It is undeniable that the worsening environment has become the biggest concern of the present-day world. Land resources are dwindling because of water loss and soil erosion. Many large cities are anything but pollution-free. Our cities have many factories, which we need to make food, clothing and other things.

Power plants and houses that burn coal add greatly to air pollution. Besides, there are more cars in cities now.

Today, Chinas economy has made the great achievement. More and more

foreign people come to China to seek for cooperation. It is true that peoples

life standard has been improved a lot during the last decades, but the

environment has been polluted badly. When I was very small, I could see the

green trees and clean water around my hometown, but now, the river becomes

smaller and the rubbish can be seen everywhere. I feel so sad about it. We have

sacrificed so much to chase the profit. If we cant save the environment, we

wont live the comfortable life. For us, we should not throw away the rubbish

and plant more trees. The little things we do will make a great difference.

Today the quality of our natural environment has become an

important issue. The world population is rising so quickly that the world has become too crowded. We are using up our natural resources and at the same time polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals. If we continue to do this, life on earth cannot survive.

Concerned people have made some progress in environmental protection. Governments of many countries have established laws to protect the air, forests and sea resources and to stop environmental pollution.

“啪！”会场突然安静了下来，原来是青蛙会长扔了一张大口罩在野猪的大嘴上，那是一张神奇的口罩，只要一捂到嘴上，就要过两个小时后才会自动脱落。

野猪涨红了脸，拼命地撕扯口罩，却怎么也扯不下来，只能气呼呼地坐着一言不发。

会议进行了很久，动物们总是相互指责，青蛙会长的神奇口罩飞了一张又一张，最后所有动物的嘴都被牢牢地捂了起来。会场再也没有吵闹声了。青蛙会长也累了，躺在椅子上睡着了。

With the quickly development in the economic field in nowadays,the resources on the earth get fewer and fewer. As we all know, the earth is the only home to everybody.
