我在生活中遇到了一个巨大的困难，这个困难还影响到了学习，这个困难就是——“电脑恋”。

“你看看你自己期中考的成绩那么差，都是因为你不认真学习，整天对着电脑看啊看，不怕近视吗?现在倒好学习成绩都下降了，看你以后怎么办?”爸爸厉声喝道。更别说了，站在一旁的妈妈更是火上浇油!她把我平时犯的错和做得不好的事都“搬”出来说。我心想：怎么办?考得那么差，还是把“电脑恋”“戒”掉吧。“你自己看着办吧，如果下次考试再考不好，你就别上学了!”

于是我“戒”“电脑恋”的计划开始实行了。“叮铃铃——叮铃铃——”放学了，我背着书包回家了。

一到家我就把书包放下开始写作业，可是我的脑子里还是一如既往的想着：快点做完快点做完，我只要做完了就可以去玩电脑了。“啪啪”两声清晰的声音响起。不行，我的认认真真的把作业写完，写完还要复习。

时间一分一秒的过去了，我的作业写完了，但我的心还是在电脑那边。于是我努力的把这股瘾忍下去，我拿起书“认真”地看，不一会就看完了，但是要让我说一说我看了什么，那是不可能的事，因为在我脑袋里只有关于电脑的事。我为了“戒”掉它拿起书看了一遍又一遍，直到把我看的东西都记在脑袋里。

我就这样一天一天的过下去，控制自己少碰电脑，一直到我不再时时刻刻念着电脑。

到现在我还记得这件事，我真的为自己感到欣慰，因为自己战胜了困难!

I always hear about my friends’ complaining, they say their income is such low that they can’t not make ends meet.

终于来到了这天，妈妈领着我来到了一个地方。只见这里到处都是攀岩用具，首先映入眼帘的是一个密密麻麻的铁网，妈妈对我说：“这是攀岩运动，最简单的一关，主要就是靠你的臂力和勇气，我来告诉你技巧。在攀岩的时候，伸手抓住这个贴网的任何几个孔，然后眼睛就向上看，什么也不要想。”我戴上防护用具，点了点头，就迫不及待的来到了它的旁边。

面对这么高的铁网，我还真有点害怕。心想：“我能不能爬上去呢?这么高，真是令我毛骨悚然啊!”这时，一位身穿黄褐色制服的工作人员走了过来，他和蔼的对我说：“俗话说的好，打仗的时候就要看第一仗，第一仗胜利仗仗就胜利，这是你要闯关的第一关，你一定要克服胆怯，才能获得胜利呀!”说着，他为我系上了安全带。

带上安全带以后，我感觉到踏实多了。我鼓了鼓勇气，就像上努力爬去。刚开始还好，当我爬到快一半的时候，就渐渐的体力不支了，汗水浸透了我的衣服。我的心里有点打退堂鼓了，心想：“这可怎么办啊?如果我爬不上去的话，不是要丢脸吗?”我扭过头向四周看看，只见有的小孩才四五岁，就能爬上几米高的铁塔。我顿时心中燃起一丝激情，是啊!当年的海伦凯勒，他是遭受了多么大的困难和挫折，才成就了他这么一位坚强的女作家。我又何尝不能呢?眼前这点小小的困难，怎么能把我难倒!

想着，我是尽了全身的力气，想着上面奋力的爬去。我的手由于一不小心，被铁网割破了一个小伤口，鲜血顺着我的指缝间流了出来。我却毫不在乎，耳边只听到妈妈对我说：“加油!加油!你一定能爬上去，你是最棒的!”我使劲了浑身最后一丝力气，使出了我的最后一击，终于，在我的不懈努力下成功了，我站在高高的铁网上，还是有一些的害怕：底下的人群像蚂蚁般的大小，在上面我不寒而栗。这时，妈妈又在底下大喊：“你跳下来吧!不要害怕，下面有蹦床。”

此时，我已经毫无顾忌了，闭着眼睛，勇敢的向下面一跳，只觉得耳边风呼呼的响，像是为我加油助威!猛的一下，我的身体被弹出了好高，妈妈扶着我从蹦床上下来，拍拍我的肩头说：“你真棒!克服了自身的胆怯，成功了。”

但我还是意犹未尽的说：“妈妈，我还要挑战下一关。”这是教练也走了过来，他对我的表现也非常满意。我和教练来到了第二关。只见这一关，与上一关不同的是，这不是铁网，而是一根细细的杆子。这一根铁做的杆子，足足有三四米长!上边隔着几厘米就有一个脚蹬，教练告诉我：“你只要顺着这些脚蹬爬上去，第二关你就挑战成功了。”我跃跃欲试，一切就绪后，我想：“这项活动不仅靠的是勇气，也靠果断。我飞快的爬上去，减少竹竿的抖动。”想着，我鼓起勇气，如同一只灵活的小猴子，三下五除二就爬到了顶端，妈妈不禁对我刮目相看。

这项活动，锻炼了我的胆量，锻炼了我的勇气，同时也告诉我：努力向上，才会成功!

生活中难免都会遇到困难，我也不例外，但是，让我遇到困难印象最深还是那一次。

记得一个星期日的上午，我把作业做完了。妈妈说：“今天天气这么好，不如我们到体育场去锻炼身体吧!”我和弟弟高兴地跳起来，异口同声地说：“好!”于是我们搭着的士车来到了体育场。一下的士车，我和弟弟就看到了体育场新开的 “体能乐园”。

开始我觉得很新奇，就想进去看看、玩玩。于是我拉着妈妈和弟弟进去了。里面都是锻炼身体的器材，有 “山高路险”、“勇攀高峰”，我把许多的器材都克服了。我正准备挑战“勇攀高峰”时，我突然有一种不知说不出的感觉从心头涌出。当我爬到一半往下面看的时候，才发现已经有几十米那么高了。我生怕自己会掉下去。

于是，我又准备下来，我马上就要下来了时，我的手突然一松，让我掉落了下来。让我对“勇攀高峰”又增加了恐惧感。妈妈似乎看穿了我的心思说：“怎么了?害怕了吗?”我支支吾吾地说：“是。”妈妈把我带到了“勇攀高峰”那里，说：“再去尝试一下。”我又爬了一次，还是半途而废。

这时，妈妈给我指了指有个地方，我发现一个两三岁的孩子正在爬“勇攀高峰”：他一步一步地往上爬，不退缩，不放弃，最终到达了最高处。妈妈说：“两三岁的小孩子都能做到，你怎么可能做不到呢?”我心想：“是呀，别人能做到，我也能做到!”于是我又再次开始往上爬，爬到一半时恐惧感又来了。

不过这次我没有放弃，因为我心里一直有一个念头：我一定能做到，我一定能做到!最后，我终于到达了最高处。站在最高处，我开心地笑了，妈妈的脸上也露出了欣慰的笑容。

The Dragon Boat Festival, also called Double Fifth Festival, is celebrated on the fifth day of the fifth moon of the lunar calendar. It is one of the most important Chinese festivals, the other two being the Autumn Moon Festival and Chinese New Year。

Because of their admiration for Chu Yuan, the local people living adjacent to the Mi Lo River rushed into their boats to search for him while throwing rice into the waters to appease the river dragons。

Although they were unable to find Chu Yuan, their efforts are still commemorated today during the Dragon Boat Festival。

Each Chinese pay much attention on it. Every year about 15 days before spring

festival， the migrate works and white-collars are beginning crowded

home-returning.

But， in recent years， with the development of the world， many different

The old are still pay more attention to the spring festival， but the young

When I am a childhood， I celebrated the spring festival with my family

I earnestly hope to lead a healthy and prosperous life in the future. Judging from my aptitude inclination and personality streaks, my ideal life will be that of a scientist, researching, lecturing, and writing books.
