为了帮助这些来自贫困山区的孩子实现梦想，近期中央电视台举办了大型音乐活动——梦想合唱团。团员不是特别的人，只是我们身边一些普通人。有卖红薯的大妈，有来自北京天使之家的天使妈妈，有学生，工人，军人，老师……他们虽然之前素不相识，但他们热爱音乐，执着的追求自己的音乐梦想。在这里，他们为了一个共同的理想，为了帮助山区孩子实现梦想，为了筹集资金他们坚守着执着，努力地奋斗。每支队伍的队长都是一颗明星，但他们的队员作为陪衬却同样耀眼。这或许是执着的特别之处，耀眼之处。

我是一个普通的中学生，家庭不算太富裕，但与来自山区的孩子们相比，我真是太幸福了。相比之下，真的很惭愧。这么优越的条件都不懂得珍惜，而他们在那么恶劣的环境下学习照样名列前茅。孟老先生说得好：“故天将降大任于是人也，必先苦其心志。”我想，人生的旅途不是一帆风顺的，时不时会有暴风雨袭来，这就要求我们在人生的漫漫长途中，坚守执着，劈荆斩棘，旭日东升终点一片光明。人生中最有意义的事情莫过于实现自己的梦想。我的梦想是做一名主持人。我时常会怀疑自己的能力，因而变得不是很自信。看了一期《梦想合唱团》之后，我明白了，因为有爱，所以执着。因为执着，所以会成功。

成功的秘诀其实很简单，那就是坚守执着。也许，执着后不一定会成功，但坚守信念，执着梦想本身就是一种成功，更有甚已超越了成功所具有的一切价值。

About ten years ago when I was an undergraduate in college， I was working as an intern at my Universitys Museum of Natural History. One day while working at the cash register in the gift shop， I saw an elderly couple come in with a little girl in a wheelchair.

As I looked closer at this girl， I saw that she was kind of perched on her chair. I then realized she had no arms or legs， just a head， neck and torso. She was wearing a little white dress with red polka dots.

As the couple wheeled her up to me I was looking down at the register. I turned my head toward the girl and gave her a wink. As I took the money from her grandparents， I looked back at the girl， who was giving me the cutest， largest smile I have ever seen.

All of a sudden her handicap was gone and all I saw was this beautiful girl， whose smile just melted me and almost instantly gave me a completely new sense of what life is all about. She took me from a poor， unhappy college student and brought me into her world; a world of smiles， love and warmth.

That was ten years ago. Im a successful business person now and whenever I get down and think about the troubles of the world， I think about that little girl and the remarkable lesson about life that she taught me.

韩信的“胯下之辱”大家皆知，韩信面对那些无耻之人，自知力不如对方，选择低头，从胯下穿过。那低头的勇气非一般人所能及，那勇气助长了他抬头的勇气。后来韩信专心读书，正直自身，终成为一代名将。可见低头不是认输，低头的勇气。令人惊叹。如果韩信没有足够的勇气低头，他不会有后来如此高的成就，也许，会被那些无耻的人儿打死。但低头不是永远的低头，他经过努力，抬起头来，从低头到抬头就是胜利。

勾践，越国史上杰出的君王，人们只惊叹其“卧薪尝胆”之伟大，忽略了他低头时惊人的勇气。在吴王强大的势力下，他低头了。在国人面前低头，既要多大的勇气，可勾践做到了。后来，他低头做吴王的士卒，吃尽了多少苦。但他的低头是有价值的，他的低头，换来了越国的壮大。最后，越国终于灭了吴国，成为那段时期的强国之一。如果勾践当时没有足够的勇气低头，那么越国也许早已被吴国灭亡，怎会会有后来如此安居乐业的盛状？所以，有时侯，低头是必要的，低头需要勇气，那勇气的力量如此之大，日月为之惊叹。低头有时是很重要，因为那时我们无能力对付敌人，低头可以暂时保全自己安全。低头后，我们需要认真分析，为抬头创造动力。

每每翻开《史记》，都为项羽感到哀伤，他在走投无路，四面楚歌，那一刻为什么不低头呢？是没有足够的勇气吗？怕无颜面对江东父老？一切都不是这样，因为他没有勇气低头。如果，他当时选择低头，过江东，在江东苦练，分析失败的原因，凭他雄健的体魄、高超的武艺，东山再起，岂是难事？可他就是没有低头的勇气。

现实生活中，很多人低头了。可他们却始终不能抬起头，那低头显得微不足道，谈何勇气？那只是承认失败，不再抬头。

吃得苦中苦，方为人上人

当你看到天空的霸主雄鹰在天空翱翔时，你可曾想过他们的艰难困苦。鹰的翅膀很容易老化，在老化之后他们的身体便会变得笨重不再擅长飞行，如若不及时处理的话他们便会死亡。可他们不愿沉沦，他们用自己的喙把老化的羽毛一根根的拔下，那种撕心裂肺的疼痛对于我们人来说也是很难忍受的，可是他们为了生存与繁衍，默默地忍受着。正如“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来。”所说的那样。只有勇于吃苦吃得下苦才能做出一番事业取得成功。丛林万物，适者生存，没有智慧的便会消亡。就像做加减法那样，敢于吃苦的便做的是加法，不敢吃苦的边做的是减法，无论是人还是动物，选择的方式不同结果也不同。为什么两者间会产生天壤之别呢？鹰生存在悬崖峭壁之上，身体弱小但他选择了加法，他获得了轻盈的尾羽和翅膀，坚硬的喙与爪，凛然于天地间十分威武；而住在隧洞里的鲶鱼，终年不见天日，索性失去了一双明眼，失去了游回大海的可能……

同学们你们是想凛然于天地还是想蝇营狗苟的生活？我定然会选择前者，让我们坦然的面对挫折，敢于吃苦，吃尽了苦中苦，才能成为人上人，我相信终有一天我们会苦尽甘来……
