人生就是一个体验与再体验的过程。人的一生在不同阶段体验不同的经历。往泛的来说，小时候体验童年的烂漫天真，青年时体验学习中的起起伏伏，成年时体验生活的风风雨雨，中年后体验养怡之福。往细的来说，人无时无刻不在体验，所以就连做无意义的事也是一种体验。

对于我来说，体验学习是每天在不停做的事。

体验学习，是苦的。

每天早上6点准时被闹钟惊醒，忙碌的一天就开始了。上午4节课，中午写作业，下午又是4节课，疲惫地回到家后，又是作业各种、习题无数。好不容易匆匆收笔，就得操起书继续复习到夜深人静。挑灯奋战于书山之中早已是生活常态，倒头睡后面临的又是千篇一律的新的一天。

累吗?当然累。学习从来就不会轻松。然而我们为什么还要体验学习之苦?是的，不仅是以后人生前途的选择问题，更是一种人生中不可缺少的体验。无论你以后会是知识渊博的科学家，抑或是工地上以体力谋身的劳动者，青年时的学习生涯都将是无限美好的回忆与体验。这体验无时不刻影响着你的思维方式、你的为人理念。因此，现在好好体验学习之苦，才会让你以后更好地体验生活之美。

体验学习，抑是甜的。

就如同嚼饭粒一样，一开始食之无味，然后经过“物理攻击”，淀粉开始产生丝丝甜味。学习正是如此。若坚持把体验学习之苦作为生活的趣事，那么学习之甜也会不知不觉地融入你的体验之中。考试取得好成绩，是最浅显的甜头，以后人生前途之辉煌则会是最终的收获。

体验学习，亦苦亦甜，体验其它自然也不会例外。让我们敢于体验，好好体验，生活中从来就没有无意义的经历，只要你体验了就有意义。

未来世界的竞争是教育的竞争、人才的竞争。推动教育事业发展的主体——教师，肩负着光荣而神圣的历史使命。要培养造就二十一世纪高质量、高规格的人才，就必须建立一支高素质的教师队伍。而教师队伍建设的核心是教师的师德，教师的师德决定了教师的素质，教师的素质又决定了教育的质量。因此，加强师德建设工作是时代的需要，是全面推进素质教育，深化队伍建设的总枢纽，也是搞好教育系统行风建设，决定教师队伍建设成败与否的关键。

当前，由于受市场经济的冲击，有悖师德的现象屡禁不止，一定程度上影响了人民教师良好的整体形象。例如：超度违规带生，体罚或变相体罚学生，不公平地看待学生，功利主义思想严重，追逐短期效益，盲目地乱办班，乱收费等。

导致各种师德违规的现象因素很多，笔者在听了几天的报告后认为主要有以下几个方面的原因造成：

一是教师教育理念陈旧，其理念还停留在应试教育的框框里，只注重学生的智育发展，忽视了学生人格培养，没有注意心灵的沟通，没有把真正的做人教育理解到位，落实到位。

二是教师缺乏良好的心理品质。教育学生需要良好的心理品质，心理品质的不健全轻者对学生恶语中伤，重者会对学生实施体罚。

三是在利益的驱使下急功近利，缺少爱心，不会关爱学生。屡禁不止的违规超度带生问题，就是在利益的驱动之下的产物。

四是教育评估机制，仍以应试成绩为核心，教师面对各方面的压力，延缓了师德建设的进程。师德形成决非一种表面的具体行为。任何一种师德表现都能折射出深层的东西，它包含着人才观、学生观、质量观、管理观、学习观、评价观等一系列相关理念在内的综合观念。一句话，有什么样的教育理念，就有什么样的师德表现。

面对新的情况，在推进素质教育，倡导更新教育理念的同时，怎样树立新时期的师德形象，已成为广大教师面临的重要课题，我认为需要从以下几个方面努力。

一、调整教师心态，树立正确的价值观念

要做好现在社会的教师，拥有一个良好的心态至关重要。在我们义乌这样一个物欲横流的社会环境背景下，教师的价值观显得尤为重要。任小艾老师说了，幸福是要自己心平气和的去体会的，我说，幸福是要靠自己感受的，就是说老师要知道满足，钱是永远都赚不完的。有了这么一个理念为基础的话，那么我们现在的超度带生问题，歧视学生问题，体罚等各种有碍于师德形象的问题都会得到根本好转。所以，在老师当中首先要解决价值观的问题，教师要调整好自己的心态，做一个时常会感恩的人，学会满足，学会体验幸福，感受幸福。

二、转变教育理念，实施差异教育

学生是学习的主人，是发展的主体。教师面对的是学生的未来，而不是个人眼前的荣誉和利益，要立足于学生的成长。因此教书育人不可急功近利，需从大处着眼。部分教师受应试教育理念的影响习惯于只看眼前，不顾将来，以剥夺学生个性为代价换取教师的师道尊严，以牺牲学生的学习兴趣为代价，过分苛求学生的成绩，换取暂时的高分。比如现在我们义乌的初中教育就存在这样的倾向。因为习惯了应试的学生，以后面对大学的开放式教学环境，不能适应，成绩会下降，还会不同程度的患上心理障碍。

众所周知，爱迪生七岁上学，因成绩差退学，爱因斯坦两岁说话，上学智力迟钝，德国诗人海涅是尽人皆知的后进生，普京上小学时学习成绩一塌糊涂，而现在成为力挽俄罗斯经济大滑坡的总统。事实表明，学习成绩与创造力无明显的联系。创造力有早晚，先后之分，越是有个性的人，创造力越突出，个性是创造的前提，把个性多样性作为一种有价值的东西，一种财富来加以接受，我们就不会按成绩把学生分为三六九等，我们眼中就会没有差生，只有差异。实施有差异的教育，实现有差异的发展。

三、以身示范，情感育人

搞教育不能搞一阵风式的形式主义，这也是一种不理智的急功近利的短期行为，因为，学生的成长和发展有其阶段性，不能强求一致，无法整齐划一。而真正能够给学生以伟大启迪和深刻影响的往往是一些教育细节。现在的问题

学生很多，教师不能一时、一个模式、一种方法就能解决全体学生的诸多问题，一定要根据不同学生出现的不同问题有针对性的解决。要让学生喜欢老师，不训斥学生，发现学生的闪光点，给予及时的表扬，真诚地赏识他们。我们的教师队伍中，绝大多数责任心都很强，然而，仅仅有责任心是不够的，变单纯的“责任”为丰富的“情感”，去面对学生之间出现的各种问题。

society.Take the Wenchuan Earthquake as an example.Hundreds of thousands of

volunteers play an active role in Wenchuan quake-hit areas.And they contribute

daily necessaries,offer medical help and psychological help to the disaster

relief work.

Besides,volunteering would be beneficial to the volunteers

themselves~Getting involved in volunteering,volunteers will be exposed to a new

environment,and they can learn how to work well in a team,how to improve their

interpersonal skills and organizational skills，all of which are critical for

their professional growth。As a college student,I sincerely hope that everyone

would join the volunteering work.It is not only good to our society,but also a

chance for us to grow and to learn.

In the modern time, the growth of technology is increasingly developed.

More and more people don’t use their brains when there is no need to use other

instruments. Too much people use technology so that people are lazier and less

healthy than before. They rely on technology too much.

Some believe that modern technology shorten the distance of human. For

instance, people all use cellphone to call friends or family, or computer to

search information, or use QQ, MSN, twitter, blog etc. These modern instruments

shorten the distance between human.

However, others think that it’s just the reverse. Technology makes people

use less face-to-face communication. The contact in real life is less and less.

People do less interaction to each other. In the long term, people will get

depressed without enough communication.

As far as I’m concerned, modern technology provides convenience to people.

It makes people easily to get information. Only could we use it correctly, it

does much contribution to us.
