一、不要向河里倾倒、扔弃、堆放、储存、掩埋废弃物和其他污染物，这些物质一旦通过生态循环再回到人体，是致癌的重要因素。

二、不要向河道直接排放生活、生产污水。这些污水所含的毒素绝不会轻易随雨水流向下游，大多数会就地沉降吸收，因中毒而消亡的水中生物因食物链断裂也必然会引起更多生物的消亡，破坏生态平衡。

三、不要在河道附近进行爆破、采沙、取土等活动。采砂、取土等行为破坏河道与山体的动态平衡，导致水土流失加剧，造成干旱更旱，洪涝更涝。

四、不进行炸鱼、电鱼、毒鱼和围垦河道等活动。这种自私的行为害人害己，破坏河流正常的生态系统。

It was sunny and hot today. I got up early at half past six. I read English and then had breakfast. I helped my mother washed the dishes. Then I did my homework and cleaned my room. I went shopping with my mother in the afternoon. Then I played table tennis with my friends. In the evening I watched TV and read a book. I really had a busy and interesting day.

I had a long holiday for May Day 。I was very happy， because I could do anything I want。

During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. I wake up 11

Since I was very small, I was very shy in the public place, so I always

avoided giving performance in front of so many people. Though I tried hard to

get over it in school, I still felt uneasy in the public place. When I came to

the job market, I realized that I must get over my fear, or I would lose my
