一、指导思想

你近来好吗？

自从你我进入高中以来，由于不在同一所学校，我们之间的联系变得越来越少，可是昔日我们的美好回忆却不只一次在我的脑海中重放。每当想到这些，我的心里只有对你的感谢，因为是你在我最脆弱无助的时候，在我最孤独寂寞的时候给了我极大的信心和勇气，使我不断地战胜挫折，战胜自我。

依稀记得那是初三体育考试的前期，有一次体育老师说要给我们测一下成绩，首先测的就是跑步。一开始我的心里还有几分信心与些许期待，可是在测的过程中我才发现，这与我想象中的相差太远了。我才刚刚跑了一圈就受不了了，而且呼吸也变得急促，当我看到同学们一个个地从我身边跑过时，我的心里急得就像是热锅上的蚂蚁一般，可现实往往就是残酷的，当大家已到达终点时，我离终点的距离还有一大截。这时我忽然感到那终点就是像是天边的星星一样可望而不可及，虽然我拼了命的想往前跑，可是我的双脚和体力根本就不听使唤。所以，我决定放弃了，可是就当这个想法在我脑海中出现时，我忽然听到身后有个声音一直不停地在鼓励我，我回头一看，是你站在跑道边不顾众人异样的眼光，大声地为我加油打气，一瞬间我的身体里似乎注入了一股新的源泉。为了不让你失望，我拼了命地向前冲，终于我到达了终点，而你也会心地笑了。之后，同学们都投入了紧张的训练当中，只有我一个人垂头丧气地坐在一边，而你似乎看出了我的心事，临下课时莫名其妙地丢了一句话给我：“放学后，先别急着走，在操场等我。”

虽然我不太明白你说的话，但放学后我还是如约来到操场，没想到我去时，你已经开始在那跑步了，见我来了你马上过来拉着我一起跑，这时我才恍然大悟。在跑步的过程中你还对我说了一番语重心长的话，或许你早已忘却，可我却清楚地记得当时你说：“挫折是平庸者无法拥有的财产，当这些财产越来越多的时候，你就越接近顶峰，终有一天，遇到的挫折会成为挂在你身上的勋章。如果我们连跑步这点小小的挫折都克服不了的话，又何谈以后的人生道路，所以现在我们每晚放学后都来这儿训练，我相信我们一定会成功的。”看着你那坚定而又充满自信的眼神，我激动的泪水直在眼眶里打转，于是我坚定地点了点头。

此后，每天放学，都会有两个女生在操场的跑道上并肩齐跑。工夫不负有心人，由于我们的共同努力，在优育考试的赛场上我们都取得了不错的成绩，而这一切的功劳都是因为有你的鼓励与陪伴，所以你就像我生命中的恩人，我将永远将你记在心头。
