最让我印象深刻的是一本名叫《礼物》的书。“人生最珍贵的礼物就是：把握此刻！”一个简短而又精美的开头使我更有兴趣地读了下去。这是一个追寻“礼物”的故事，也是一个年轻人的成长历程。从一位睿智的老人那里，年轻人听说了一份神秘的“礼物”，据说那是每个人能得到的最好的礼物——拥有它就会变得更快乐、更成功，但只能靠自己去找到它。年轻人用尽方法，四处探寻，但“礼物”始终没有出现。直到有一天，他突然领悟了“礼物”的寓意：使人生成功和快乐的礼物就是：如果你没有把握此刻，就无法看清正在发生的事情；如果你没有从过去的经历中学到东西，就无法计划将来；如果你对将来没有计划，你就会摇摆不定。当你得到这个礼物时，就等于得到了一把开启智慧大门的金钥匙。人应该怎样地活着才有意义呢？斯宾塞·约翰逊用行动回答了这一问题。他失业后，毫不灰心。他毅然拿起笔来，摸索着，坚持写作，每写一个字，他都需要付出极其艰苦的劳动。虽然历经艰辛，他还是顽强学习，努力工作，并且创造了许多脍炙人口的文学作品。
浩瀚书海任我尽情遨游，我来到了近代，在这里我见识到在中华民族一百多年的反抗斗争中，即使人民一次又一次的被蹂躏，仍会坚强的站起来。虎门销烟的林则徐，甲午中日战争英勇牺牲的邓世昌是当之无愧的民族英雄，他们的精神永远值得我们学习，他们是我们心中永远的榜样。
离开书的世界，回忆起书中的内容是多么的美妙，读书让我懂得了什么叫一腔热血洒疆场，什么叫把握此刻创造自己，什么叫百折不挠勇往直前……
读书的快乐从心中体会，读书是我一生的乐趣，与古代文明雅士共谈，体验雅士之情感，享受身临其境之感动。
灯光最终熄灭，读书的快乐却是永恒！
