由于导讲评’课堂教学模式的推进，小组合作学习的教学模式被广泛运用。这种教学模式给英语教学注入了新的活力，广大师生从中受益匪浅，并积累了不少成功的经验。但这种教学模式在实施的过程中又出现了许多新的问题。由于主体意识和客观条件的不同，在对合作学习的认识和实施的策略以及效果上还存在很大的差距。

一、 英语合作学习的含义与现状

合作学习是一种以学生为中心，以小组为形式，为了共同的学习目标共同学习、相互促进、共同提高的一种教学策略。小组合作学习可以使每个学生平等地参与学习，并有充分发言和表现自己的机会。合作学习鼓励学生主动思考和主动探究，在此过程中学生的进取意识、创造意识和竞争意识能较好地得到强化。合作学习真正使每个学生的主体地位和主体人格受到了尊重。

笔者在开展小组合作学习的教学实践时，对课堂中的教学行为进行了认真观察和反思，并在反思中改进教学。

现状一：为了增加学生在课堂上的活动量，使学生在英语课中真正“动”起来，笔者尝试运用小组合作学习的方法让学生讨论问题。笔者发现，虽然课堂讨论气氛异常热烈，但讨论的效果并不理想。

现状二：在合作学习活动中，学生在小组长的带领下或多或少都在交流;但又出现了另一个问题，即有些小组气氛较沉闷，讨论不热烈。

现状三：小组讨论结束后，各小组汇报员向全班汇报的只是其个人的观点;或各小组汇报的主要观点极为相似。这些雷同或重复的报告既浪费了大量的课堂教学时间，又缺乏创造性和新颖性，从而使学生对讨论渐渐地失去了兴趣。

现状四：一段时间后，笔者发现学生对小组讨论的兴趣有所减弱，有一部分学生甚至表示不愿参与小组讨论。

二、 任务型学习法在合作学习中的应用

任务学习方法：就是以学习任务为中心，将任务落实到小组，小组成员既分工又合作。这种学习活动与英语教学中的任务型教学紧密相关，根据教学内容可以安排在课前、课中或课后进行。

1.课前小组任务学习一般可设计两种活动：

(1)预习课文的活动(包括查字典，找出重、难点，提出质疑以及预做课后练习等)。

(2)课前演讲。每个学生围绕学过的内容进行演讲，小组在组员个人演讲的基础上进行集体加工。教师也可以将学习内容进行分解，这些活动方式既能营造课前合作学习的气氛，又能激发学生课堂学习的兴趣。

2.课堂中合作小组包括：

(1)合作归纳知识。在导入对话或课文后，让学生分组归纳总结某一语言结构的功能和用法。学生经过独立思考并小组讨论后发现许多不同的表达方式。学生对于经过自己思考归纳出的知识印象更深，记忆更牢。

(2)合作写作。写作课很容易使学生觉得枯燥无味。在教学生写一封介绍自己的英文信时，可安排以下小组任务：①独立思考3分钟。让学生考虑文章的主要时态、格式，以及重要的短语，为小组讨论做准备。②集体列出写作要点。首先让中等生确定格式和主要短语，鼓励差生大胆参与，优生提出解决问题的方法。③小组报告讨论结果。选择一两个小组口头报告讨论结果，并让其他组评价指正。④教师介绍写信格式、相关短语。⑤学生独立写作。⑥小组交换批改。

3.课后合作小组活动包括：

(1)合作完成作业。传统的英语作业往往以书面形式由学生单个人完成。课程标准则要求改变过去单一的作业形式，力求作业多样化。如听写单词句子、写英语小作文、与外国朋友通信、阅读英文书籍、表演对话、制作英文贺卡、编辑英语小报等。这些作业可以个别完成，但小组合作完成效果更好，学生真正体验到学习的快乐和做作业的乐趣。

(2)合作订正错误。每次单元测验后，教师会讲评试卷，针对一些普遍存在的问题进行分析。但由于学生错题类型各不相同，教师不可能在一节课内讲解所有题目，怎么办?可以在小组内让学习成绩好的学生帮助成绩较差的学生，成绩中等的学生相互探讨，共同订正试卷上的错误。

三、在尊重学生个体差异的基础上指导学生进行合作学习

学习语言，学生的接受能力有着相当大的差异。初中的学习内容相对来说比较简单，有些学生只要上课认真，回家不用太多的时间，就能学好英语，而有的即使花再多的时间就是记不住。因此，在学习中指导学生进行合作学习是一种非常有效的学习方式。

实践证明，在初中英语课堂中采用小组合作式学习，将促使学生通过自主学习，成为课堂的主人，成为能够对自己学习负责的人，真正在学习实践中学会学习;同时通过合作式的交流，让学生在民主平等的基础上与他人互相合作，发挥同学间相互鼓励、相互启发的教育作用，让学生在主动参与的活动中完成合作意识的内化与协作能力的提高。

案例：某位教师在上《电磁感应现象》这节课时，采用了小组合作学习模式：把书本上的演示实验改为学生分组实验，让学生亲自动手，小组合作，共同探究电磁感应现象产生的原因。结果实验室里热闹非凡，但真正动手研究的学生不多，大多数学生看着实验器材不知所措。小组中的其他成员不是互相嬉闹，就是看“表演”，小组汇报时也只是几个学习成绩比较好的学生表现踊跃。

【观察分析】

上述案例中反映了合作学习中一些假合作问题

●小组活动重形式，缺乏实质性合作。 应该说这位教师的设想是好的，但在这节课里，学生能学到什么?体验到什么?师生、生生之间互动合作进行到了什么程度?教师对合作学习并不十分了解，加上茫然无处借鉴，于是我们便看到这样的现象：课堂上又是小组合作讨论，又是表演，又是动手操作，又是研究成果展示，课堂气氛很活跃。但仔细分析便会发现，所谓学生的合作学习只是流于形式上的热热闹闹，并不能使小组中每个成员都积极参与到有着共同目标、分工明确的学习活动中去。

●分工不明确导致合作学习费时、费力，难见成效。 合作学习是有着明确目标和分工的学习活动。但这位教师只注重自己的课时任务完成，而较少关心或指导合作学习小组具体目标的实施，小组成员的任务分工则更少过问。于是便出现了学生合作学习的上述这种状态：忙的瞎忙，闲的很闲，闹的很闹。原因是教师对合作学习目标认识不足;并且受传统评价观影响，老师把自己置身于合作学习之外，缺乏与学生共同进行科学探索的体验，只对合作学习的结果做评价。这样，教师就很难认识到目标定位、任务分工上存在的问题。因此，只有教师真正参与合作学习，才能对小组合作学习进行有效指导。

●以群体讨论来掩盖学生的独立思考，学生参与度不均衡。 教师“一问即议”，学生小组讨论，然后小组代表发言，最后教师统一大家意见。这样的小组合作学习势必使部分学困生失去了对问题思考的权利，导致他们只有静观坐听的份，成了思维敏捷的优等生的陪衬，造成学生学习的两极分化，使教师走入了“重讨论，轻思考，重群体，轻个体”的误区。热热闹闹的小组合作学习，掩盖了学生个体的独立思考，表现形式是少数人学习，多数人游离。小组合作学习时，学习好或者性格外向的学生频频发言，其他人则成为“多余人”，坐在那里静听。因此这样的合作是失败的小组合作学习。

●教师不深入或深入得不充分，不总结评价或总结评价不到位。 由于教师没有成熟的教学设计，课程目标不清楚，课堂教学层次不清晰，师生、生生之间的活动和对话讨论缺乏明确的主题，使学生在下面讨论时放任自流，这就需要教师深入其中，了解学生的学情，及时对课堂教学进行调控，如果教师不深入或深入得不充分，势必影响课堂效率。在课堂教学中，教师没有对学生的课堂活动进行总结评价或总结评价不到位，学生到底有哪些收获，还有哪些问题没有解决，教师不清楚，这样就失去了小组合作交流的作用。

课前我先安排学生自主学习课本P109至P111，然后独立完成《顶尖课课练》P91的“要点提示”(目的是检验学生对实验步骤掌握程度)。 针对这部分内容，课前我就实验前、实验中以及实验后提出了三组问题，上课时我采用的小组合作学习方式是：小组成员之间进行答案交流，小组长检查成员完成情况并汇报。

第一组问题：①电功率的计算公式是什么?②从计算公式出发，你可发现要测量小灯光的电功率，便要测出小灯泡在实际电路中的什么物理量，相应地需要什么物理测量仪器?③结合前面①②问题，你所在小组设计出的“测量小灯泡电功率”实验电路图是什么?(提示：可联想“欧姆定律的实验电路图”)

【设计意图】： 问题设计是小组合作学习活动的“灵魂”，因为问题设计决定着实验活动开展的方向、顺序，问题设计关系到学生思维活动开展的深度和广度，问题设计直接影响着合作学习活动效度。所以教师要尽量了解学生的情况和教材的内容，善于从教材中挖掘问题，从学生的现实生活中挖掘问题，使问题的内容紧扣教材的重点，难点、关键。提高问题设计的针对性，以提高实验效率，实现教学目标为目的。本环节的这个问题设计目的就是让学生在合作学习中，把遗留的问题和发现的问题在小组内讨论，相互交换心得，发表见解，使同学形成一种相互帮助、相互促进、取长补短的治学作风。而教师要善于从学生的讨论中搜集普遍性的问题，同时给学生提供相关的信息，然后请各小组将本组设计测量电功率的电路图进行展示，各组讨论后选优化方案。

第二组问题：①电器的额定功率与实际功率有什么区别与联系?②在“伏安法”测电阻的实验中我们要求测三次电阻值，和这个实验中的测三次电功率的目的一样吗?能否依据三次测量数据计算小灯泡的平均功率，为什么? ③讨论一下，利用本实验测得的数据还可以计算出小灯泡的哪个物理量?

【设计意图】： 问题设计必须尊重学生已有的知识和经验，因为学习过程是自我构建，自我生成的过程，学生的个人知识，直接经验，生活世界是重要的课程资源。根据学生已有的知识和经验而设计的问题，能较好地引起学生的认知冲突，从而把小组合作学习引向深入、引向本质。由于学生认知水平的局限，往往考虑问题不很全面，一旦他们协同作战，相互补充相互讨论，能达到事半功倍1+1>2的效果。尤其出现一些教学难点的时候，创设条件采用小组合作学习往往比教师反复说教效果更好。本环节中的这三个问题是把学生前面已学过知识和今天实验所得结论做进一步地深入对比。这样学生讨论起来，就能充分联系自己的已有知识储备，促进最近学习发展区的成长，讨论起来也能相互启发，相互促进，取长补短。针对问题的小组合作学习是最常见的合作学习。但不是一有问题就要小组讨论，对于答案相对较简单、固定的就没有必要，这样会让讨论流于形式，且浪费课堂时间。[HT]

【设计意图】： 实验结束时，回顾交流实验所得展开小组合作学习。学生分组实验过程中，难免会出现这样那样的问题，有时也会有一些意外收获。这些都成为学生实验的附加值，成为知识的新增长点。这种问题也是历来考试命题者出题的主要来源点。因此老师们千万不可轻率地放弃这一环节。 如本实验结束时，请各组说出来与大家分享。 学生通过回答这两个问题既能起到复习巩固作用，各小组又能相互补充，取得1+1﹥2的效果，还可以体现实验所带来的成就感，增强学习物理的信心。

通过上面案例我想试图说明的是，物理实验的小组合作学习，跟教师所设计的问题是紧密相关的。实验问题的设计应是有梯度、由浅入深，层层推进的，让不同层次的学生有话说，如第一组问题①②;稍难或综合的实验问题的设计应有所启发，有所联系，由旧串新、引发思考，让学生会说一说，如第一组问题③;面对实验时产生的新现象，教师应发挥本人教学智慧，有针对性地提出一些有价值的问题，有助于区分与辨析一些混淆物理概念、物理现象，引起学生思考与交流，满足学生交流的要求，从而学生的最近发展区得到进一步发展，如第二组问题;最后一个环节不少教师会因实验时间因素而草草收场，而我发现，这个环节看似简单，但却很重要，因为有了这个环节，你才能对各小组的实验情况做一个合情合理的总结性评价，既可满足学生小组合作学习的成功感，增强小组合作的集体意识，又可从中发现一些被我们忽视的问题，更何况这些问题往往隐含有高价值的东西。

After a long cold winter when I have rarely been out on my bike, the weather has finally turned warmer and even sunny occasionally. Gritting my teeth I followed on and crested the hill, Then the usual Essex switchback with an enforced short walk for both of us part way along saw us at Tawny common. Round the common we went, to the Mole Trap, an erstwhile rough old country pub now tarted up for the motorists. I don’t go in there any more, so we sat on the adjacent public seat for a while and a short natter.

Time enough to break away, Tom to his lunch appointment, me for home by way of theYellow Crane Tower and Changjiang Bridge. See you in a while, crocodile! I arrived home about 2 o’clock. Just in time for my own Sunday lunch .

My home town is a beautiful place. It stands beside a wide river and is rich in fish and rice.

But in the old days it was a poor and backward little town. Many people had no work. They lived a hard life.

In 1949 my hometown was liberated. Since then great changes have taken place there. The streets have been widened. Factories, schools, hospitals, cinemas and theatres have sprung up one after another. The life of the people is greatly improved.

most of us own a simple and good life. city born and city bred, we sometimes imagine the idyllic pastoral scene such as the friendly people, the clean atmosphere, the closeness to nature and the gentle pace of living. in face, everything has its pros and cons. the other side of picture is that leftover children have become a heavy topic nowadays, because most parents of these children consider that to feed their children well and to let them grow up health and safe in body are the most important task.however, as a matter of fact, in addition to provide the basic needs for their children, parents should pay more attention to their childrens psychological needs and their education.

for one thing, parents who cannot accompany their children often need to pay more attention to their childrens psychological needs.therefore, it seems to me that government can set up a parents school for these children on holidays and organize" hand-in-hand" activity to call on more people to help them. we can also raise money to donate to these children. as the song says:"if everyone gives their love, the world will be better." its very important for us to pay more attention to these children if we want to build a harmonious society.

for another, education of leftover children is also quite important. as the saying goes, “knowledge can change our fate”, education is an effective way to change the future of those children. in order to make those leftover children grow up in health, therefore, we need to show more concern about their psychological needs and their education.
