I am not a brave girl, I am afraid of losing face in front of my friends

When I was very small, I was so envious about the adults, because they

however reports about food problems have often been seen in the newspapers

The reason for this problem is that some of the food producers are too fond of

normal because people just cannot live without eating anything.

In recent years, the volunteering spirit has spread among the Chinese

people, especially among youngsters. According to a survey, in 20__, there were

Volunteering actions are of tremendous benefits to both those in need and

the society. Olympic Games are a good example. As is known to all, volunteers

played an active role in Beijing Olympic Games. Without them, it would be a

tough task to hold this un-precedent Olympic Games. Therefore, we can say that

it was those volunteers who ensured the success of these games.

As modern college students, we should get actively involved in volunteering

activities. By participating, we can learn how to work well in a team, how to

improve our interpersonal skills and organizational ability. Undoubtedly, all of

these are critical for our person growth. So, we should take this chance to

learn and to grow.

It seems like a silly question, anyone in sane would give a hand to the elderly who fell. But in China, this question is becoming tricky. Many news report that there are some old people not just fell, they do it on purpose. Usually, they walk on a crowdy street, and pretend to faint or just lay down on the ground, intend to accuse the one who comes to help as a perpetrator and blackmail him/her for the treatment fee. Many people have fell for that and had to pay as there is no witness to prove their innocence. As for these negative news, people is afraid to help those old people in need, that makes some of them who are in real trouble could not get help in time. I once asked one of my friends: “Why the old people turn bad? If you see one in the street, would you help?” He said: “It is not the old people turn bad, it is the bad people turn old. I will video him/her to make a statement first, then decide if I would help.”

a responsibility to reduce sea pollution.

I need to describe the problem. Our ship currently dumps all its rubbish

into the sea.Its easy to result in huge endanger. First of all, Non-organic

substances such as plastic bags kill fish and whales. Because fish get trapped

and whales cannot digest them. Secondly some rubbish is inherently toxic.

I can suggest some solutions. First and foremost we can create a better

system of disposing of rubbish for instance. We ought to store rubbish. Next, we

are supposed to make ships environmentally and friendly. A case in point is that

二，教师情感素质的要求。

教育不仅是认知过程，更是情感交流过程。经验表明，情感可促使学生自觉接受教师的教诲，养成良好的认知习惯，行为习惯。师生情感交流是相互作用，相互影响的过程，教师心里有了学生，学生就愿意和教师在一起，且有亲近感;教师尊重，理解，关心学生，学生就将更尊重老师，师生诚坦相待，心心相印。对待学生的错误与缺点，要尽力帮助，对待学生成长进步热情肯定，用火热的心肠，满腔的热忱去温暖学生的心灵。让学生感到老师胜父母，同学似兄弟。

课后与学生交友，让他们掏心里话，扑捉热点。难点话题，日常以礼相待。遇到不顺心的事要能控制感情，不迁怒于学生，让学生增强克服困难的信心和勇气，产生前进动力，明确前进方向。

既然选择了作为一名教师，我们所做的一切就无关于名利。是的，我们的工资很微薄，我们责任是那么重，我们容颜一天天失去光泽，我们的白发日日增多，既然选择了，那我们就坚守吧，就为这最后一片净土。总而言之，教书是一种责任，经其手，就负起责嘛。

通过这次集训和平常的认真学习，并对照自己在工作中的师德师风的各方面表现，发现自己还存在不少问题。

1、满足于现状，缺乏上进心。

概括地说：就是在工作中不够主动、创新，而是领导交代干什么就干什么，不深入思考。在接受领导交代工作任务时应怎么样去创新完成，也可以说是按传统的工作经验，按部就班去做，只力求能够完成工作任务，不出比漏就行了，就这样的满足于现状。

2、对学生不够尊重

在检查工作中，经常检查到一些纪律散漫的学生，上课铃响了不进教室，还在教室外面滞留，迟迟不进教室，有时见到一些纪律不强的学生，从课堂中出去大小便，完事后不是及时回课堂，而是借机在外溜达，有时发现自习课堂中的一些学生不遵守课堂纪律，大声喧哗，甚至满堂走动捣乱了秩序。总是上前大声训斥，使师生关系很尴尬，这实在是一种不尊重学生人格的表现。

3、对后进生缺乏关爱

关心爱护后进生，转化后进生，使后进生进步是一个教师的职责。在检查工作中，我认识到，不按时进入课堂上课的学生，课堂中借机出门溜达的学生，自习课中随意走动捣乱的学生，大都是平时学习成绩较差，自由散漫习惯的后进生，而对这些后进生，缺乏关爱精神，缺乏耐心教育，缺乏宽容态度，甚至认为那是不可教者。

4.对学生要求过严，有恨铁不成钢的现象。

致使在学习的过程中，有的吃不饱，有的吃不下。

作为教师，特别是肩负检查任务的教师，应该把良好的师德师风均匀地洒给每一个学生。然而，我对后进生关爱不够，特别经常调皮的学生，教育几次后，不改的，更是很铁不成钢，我最喜欢罚他们背书、写字，其实这都是不对的。最根本的原因是我对教师的职业道德理解不深，认识不透。没把教师特有爱的阳光，爱的春风洒到每一个学生身上，没有尽到一名教师的职责。错误地认为，后进生是“孺子不可教”者，所以每每训斥实在是一种错误的认识错误的教育方式，经深刻的反思，归根到底是对师德师风认识不深，是个人的教师职业道德欠佳的表现。

因此，在今后的工作中我们一定要更新教育观念，彻底改变以往那种惩罚学生是为学生好的错误思想，改变对学生居高临下的态度，主动、积极地建立一种民主、平等、和谐的师生关系，尊重学生人格，热爱学生，尤其要热爱差生和后进生。

questions. As a junior/senior student,I would love to say something as

following:

A part of students are aim too high.They always want to find easy and

comfortable jobs with high salary.But, they neglect they are just undergraduates

who lack of real experience in a company. Aim too high but lack of real

experience leads them to be frustrated:they cant find their suitable jobs and

are not interested low-salary jobs. Its a real situation in our current

society. The best solution is that our undergraduates should change their minds.

The new minds is that to be capable before getting high salary.

in the modern society. With the development of our society,our women s ability

It not easy to solve the gender discrimination.It needs our governments help,

our government should do some propaganda about gender eq equal and make some

rules for the companies.

王爷爷已年逾古稀，有一天，他搬着板凳坐在外面晒太阳，见李大婶背着一袋面粉，很艰难的向前面走去，突然摔了一跤，王爷爷看见了马上跑过去，扶起李大婶。问：“他婶，这是怎么回事?”李大婶说：“今天早上我去买面粉，可电车漏气了，我跑了一圈也没找到修电车的，只好把电车扔到我家的菜地里，自己背着面粉来了。”王爷爷听了，二话不说，使出吃奶的劲，才把面粉扛回李大婶家，李大婶马上激动的说：“谢谢您呀，要不是您，我的腰早累垮了，你在我们家吃饭吧。”“不用了，我们家那两口子已经把饭做好了正等着我去吃呢。”王爷爷说。“哎，您那么大岁数了，还让您帮我背面粉，这叫做什么事呀!”王爷爷马上说：“不要紧，一家人说什么两家话呀，别看我岁数大，其实身体硬朗得很，好了，我也该走了，他们俩该着急了。”

记得有一次，王爷爷对我说：“孩子，我来到这世界上兴的是什么吗?”我马上说：“可以经历那么多的风风雨雨。”“不，孩子你只说对了一半，其实兴的是我也是个活雷锋，可以帮助别人，该你们继承雷锋了，孩子你要记住你是雷锋的后代。”我不知道我因王爷爷这句话而哭过几次，但我知道王爷爷把一生全部献给了人民。虽然王爷爷已经去世，但他这一生做的好事深刻的印在了我的脑海中。

我爱王爷爷，我爱雷锋，我也愿意做一个当代的雷锋!从小事做起，从好事做起。

When I watch the TV series, there always present the rich familys life,

but I dont feel envious about the rich life. It is obvious that though these

people live the better life, the cost is that their parents spend less time to

play with them. The time to stay with our parents is really important, while the

rich parents have much work to do, so they dont have much private hours. I was

born in an ordinary family. My parents will never miss the moment when I need

them. I am so thankful to life, because I have my parents love. Whats more, I

have made many good friends. We share our interest and have a lot in common.
