“today”. Therefore, it is necessary and significant for us to manage our time

First, the most important thing is to know and understand how we have spent

and managed our time before. Only in this way can we know in which we have

wasted our time. We can do this by sorting out all things we do every day and

then select the necessary thing and the wasted time.

Second, after the first step, what we should do is choosing the correct

time. As the saying goes, “to choose time is to save time”. For one thing, we

i have a good friend. her name is emily. we are very friendly. yesterday was her thirteenth birthday. her friend and her parents held a party for her.

I had finished trainning in army for 8 days.Though this trainning I can learn a lot of things without schooling.I made many new good friends as well.

There are many traditional festivals in China, such as the childrens day, the national day, the Dragon Boat Festival and the Mid Autumn Festival, but my favorite and most expected is the Spring Festival.

Lets talk about the origin of the Spring Festival. Legend has a monster called "year", the head long antennae, fierce and abnormal. "Year" years of deep seabed, every new years Eve just climbed out, devouring livestock harm human life. Therefore, every new years Eve, people help the aged and the young stockaded village fled to the mountains, to avoid "year" damage. A new years Eve, peach blossom village people are to help the aged and the young to take refuge, an old man came to the village, at this time, everyone on the run, who do not care about the old man, only an old woman carrying food to persuade the elderly, said: "everyone in the refugee! You can run away with the food, too. " The old man said unhurried, "can I stay in your house for a while?" The old woman hurried to persuade the elderly, the old man just only smiled but did not reply the old woman had to promise the elderly. The old man hung a red lantern in front of the house, and there was a lot of red things in front of the door. The Spring Festival is coming, the street is very busy! Malone on the road, the flow of water. A row of shops at the entrance, some hanging on every kind of lanterns, some big red lanterns hang, some affixed with "longevity, happiness as immense as the Eastern Sea" auspicious antithetical couplet. The street shop owners are Strike while the iron is hot. peddled. The small shop selling special purchases for the Spring Festival display, the size of the red lanterns and printed with a picture of auspicious antithetical couplet, dizzying, customers coming in a steady stream of Shaoxing, the boss too busy to attend to all. The children are wearing new clothes brightly coloured shuttle in the high streets and back lanes, face hung sweet smile. The streets were full of people, adults and children. The sound of firecrackers, fireworks, cheers and laughter filled the whole town, everywhere permeated with a festive atmosphere.

Not only in the street, but also at home. At home, people eat reunion dinner with relatives coming back from far away, then watch the Spring Festival Gala together, chat together, and my family is no exception. That year, our family and some relatives around the table to eat hot pot, mom and dad ate while chatting. I just sat there quietly enjoying the delicious food. After dinner, we put the fireworks in the square, a branch of a dragon like fireworks into the sky, blooming in the bright moonlight beside. I also tried to put one, but since then I cant put the fireworks again. The Spring Festival is really a beautiful day.

As a small child, I always want to grow up soon, because when I grow up, I

can know what kind of job I should do. Sometimes I am so confused about my

future. If I dont study well, what will happen to my life. All of these

problems annoy me all the time. It seems that the only way to solve them is to

be independent. My parents tell me that they want me to be happy and enjoy every

stage of my life. They understand the things I worry about, because they have

the same problem when they are children. I will figure out what I want some day

in the process of growing up.

I am at present a student at Mary High School, Hong Kong, where I have been studying for the past five years. Music is part of our life, nearly everybody will listen to the music, no

matter what nation they are from. Music is divided into many types, such as the

blues, the country music, the rock and roll. Once blues belonged to the black

people, but as time went by, music is accepted by all classes. People always

share the hottest songs together, just like they can communicate. Once in the

foreign country, I had dinner in a restaurant, where there had the singers.

People enjoyed the music when they were eating. At this moment, it was music

Nowadays, peoples life has changed a lot with the development of modern technology and economy, which has put lots of negative effects on the environment.

Why this? Because, firstly, some factories are pouring wastes into rivers, lakes, seas and so forth; secondly, because of human activities, a great number of plants and animals are losing their lives; thirdly, using modern machines and chemicals is bad for the environment. Besides these, there are a lot of human activities which have done or are doing harm to our surroundings.

One of my classmates was knocked down by car last term. He was badly hurt. He had to stay in the hospital for several months. We were very sad.

One night, he felt very hungry. He wanted to buy some easy noodles to eat. He ran very fast. He didn’t stop when the traffic lights were red. He couldn’t escape. His legs were injured. He said that was a terrible(可怕的) memory. He said he would obey the traffic rules forever.

Almost everybody loves music, because music has its power. It can brings

joy to people when they feel upset. As for me, when I am not happy, I will turn

in the music world, I will forget the annoyance and become active again. Music
