My Views on Environmetal Protection

Nowadays, the world we live in is becoming more and more intolerable because of environmental destruction. Each day thousands of tons of gases come out of the exhausts of motor vehicles. Smoke from factories pollutes the air of industrialized areas and the surrounding areas of the countryside. Recently,haze weather has become a usual phenomenon here in large part of China. People are forced to wear the mask to avoid breathing poisonous air. Some people think it is impossible to solve the problem,however,from my opinion,if we find out the reason and take effective measures the environment can be better.

If we trace the cause for haze weather,the main points are as follows,first,our countrys air quality standards are rather lax and evaluation factors are limited,so you will see that current air appraisal system has defects. Second,some people just go for economic interests instead of turning out products according to relevant law and regulations. They tend to use obsolete equipment in which they are more likely to emit a great deal of wasted air. Third,across our society,the awareness of protecting the environment has not built up so that people havent formed a habit of using green product and saving energy as much as possible. If we dont take action to show respect to the environment, we will have to face an increasingly awful situation.

Therefore, effective measures should be taken and laws passed to conserve the environment. In my opinion, to protect the environment, the government must take even more concrete measures. First, people should be educated to recognize the importance of the problems, to use modern methods of birth control, to conserve our natural resources and recycle our products. Second, much more efforts should be made to put the policy of population into practice, because more people mean more pollution. Finally,laws concerning environmental protection should be put into effect and enforce strictly just as our government has been doing. To sum up,if we work together to take out such measures,our environment will get better and better and haze weather will vanish completely.

Thanks for your letter which finally caught up with me in London. I suppose youre keen to hear how the trip has been so far. So heres a short description of whats happened.

Well, you remember we left Sydney on Monday and arrived in London 24 hours later. After such a long and exhausting flight the first thing we did was to have a good, long sleep. And after that?a good meal to make up for all that horrible airline stuff!

The first real day of our holiday was spent just walking around London to get a feel of the place. After that, however, we were more particular and planned each day carefully.

First, we looked at all the historical sights, such as the Tower of London, the Houses of Parliament, the British Museum and the National Gallery. Then we visited some other famous places, such as Kew Gardens and Hampstead Heath. Finally, we took a one-day trip to Oxford, which is really the most marvelous town. You should make sure to go there when you visit England.

After we had seen a lot of London, we flew to Paris. A t first, we didnt like the place-I suppose because it was so different from London. Later, though, we began to really love it and started to appreciate its differentness.

The final stage of our trip is a visit to Rome, after which we will be staying in Singapore for two days before returning to Australia.

一个圆圆的头，三角形的嘴巴，小巧的翅膀，那就是我——啄木鸟。我是森林中的医生，我治好了许多大树的病，将树干里的虫子一都吃掉。大树们都非常感谢我的救命之恩，对我佩服极了。我为此自豪不已。这天，我像往常一样哼着小曲，拍动着小巧的翅膀，在森林中悠闲的飞来飞去。

突然，我听到了一阵阵“砰砰！砰砰！”的砍树声。猛然间，一棵大树被截成了两半，倒在了土地上，一棵，又是一棵……我惊讶极了，不敢相信自己的眼睛，悲伤极了。我飞过去一看，只见一个身强力壮，年轻气盛的小伙子，他嘴里叼着一根烟，烟味将我熏得头昏眼花。他手握一把锋利的铁斧头，眼里充满了阴险。我见了，一下子火冒三丈，气急败坏，飞到了他头上，他的头像一根粗木头，我用嘴啄了几下他的脑袋，说：“像他这种不爱护环境的人，脑袋里肯定有虫子！”他砍完了树，运走了一车木头。我叹息道：“人类啊！你们不要再破坏环境了！”“善待地球就是善待自己，拯救地球就是拯救未来。”是呀，地球是我们共同生存的家园，我们所需要的一切都是靠我们的地球所获得的。本来地球上的资源是无限的，但因为那些脑袋里有“贪婪虫”的人不保护环境，乱砍乱伐树木，为了造房子，做买卖，不顾一切地滥用资源，是无限的资源变成了有限的。地震、雪灾、干旱、沙尘暴等这些可怕的自然灾害，都是因为人类不加节制地开采资源，使灾难降临到了人类的身上。降临在大地上的事终究会降临到人类的身上。

我的家乡阳山山清水秀，是个旅游的好地方。美好的环境还需要人们的保护。

阳山有个漂亮的朝阳广场，特产水蜜桃是广场的标志。美丽的音乐喷泉在夜幕降临时翩翩起舞，为家乡的人们提供了一个休闲的好场所。广场的一侧有个美丽的湖泊――阳山湖。阳山湖像一块硕大的绿翡翠，绿得发亮。周围的花草树木使阳山湖更美了。难道它不美吗？

在广场的西面是座大阳山，绿树成荫，是人们晨练的好地方。这美的环境难道不需要人们保护吗？

需要。环境需要人们保护。在美的环境这儿扔一个方便袋，那儿吐一口痰，这儿扔一团纸，那儿扔一块果皮美的环境变成了垃圾场。

现在，工厂不断冒黑烟，广场卫生越来越坏，轻的则生些小病，重的则引起酸雨、飓风。

捡起一团纸，拾起一个果皮，扫扫地，擦擦椅子，为保护环境做点事。

另外，保护环境不是一个人的事。用过的旧电池应该扔入专门的电池回收站果皮纸屑扔进垃圾筒，不要乱扔，垃圾不能从楼上扔下，否则，容易砸到人，脏水会乱溅。不能乱摘花草树木保护环境不仅靠大家，还要靠个人的自觉。

地球养育了我们，我们应该怎样对待地球呢？我们应该争作环保小卫士，珍惜和保护地球资源，减少和避免环境污染。我们可以在学校及社区范围内开展环保知识讲座，加强人们的环保意识，并倡导环保活动的普及和实施，从每一个家庭，每一件事做起。而保护环境不是一时的事，需要我们每天坚持，并随时随地付出实际行动。只要我们每个人都行动起来，就一定能拯救我们生存的家园――地球。

衣服破了可以补桌子坏了可以修鞋子脏了可以洗。可是地球妈妈病了，就无药可救了。所以我们一定要像爱护生命一样，爱护我们的地球妈妈。

我们少年儿童是跨世界的公民，21世纪的主人。21世纪的地球属于我们，也属于我们的子孙。为了人类社会的可持续发展，让我们张开小手，共创绿色的环境，让蓝天更蓝，让清水更清，让地球妈妈更可爱、更生机勃勃吧！

地球是我们赖以生存的家园，作文保护环境，从我做起。天空是那么的湛蓝，空气是那么的清甜，花儿是那么的绚丽，小草是那么的苍翠欲滴，树木是那么的高大挺秀，到处郁郁葱葱，五彩缤纷，鸟语花香！我坐在绿茵茵的草地上，闻着沁人心脾的花香，享受着暖暖的阳光，这是多么美好的一幅景象啊！

地球妈妈那么辛苦地哺育我们，但是我们不但不回报她，反而去伤害她。我们在平地上建起了一座座工厂，工厂每天都排放出有害的烟雾，排放垃圾，污染水源。城市的路面上车水马龙，汽车排出有害的气体。地球妈妈给予我们森林，水源，但我们却毫不珍惜，树木被工人们一棵棵地砍倒，干净的水源被一次次地污染，空气也不清甜了，这都是我们滥用化学物品，砍伐森林，污染水源的结果，小学五年级作文《作文 保护环境，从我做起》。清澈的河水变得浑浊不清，清甜的空气变得非常呛人。

“勿以善小而不为，勿以恶小而为之。”环保，在21世纪是个很重要的问题，下面，就让我给大家介绍几种环保小窍门吧！购物时少用一次性塑料袋，在屋内多养花养草，用手帕代替餐巾纸，循环利用淘米水，把装修中剩余的木头、木屑送去造纸厂，减少砍伐树木的数量，尽量不用一次性碗筷，不要在河流、水库边洗涤衣物，不乱扔废弃物。

同学们，让我们行动起来，将环保的种子散播到世界的各个角落，让我们从小事做起，从身边的一点一滴做起，保护环境，人人有责！
