(一)活动地点的选择 程海不仅水产丰富奇特，风光也很优美。古人曾有诗云：“银海含山色，渔舟傍石峨;晚来最高处，相对发狂歌。”登舟畅游，但见水光潋滟，烟波浩渺;沿岸梯田青青，村舍柳暗花明，仿佛进入如诗如画之境。这里四季无霜，湖面水温17.6℃～27.5℃，北部海湾沙滩细软洁净，长达数里，可以戏水游泳，卧波纳闵，成为天然的冬泳和娱乐之地。程海西岸现有公路贯通南北，湖内可通航，车舟并行，交通十分方便。这个美丽富饶的聚宝盆，有待开发为重要的旅游度假胜地。

但是，程海水质东部污染较大，因有螺旋藻厂，程海周围主要种植水稻，甘蔗还有桂圆。鱼虾今年有减产，程海的治理破在眉睫。

(二)活动的具体内容

1、开展环保宣传以及生活医疗卫生宣传;

2、科学知识的宣传，举行有趣味的小活动;

3、适当地帮助当地百姓做力所能及的劳动与当地群众共同学习、共同交流;

6) 服务队旗帜、横幅、衣服、帽子;照相机、数码摄像机;医药物质; 19日：早上八点由*云南财大出发,大概中午到达程海镇,安排住宿,在当地政府的安排下，熟悉环境，并组织一个见面交流会，听取当地政府部门的介绍。

20日: 在设兴仁村开展环保宣传以及生活医疗卫生宣传，科学知识的宣传并举行有趣味的小活动，成立环保志愿服务队，通过发传单形式对当地居民宣讲环保知识，增强其环保意识，

21日 ：进入星湖小学，进入课堂与同学交流互动，并进行问卷调查，发放学习用品，与孩子们交谈，传授外面的知识。

22日：上午于海腰随机访问当地居民，了解他们对环保的意识;下午与当地政府联系,了解政府对环保和扶贫的有关政策，了解当地的生态农村*的建设情况，以及当地基础经济设施的发展情况;。

23日：于程海镇开展对经济发展和社会发展的问卷调查并对当地环境情况进行实地参观考察，进行总结分析。

This time, I got on the car and looked at grandma at a distance. Grandma smiled at me and I went away.

I often go to see my grandma grandpa during my summer vacation.They are both seventy years old live in the country happily. Summer view of the countryside is very beautiful. I can do many interesting things there. I am used to getting up early in the morning, breathing the fresh air,listening to the birds singing, enjoying the green trees, red flowers the river. I like fishing with my friends. When night comes, I sit under the tree with my grandma, listening to her telling me many funny stories. And I tell her some new things happening in the city. When I have to go back,I am always reluctant to go. I really feel happy living in the country.

我经常去看望我的爷爷奶奶在我的暑假。他们都是七十岁住在乡下。夏天的乡下非常漂亮。我可以在那里做很多有趣的事情。我习惯早上早起,呼吸新鲜空气,聆听鸟儿歌唱,享受绿色的树,红色的花。我和我的朋友喜欢钓鱼。夜幕降临时,我和我奶奶坐在树下,听她讲动听的故事。我告诉她一些新的事情发生。当我不得不回去时,我总是不愿意去。我真的感到快乐生活在这个国家。

转瞬光阴，似水流年，四年的大学校园生活匆匆而过，作为一名毕业生，在踏上新的征程之际，总会回头看看曾经走过的一段路。

四年的大学校园生活，酸、甜、苦、辣，尽在其中，但我仍然称其为“幸福时光”。因为她记录了我成长的点点滴滴，更多的是给予了我收获的喜悦。大学校园生活是一个自我磨练的过程。

在大学时光中，若没有经过艰苦的奋斗，没有经过辛勤的付出，我们的人生将毫无意义，就如同茧没有经过痛苦的挣扎而永远不会变成美丽的蝴蝶，河蚌没有经过砾沙的一次次磨练而永远不会孕育成晶莹高贵的珍珠一样。大学是一片给予我们最多人生思考、最多汗水和最多欢乐的地方;大学是一生中储备知识、性格成熟的最为宝贵的时期。大学校园生活美好却显短暂，回首四年阳光灿烂的日子，我思绪万千，有遗憾，但更多的是欣慰。

作为一名大学生，我一直把学习摆在第一位。我们什么时候都不能忘记自己的学生身份，不能荒废学业。我想大学的学习和高中的学习最大的区别就是它不仅仅是学习课本知识，盲目过分的追求考试高分，更重要的是对知识的真正理解和积累，如涉猎有关专业书籍、报纸、杂志等等。大学中的学习是广义上的学习，是围绕如何提高自己的综合能力而进行的学习，你可以根据个人兴趣学习各种知识，丰富自己。大学的学习是广泛而自由的，它靠的是自觉。四年来，我牢固地掌握了所学专业课的知识，建立了比较完善的专业知识结构体系，连续三学年被评为校级“三好学生”，获得一次“一等专业奖学金”，两次“三等专业奖学金”，学习成绩名列专业前茅。在学好专业课的同时，我还经常阅读一些书籍，多涉猎一些各方面的知识，以社会对人才的需求为向导，努力使自己向复合型人才方向发展，在课余时间，我还比较注重计算机和英语能力的培养，对计算机操作比较熟练，有一定的文字处理和档案管理能力，顺利通过了国家计算机二级考试;能用英语进行日常沟通，并通过了大学英语六级考试。我心中最大的遗憾就是在学业上没有能够得到继续深造的机会，我也深知这个机遇是通过自己努力才能获取的。但我相信自己：失败只是暂时的，尽管失败确实是令自己非常痛心的。虽然没有能够考取研究生，但是我曾奋斗过，我的付出也得到了回报，在丰富的大学校园生活中我已经成功地展示了自己，向周围的人证明自己的存在，也证明了我是一个勤奋、勇于进取的人。

现在对于我来说最重要的是要把握好今天，展望未来，努力创造自己的人生。在脱离了父母的四年大学校园生活中，我学会了独立、学会了承担责任、学会了如何与他人融洽相处。来到大学，我才真正体会到生活的真正含义。天南地北的八个陌生人，因为“大学”两个字走到了一起，形成了我的一个新家。大家同吃、同住、共同学习、共同娱乐。我们从陌生人变成朋友，变成亲人。我们彼此给予帮助、建议、鼓励和支持，共同生活、共同成长。

四年来，我们建立了深厚的友谊，我从她们身上学到了很多优秀的东西，使自己成长和成熟了很多，改掉了独生子女的自私、以自我为中心，学会了关心集体、关心他人、主动帮助生活上有困难的同学，承担必要的社会责任;也懂得了人与人相处在于真诚，要坦诚相待、真心付出。

这四年通过不懈的努力，我还从一名共青团员逐渐成长为一名中国共产党员，通过与其他学生党员的交流与学习，我也迅速地成熟起来，融入到党组织这个集体中。大学四年的生活马上就要画上句号了，回首四年的大学校园生活，有太多的留恋，但路走到今天，还只能算是短暂的一程，前面的路还很漫长。

环顾四周，茫茫大海，我乃沧海之一粟，我很清楚，在这快节奏、高效率的社会，唯有奋进，才能闯出一条实现我人生理想的奋斗之路。

Being positive

积极向上

Whatever we have undergone in our life, we shouldnt complain about it. We may get a lot or lose so much in our life journey, but keeping a positive attitude should always be together with us. Nothing can defeat us if we are confident and diligent. Just as saying goes, God is equal to everyone. As he closes the door, he will also open a window for us.

无论我们在生活中经历过什么，我们都不应该抱怨。在人生旅途中我们可以得到很多也可以失去很多，但我们应该永远保持积极的态度。如果我们有信心和勤奋，没什么能打败我们。正如俗话所说的，上帝对每个人都是平等的。他关上一道门，就会为我们开启另一扇窗。

Even though were poor in knowledge, our thinking is infinite. Maybe we will make some great achievements because of our enthusiasm. Whether were experienced or not, it doesnt matter. Enthusiasm will take us further and deeper.

尽管我们知识匮乏，但我们的思维是无限的。因为我们的热忱也许我们会有很好的成就。不管我们是否经历过，都没有关系。热情会带我们走得更远更深入。

Please remember, everyone is so talented, and no one is born stupid. Since theres an old saying, “Through a sand, we can see a world. In a flower, we can find a heaven."

请记住，每个人都是很有才华的，没有人是天生愚蠢的。因为有句老话，“通过一粒砂，我们可以看到一个世界。通过一朵花，我们可以找到一个天堂。”
