寒假过去了，新的学期又来了，为了让我下一个学期有一个好的目标并向目标努力，下学期的生活更加充实，我决定制作一个新学期打算。

我的学习能力非常好，但是有两块小石头一直阻挡着我的去路。第一块小石头叫马虎石。它经常出现在数学上，有时候看错数，有时候把关键字看错，又有时干脆直接把算式抄错。语文上的它也很猖狂经常让我在写错字绊倒。第二块石头叫作文愁，因为我写作文比较慢的缘故，所以写作文就成了我练熬夜的秘籍，我经常被他熬得困得很第二天起不来。我为了不让这两块石头再成为我的绊脚石，所以我决定下学期改正这两个坏习惯。让他们不再猖狂。

下学期我一定要改正这个坏的态度，养成好的习惯，制服这两块绊脚石。请大家为我加油吧！

My House Dog

I’m a dog lover, because dogs are tame, friendly and easy to communicate with. I have kept one in my house, whose name is Chocolate. She is covered with brown curly hair and looks like a Teddy Bear. 二、基本情况

13-2班是护理班，共有学生49人。新的学期开始，大部分学生似乎还沉浸在暑假里，思想上还不愿意回归学习，这一点是不好的，在几天之内通过管理，首先让学生的思想认识学习的重要性，回归学习。班内因为全是女生，在学校组织的军训过程中相对占劣势，所以会要求学生平时劳动习惯的养成负责，通过锻炼，培养她们主动的意识，我想，这样会解决这个问题。现在班级中有着一个班干部队伍，在日常的卫生、班团会等工作中有积极的带头作用，使班级的工作有条不紊的运转。另外还有一小部分学生不稳定，也存在着一些问题，比如：玩手机，对这类的学生要进行心理教育，让其认识到错误，做到逐渐的改正。

三、存在的问题

1.成绩好的学生的基础相对较好，成绩差的学生基础实在太差。在上一学年中的期中考和期末考中显得吃力，难以带动成绩差的学生提升起来，希望在新的一学期中能找到更好的方法，扎实自己的基础。

2.我班大部分同学存在偏科的现象，对英语这门学科敬而远之，由此产生厌学英语，对明年的选拔考可能受到一定的影响。针对这一影响，我班会采取换一部分同学的位置以作调整。

四、班级管理措施

新学期开始，必须对班级管理严格，才能保证以后的日常学习，对调皮捣蛋的学生绝不姑息，对学生的手机使用现象严格管理，签定家长协议，对违反协议的学生绝不手软。在卫生方面，坚持一日两扫三检查活动，每月进行一次大扫除，维护好学校的卫生。每周都要开展班团活动，对本周的工作做好总结，同时安排好下周的工作。利用班务时间给学生鼓劲，同时找单个学生谈心、聊天等活动，使学生的思想道德、学习目的有所提高。

In the afternoon， I am going to do housework with my mother. Because I am a

good girl， I am helpful at home. On Sunday morning， I am going to visit my

grandparents with my parents. In the afternoon， we are going to the park
