People show their sincere gratitude towards the God, the nature, the earth, the river, the Indians and themselves. Moreover the 1621 feast has become a model for the Thanksgiving celebration in the United States. So we can see gratitude is an action to take.

How can we express our gratitude? It’s never a simple question to answer. Gratitude is a rare jewel, not a piece of cake, I know. But how can we expect such big events happening now and then? How can we be ready to say thank you ahead of time? How can we always hope to be grateful to everything and everyone for their dignity and generosity? Sometimes I may ask to myself. Is it moral? When I was in the United States of America,I had attended a private thanksgiving party at friend‘s home.

There were all Americans besides me,one pastor who was 72 years old,he was a very nice and kind man.There was one thing and some words that I would never forgot it,the words was that "dont forget people who had helped you." The one thing was that "you have to help people who really needs help.Dont be a selfish person." At the Thanksgiving festival party,I was not only enjoyed the American foods and met lots of friends,but also learned the true in life.Therefore,I keep the words and one thing in my mind :Dont be a selfish person,I try to help people who really need help.

每当我要考试时，妈妈为了帮我考到好成绩，就连夜合成了一张综合的测试卷。

考试时，我发现了这些题目大部分都是写过的，我这才知道妈妈的辛劳和汗水。

考试卷发下来了，我考了98分，我不敢相信，我原来一般只考87分左右，居然一下子提升了这么多!

我想：这张卷子，就到感恩节时送给妈妈做礼物吧!

老师是我最需要感谢的人了，因为他们教给了我做人的道理，和各种知识，我要在老师的教导下，认认真真地学习，长大了要做像老师一样的人。
