的机会，使学生体验成功。我班在去年的颐和园情景教学中，学生分组用英语介绍颐和园的景点中，表现出色，受到学校的好评。在今年购物节情景教学中，我班的小组获得学校第一名。在今年的圣诞节和外教联欢会中，我班表演了

《Can I help you 》小品和合唱英文歌曲《 Jingle Bells 》并带着道具边唱边表演，我班的多数学生参与了圣诞节知识的竞赛中，学生积极主动地参加，当他们得到外教给的糖果和有关圣诞礼物时，非常兴奋。为了提高小组合作学习兴趣和竞争意识，我班举行了英语新年会。每组至少出一个节目，然后进行评比。获得前两名的小组进行奖励。学生们的积极性非常高，在课下积极准备，都想争第一。在元旦联会中，有的小组表演课本剧，有的小组.有的小组出谜语，让其他组猜。还有的组玩单词、词组接龙竞赛。其中表演课本剧《At the restaurant》和演唱《Pretty boy 》这两组分别获一名和第二名。我们年级还举行了合作小组学习档案评比。我班有两组被选上。还有两名同学参加了CCTV 英语希望杯大赛，这两名同学都通过了预赛，并参加了初赛。

实践证明，英语小组合作学习是一种很好的学习方式。英语小组合作学习对学生英语能力的提高，对教师英语教学的促进作用是不容质疑的。在活动中，学生是主角，既可以是参与者，还可以是活动的具体组织者和设计者。教师仅是活动的创设者，只起着对活动的促进和辅导的作用。让学生在活动中自己发现问题，解决问题，积极想象，深入探究，勇于创新[实践，同时教师在活动中激励评价学生，鼓励语言、最终达到自主学习，自我纠错，自我评价的目的，以达到从学会到会学的转变。

路漫漫，其修远兮，吾将上下而求索。我将不断学习新课标理念，不断地实践和反思。本着在学习中反思，在反思中改进的原则，不断提高教学水平。

At present, there is a hot word in our life - "low carbon". For this new

friend, I have done a detailed understanding, the original, low carbon is to

travel, in todays society, bike sharing is the top priority.

In 2017, shared bicycles have sprung up on the streets of Fuzhou with

colorful colors, including blue, orange and yellow Dressed up in the beautiful

streets of Fuzhou. It serves every citizen of Fuzhou and brings convenience to

us. Everyone is contributing to the environmental protection cause of Fuzhou.

This is the responsibility and obligation of Fuzhou citizens. I see the rapid

development of bike sharing. There are yellow cars, Moby bikes, and hello bikes

This aroused my curiosity, and I also wanted to experience it. Today, I took my

mothers mobile phone and couldnt wait to find a small yellow car. I turned on my

mobile phone, scanned the QR code of the bike sharing car, and input the

password. I only heard "didi" and the lock on the bike was opened. This

operation is really convenient. So my mom and I got on the bike sharing. We

enjoy the scenery on both sides of the road, talking and laughing all the way,

but also exercise. This is really a healthy and environmentally friendly way to

travel!

However, the good time is not long, bike sharing is facing unprecedented

disaster. Some are thrown into rivers, some are short of arms and legs, some are

locked in private Where are the qualities of these people? Is this the quality

that we Chinese should have? No, this is not the quality that we Chinese should

have! This small bike sharing is like a mirror, reflecting the quality of

Chinese people. The original intention of bike sharing is good, it can bring

convenience to the public, low-carbon environmental protection, green travel! I

hope you can maintain bike sharing together!

With the progress of society, peoples quality should be constantly

improved. Bike sharing is a good invention. Lets protect it together. Low carbon

and environmental protection. Starting from me, lets maintain a better tomorrow

with both hands. Lets make our sky bluer and our air cleaner!

With time goes by， it bees a bit hard for me to remember everything about

myself at the first day of my college life。 However， there was one thing for

sure that I did feel quite excited and curious about my university。 There is no

doubt that students like me have struggled for a long time so that can be

permitted to enter the university。

Bringing with expectation， I got into Gongshang University。 Generally

speaking， its an interesting and fantastic place for us to study and live in。

Every day a series of outgoing people get into my eyesight。 Curious and out of

politeness， Id talk to them heart to heart。 Here I make friends with my new

classmates from everywhere around China。 Whats more， time and weather

permitting， I will enjoy jogging or playing basketball with my classmates on the

playground， tired but happy。 When staying in dormitory， I choose to read news

online and sometimes watch a film for relaxing。 However， a good student can

never leave his study behind。 When it es to study， hard problems never upset me，

instead they arouse me。 Rather than ignoring it， Id think carefully for a while

and ask my classmates for help。

To be honest， there are some things I don’t deal with properly。 For

instance， once I spent nearly a whole day playing puter games。 Personally， we

university students are already adults and its our obligation to develop

ourselves in college by learning new professional skills。 Not until we take a

right attitude towards our study and life can we win a rich and colorful

experience in college。
