As the Christmas Day is coming, our class decided to send some gifts to our

teachers, because we wanted to show our gratitude to them. At first, we had no

idea what to buy, because we wanted to do something special. So at last an idea

came to my mind. I advised to write a card, pasting some pictures of classmates

on it. Everybody agreed with me, so we spent a day to take some funny pictures,

and everybody wrote down their names on the card. When we sent this gift to the

teachers, they loved it so much. They were so impressed by this precious

surprise and would keep it forever.

在我们家，三代同堂。从小到大，大人之间似乎从未有过什么激烈的争执，更没有因为一点矛盾而翻脸唾弃的行径。一家人和和睦睦，其乐融融。爷爷作为家里的主心骨，经常在吃饭时对着我们一家老小说：“要时时把孝字写在心里，这样，人才会活得快活!”

邻居阿公无儿无女，早年就死了老伴。那段时间，阿公生了场大病。作为老邻居，爷爷自然放心不下。刚开始，他每天必定抽出空来去看他一下，给他晒晒被或是帮他烧顿饭。可后来，阿公的身体一日不如一日，说话含糊，自己都不能吃饭了。爷爷回来和奶奶一商量，硬是把把阿公接到了我们家。

说真的，刚开始，我们几个真的有点接受不了。家里愣生生多出个老人来，你说怪不怪?不过，爷爷的日子倒是更忙碌了。既要操心自家的田地，又得和奶奶照顾阿公。那天，爷爷想扶阿公到外面晒太阳，顺便叫我帮着扶一把。阿公看着我，一个劲地点头说：“这孩子真孝顺啊!”说也奇怪，我的脸上虽然火辣辣的，但心里边却是暖烘烘的。我似乎一下子读懂了爷爷那颗慈爱的心。

后来，我跟随着父母离开了老家，却再也没能见到爷爷。等到要回去的时候，才知道爷爷已病重多日了。

那天，来到爷爷住的小木屋前，我不禁惊呆了：破旧的房门，漆黑的屋子，破烂不堪的灶台。这就是爷爷所住的地方吗?正当我惊讶万分时，眼睛又被另一处地方所吸引了：在木屋的院子正中央，摆放着几株绿色植物，这与破旧的房屋形成了鲜明的对比。植物绿叶繁茂，绿叶中还开着几朵美丽的小花。每一株都是如此，看起来生机勃勃。而我的爷爷呢?我不敢往下想。

听保姆说，爷爷很喜欢这几株植物，不管自己病得多重，每天都要亲自为它们浇水。正当我走神之际，爷爷用含糊不清的口音唤我的名字，并叫我过去。

我走到爷爷跟前，爷爷用抖个不停的手递给我一颗奶糖。他似乎都没力气跟我说话了，只是勉强堆出了一个笑容，并顺手摸了摸我的小手。看着这一切，我甚是心疼。一向坚强的我，偷偷转过头去，因为我不想让爷爷看到我眼睛里的泪水。第二天，因为父亲工作的原因，我们就匆匆赶回去了。

一个月后，老家传来爷爷病死的噩耗，让我们赶紧回去参加葬礼。那一刻，我整个人都都觉得空虚了。父母担心我影响学习，就没让找去。

现在细细回想起来，爷爷生前对我疼爱有加。有什么好吃的，总给我留着;哥哥欺负我了，也总会护着我……可我，却连爷爷的葬礼也没去参加。

我真是个不孝的子孙，这个遗憾终将伴随我一生。

There are many festivals in a year, I love Children’s day, because on that

day, I can have many candies from school. In the school, i will play many games,

there will be no class on Children’s day, everybody will have fun. Children’s

day is my favorite day, the day belongs to me. I enjoy that day so much. My

Since I was very small, my parents sent me to learn painting. They thought

I could understand art and mastered one skill. This experience brings me the

sense of art. I have my own understanding of it.

On the one hand, art is an important way to express peoples opinion. When

we see the pictures, the difference between classical and ordinary paintings

lies in the thoughts. The famous artists implant their ideas in the pictures,

The Mid-Autumn Festival

The Mid-Autumn Festival is a very important Chinese festival. It falls on

the 15th day of August. A few days before the festival， everyone in the family

On the evening there will be a big family dinner. People who work far away

from their homes will try to come back for the union. After dinner， people will

light the lanterns which are usually red and round. Children will play with

their own toy lanterns happily.

At night the moon is usually round and bright. People can enjoy the moon

while eating moon-cakes which are the special food for this festival. They can

How should parents help children to be independent ?

Nowadays, the number of single-child family is increasingly growing under the Family Policy. It’s not surpring that the child, viewed as the apple of the parents’ eye, get so much attention that there is a lack of independence in the life. While the parents are eager to make a fuss over their child, they must be aware that it is their too much love that make the children’s inability to comfront the difficulties from the life.

Olympic Games hold every four years and I like to watch the matches so

much. People always pay much attention to the champions, while for me, the

inspiring players are easier to catch my attention. Though some players do not

get the prize, they deserve applause as the champions have. I remembered that in

the Beijing Olympics, in women’s 100-meter-race, a girl looked different from

other athletes, because she worn scarf and was from Afghanistan. She lagged much

behind other athletes, but she still got the intense applause. She showed to the

When the festival comes, I will be very excited, because it is a good time
