The Lunar New Year

The Lunar New Year occasion to the Chinese people. It lasts about the first four days of the year, during which people do not work except for the workers on duty. Students do not go to school, and shops are closed.

The seventh day of the New Year is the day for farmers to display their produce. These farmers make a drink from seven types of vegetables to celebrate the occasion. The seventh day is also considered the birthday of human beings. Noodles are eaten to promote longevity and raw fish for success.

On the eighth day the Fujian people have another family reunion dinner, and at midnight they pray to Tian Gong, the God of Heaven.

The ninth day is to make offerings to the Jade Emperor.

The 10th through the 12th are days that friends and relatives should be invited for dinner. After so much rich food, on the 13th day you should have simple rice congee and mustard greens (choi sum) to cleanse the system.

The 14th day should be for preparations to celebrate the Lantern Festival which is to be held on the 15th night.

Generation gap refers to the misunderstanding between the old and young.

The term came into fashion after the 1980s. However, in recent years, the

phenomenon is getting more and more fierce.

How does generation gap come into being? The first reason is that the two

generations have grown up in different ages, thus they have different attitudes

importmant to him, he must finish his task on time , or he wouldnt live a

这是一个漆黑的世界，没有快乐，没有伙伴，没有阳光，有的只是眼前的漆黑，望不到头的漆黑，一个孩子在这个漆黑的世界里蹲着，身上绽放着微弱的白光，他的泪珠在这微弱的白光下闪烁着，他的脸上写满了孤独和恐惧。他的嘴在动着，好像是在哭喊，但是没有声音，无奈，他只好低下头，一个人让眼泪默默地流。着便是我之前的内心世界，那时，我一直将这个小孩囚禁在我那漆黑的世界。

那天，很冷，空气里飘着寒气，毛毛细雨在天空随寒风起舞，很美。我坐在窗前，欣赏着这我才适应的环境—细雨随风飘的世界。

我不知道有多久了，我只知道，时间过地很快，但窗前的细雨像是迷恋上了我一样，一直在窗前，不曾离去。日久生情，我似乎也迷恋上了窗前的细雨。

每天早上起来，我都要拉开窗帘，同窗前的细雨请早，它也很热情。不知不觉中我已经迷恋上了它。

一个月似乎已经过去了，我同着窗前的细雨已经相处了一个多月了吧。我望着它笑，以为它会一直陪着我，在这窗前……

那天，同样的早晨，细雨仍在窗前陪着我。时间过的真的好快，它趁我埋头看书时，悄悄地从我的书中溜走。我没曾想过，那天细雨会不辞而别。

那天，异样的中文，一束阳光透过窗户射进我的房间，接着，越来越多，我感到我的瞳孔在无节制地收缩，书被阳光照得反光，我望向窗外，细雨已经不见了踪影，只有被阳光装饰的世界。

房间里，被阳光照的暖洋洋的，还反着光。

如今，这是一个光亮的世界，没有寒冷，没有孤独，没有漆黑，有的只是眼前美丽的景色，充满欢乐，幸福的景色。之前被我囚禁在我内心漆黑世界的小孩在那一刻看到了阳光，听到了声音，在那一刻，他开始朝着阳光跑去，直到跑出我那漆黑的内心，从那一刻起，他告别了孤独，因为他有了伙伴；从那一刻起，他不再流泪，因为他找到了快乐；从那一刻起，我也解放了我自己。

内心的黑暗，一直存在，同样，内心的阳光也在照耀着，至于我们能否看到，只是我们内心的选择。告别漆黑的内心世界，步入阳光的圣堂，便可以笑对人生。

在生活中难免遇到这样那样的坎坷和挫折，有人怯懦地倒下了，永远起不来了；有人勇敢地站起来，成为强者，说实话，我也曾像前者一样，一碰到困难、失败就灰心、就退缩。

我曾在人生的路口徘徊，生活默默地只要默默地给我勇气，让我洞悉青春的花季。

风，唆使落叶漫天起舞，兜转于翩跹百叶之中的，是我。我的心就像遇见了冰冷的海水，一直深到心底。任何语言也代表不了我的感受，轻柔的吉他也传达不出我心中的忧伤。

此时，所有的困难都向我袭来：考试的失利，同学的冷眼，老师的责备……所有的痛苦不顾一切地向我袭来。心中的苦闷竟不知向谁诉说。这一次，我摔倒了，并且摔得特别重。甚至于我没有勇气再去面对，迷惘的我不知如何是好。

周末，我怏怏地回到家中，妈妈似乎猜透了我的心思。但她并没有埋怨我什么。

晚上睡觉前，我突然发现我的书桌上多了一张小纸条，纸条上有妈妈娟秀的字迹：“假如你选择了天空。就不要渴望风和日丽；假如你选择的大地，就不要渴望路平坦；假如你选择了海洋，就不要渴望一帆风顺……”刹那间，我的眼睛湿润了，所有的阴霾也随之消散了。这句话似乎给了我勇气，好像突然打开了我的心房。“对，我要勇敢的面对一切。‘风雨中，这点泪算甚么？擦干泪，不要问为甚么。’我不禁想起了那首我最喜欢的歌。经过雨季的洗礼，我破碎的梦一定会一点点拾起，我要将它放在心里，让它成为我心中一个美好的梦。

从此，我变了。不再多愁善感了，因为我有了勇气。

老师和同学们都惊讶于我的变化。我自己更是非常开心，像变了一个人一样。我相信：只要我努力学习，生活才能变的多彩。

很快，我的努力换来了成功。但我深知它的背后蕴含了多少辛勤的汗水啊。我不会忘记妈妈再一次送给我的那句话：成功是微不足道的点，即使获得了也不足为奇；奋斗的过程是耐人寻味的线，惟有体验才弥足珍贵。

我明白了这句话的含义，因为我有勇气去正确面对成功和失败。

生活给了我勇气，生活更需要勇气。对于我，尤其如此。
